Breathing Meditation Method 1
There are around 30 + "main" techniques - so I will only be dealing with 2 methods here.
- Wash your hands, wear loose natural organic clothing.***
- Sit on a comfortable chair where your back can be as straight as possible (do NOT lay down).
- Turn off all background noise, like music, someone talking, TV etc.
*** Loosen your clothing - especially if you are wearing tight fitting shoes, socks, undies, bra (things most people are unaware of usually) because you need to do deep breathing exercises.
Lets Start ↟↟
Do 3 - 5 deep slow breaths to help synchronize your energy.
Now we are going to only do deep breathing, when you start doing this, you will quickly find that it is not as easy as you think.
I have created a 10 second "soft" ping to help you to regulate your timing.
There are also a 15 second and 20 second pings which you can download and LOOP on your computer, Walkman or other such electronic device.
Step 1 ↟↟
Slowly inhale making sure that you fill your lower lungs as well.
For this meditation, we are going to add some "Chi".
Inhale deeply into the bottom of your lungs and visualize "Sky" energy coming down through your Crown "Chakra"
and draw this energy down into your Solar Plexus area (just under your stomach).
Breathe out slowly.
Step 2 ↟↟
Breathe in and now you are going to draw "Earth" energy up through your feet and into your Solar Plexus.
Breathe out slowly.
Now you are going to alternate between drawing UP Earth energy with one breath, and the next breath, you will draw DOWN "sky" energy.
This 2 step technique should be done for at least 20 minutes - and you need do 1 inhale and 1 exhale every 10 seconds (each).
Step 3 ↟↟
After you have developed the ability to visualize both of the energies entering your solar plexus, the next step is to draw Down and draw Up at the same time.
I would strongly suggest that you practice for at least 3 - 6 months doing the Stage 2 (1 up and 1 down) breathing exercise.
This "Chi" component also helps with your "Monkey Mind"
control - but also has a much greater benefit later.

Breathing Meditation Method 2
The Silver Cord (Tether)
When I was 18 I used to go to psychic lessons and my teacher was from the UK but he had studied for over a decade in Tibet.
Brian would tell us things which we often found hard to believe (then). One of these things was The Silver Cord (he called it a Thread but all of the junk jewelry business now use this "thread" term).
He said that this was like a Tether (rope) which was our connection to The Divine - and this, he said, was what sustained us.
Brian said that we could access the Infinite and draw down the energy of the Creator by using The Silver Cord if we had the right mind set.
India ↟↟
When I was on my journey to India, I stopped at several Buddhist temples along the way (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand) and asked several Monks if this "Silver Cord"
(thread) existed. They all said yes.
Several years later I was in Israel and I remember asking a Rabbi friend (Shlomo from Ethiopia) about this silver cord. Again, he said yes.
Then he asked me if I knew how many threads were in this cord?
I had no idea how many threads, so he told me the answer was 620 which connected us to the Divine.
The picture on the right is a representation only. It is expanded to give you a visual "concept" of these threads - which is not as spread out as shown in the generated graphic - which looks like she is having a bad hair day.
In fact, you should visualize this "cord" more like a rope. (Click image)
It may also "appear" separate - yet it is intertwined - with your Aura, BioPhotons, Chakras and your very soul - and your soul pervades your entire physical body.
He said that there was a breathing meditation where you need to completely focus on these threads and every time you inhale, you draw down spiritual energy from the Creator.
Brian also told us that the number of threads you will see (and count) will depend upon your level of honesty and decency.
He said that first you need to prepare your mind before you start doing this meditation.
The hardest part of this meditation is focusing on counting. You really need to clear your mind of everything else except your breath as you count the individual "threads" - and then it is much easier.
This is because you also need to visualize the air going into your lungs and at the same time as you see the light from the Creator descending down along these threads and into your body as you breath in.
Step 3 ↟↟
When you do this breathing meditation, you need to visualize the air going into your lungs and completely filling up your body.
When you exhale, you need to visualize the air completely going out of your body.
Important Secret: This light is NOT TO BE contained within you and MUST BE projected out into the world and Universe - as you breath out.
You do this by projecting the light out into the world via your "Heart Chakra"
.
The spiritual benefits to you are astronomical when you do this properly.
This method often induces a euphoric state of mind so be warned.
Step 4 ↟↟
As the light enters your head, start to see your whole body becoming light and glowing.
With a little bit of practice, you will find that you can easily do both visualizations and also the counting at the same time.
Calm your Monkey Mind.
If you want to calm your Monkey Mind, you have 2 main options.
These are (1) Simple Mantra and (2) Complex Mantra.
(1) Simple Mantra
A "Simple Mantra" is a single word like OM.
Just repeat this as you would during any good meditation session.
Avoid any thoughts and quickly return to your mantra and visual exercise.
(2) Complex Mantra
A complex mantra is a phrase, sentence or IF you have an over active mind, you may like to consider a paragraph.
I have listed many mantras on the following 3 pages and IF you have a very high IQ and really need to control you mind, you may like to consider something like "repeating" the entire first chapter of Psalms.
Or you may like to consider the Mano Buddhi mantra for reasons I explain on the Mano Buddhi page.
- "Which Mantra"
- "Vedic Mantras"
- "Hebrew Mantras"
- "Psalms 1"

- "Mano Buddhi Mantra"

The reason for the complex mantras is because if you have an overactive mind, you need something to help cancel out the twists and changes happening in your mind.
And this must also be done in real time.
TimeLine ↟↟
If you do 1 breath IN every 3 seconds and 1 breath OUT every 3 seconds, this will take you just over 1 hour.
If you do 1 breath IN every 5 seconds and 1 breath OUT every 5 seconds, this will take you just over 90 minutes. see below
It is important that you continue to focus on your breath and keep it at the same rhythm.
Remember the "10 Second Meditation Ping"
.
When you get really good at this, switch down to 5 second inhale and 5 second exhale breaths.
Counting threads at 10 second inhale and 10 second inhale.
- 30 minutes == 90 Threads
- 40 minutes == 120 Threads
- 45 minutes == 135 Threads
- 60 minutes == 180 Threads
- 90 minutes == 270 Threads
Advanced.
At 5 second inhale and 5 second inhale.
- 30 minutes == 180 Threads
- 40 minutes == 240 Threads
- 45 minutes == 270 Threads
- 60 minutes == 360 Threads
- 90 minutes == 540 Threads
- 100 minutes == 600 Threads
Very advanced.
At 3 second inhale and 3 second inhale.
- 30 minutes == 300 Threads
- 40 minutes == 400 Threads
- 45 minutes == 450 Threads
- 60 minutes == 600 Threads
Why is this here? ↟↟
Many of you have old souls and if you are one of these Old Souls, then this meditation will come easily to you.
If not, then please try one of the other mantras.
- "Which Mantra List"
- "Vedic Mantras"
- "Hebrew Mantras"
Allow at least 3-4 months to see if you can do this technique.
Alternatively you may like to consider my method. I would do my regular meditation in the morning and then 3 or 4 days a week I would try something else in the evening for at least 30 - 60 minutes.
After 4+ weeks, if I did not feel any connection with the new mantra, I would start something else.

The Goal
The goal of this exercise is to connect your mind and breath to the Universal breath of The Creator - whether you believe in a god or not.
By connecting your mind and breath to the Universal breath of The Creator, you "may" begin to have deeply profound spiritual experiences - but only if you are open to having such experiences.
In Buddhism it is called the "One Breath" and in Kabbalah it is called "Ruach HaKodesh".
"One breath" in Sanskrit is "EkaprāṇaYoga"(एकप्राणयोग), which can be translated as "Union in One Breath".
The common Sanskrit term for "breath" as a life force is prāṇa (प्राण).
"Puraka" (पूरक) is the Sanskrit word for inhale or in-breath, while "Rechaka" (रेचक) is the Sanskrit word meaning exhale.
I will not explain how to do this "One Breath" here but I will tell you this, the breathing exercise above is "one" of the important foundations you need to Master before you can proceed.
If you can do the one breath (including the visualizations), it will mean that you may be close to evolving off this "level" and ascending up to the next level. So be careful what you do so that you do not destroy all of the good Karma (Kavod) that you are earned.
Quick Story ↟↟
Esoteric Question
How important in "breath"?
Most of you will automatically think that IF we do not breath, then we would die.
And you would be completely missing the esoteric point of the esoteric question.
Like most things in creation, you have both Hidden and Revealed and both of these may contain many layers.
Your "breath" is your spiritual (potential) connection to The Creator - but you need to learn how to control it first - and second, you need to know how to utilize your breath on the different layers - which is why "Pranayama 37 Breathing Exercises"
are so important.
King Solomon ↟↟
King Solomon is quoted as saying "Vanity of vanities"
, "everything is vanity".
King Solomon used the word cHevel in biblical Hebrew cHevel (חֶבֶל) it means "Breath"
.
King Solomon actually said "Breath of Breath, everything is Breath".
Note that he said "everything is Breath" and not everything is breathing.
This is a direct reference to the 1 breath similar to Buddhist teachings.
It should also be noted that when it says "and the wind of God was hovering over the face of the water" (Genesis 1:2), the word for wind is Ruach which has 3 meanings and also translates as "wind", "spirit", "breath".
