Before We Begin

Between us and reality is a series of Layers which you need to reveal and acknowledge.

To understand the Breath Of Life, you need to see the connections from the beginning of creation, to the truths and lies of where we are today as a society.

The reason is because these truths and lies are what formed your beliefs and IF any of those beliefs are wrong (in part or in full) then these errors need to be addressed so that you can grow spiritually.

I have tried to cover some of these relevant and often missed points below.

In case you think that your "doctor" is telling you the truth.

Back To The Future ↟↟

There are 4 things which connect you back to the "beginning" of our physical universe. (according to current scientific models.)

1. Breath
2. Helium + Hydrogen and then Oxygen
3. Minerals
4. Your soul

Your soul connects you back even further - before the physical universe - directly to The Creator.

1. Your Soul

In Genesis 1:2 it lists the 5th thing "God" did (in "Hebrew" ) as "The wind of God moved across the face of the deep". (common translation - not very accurate - but common)

The word used for "wind" is - Ruach ר֣וּחַ - which is often translated as "wind" in many bible versions, but Ruach ר֣וּח also means (Wind / Spirit / Breath) in Hebrew and is sometimes written as such in some other translations.

In the Hindu sriptures, it says that Vishnu also used "breath" to create Creation.

It is also important to note that before this wind/breath, there was no mention of life -- although it is implied in the first sentence by the words "... created the heavens and the earth (land)".

For those who do not know, the word Aretz (אָרֶץ) and Eretz (אֶרֶץ) in Hebrew use the same letters - but different vowel points. So you can change the meaning of this word - when reading without vowel points - simply by changing the inflection.

This implies that the "Thought" of Creation (as we think we understand it) was still pre-embryonic and had to be esoterically actuated into primordial existence from the concept stage.

This "actuator" was / is called Ruach ר֣וּח (Wind / Spirit / Breath).

While this "Wind / Spirit / Breath" may seem deceptively innocent and even irrelevant, but in reality, it holds massive amounts of power because it is the 3rd leg of physical creation.

Firstly the "Heavens" were created, Secondly the "Land" (aretz) was created, Thirdly physicality was "activated" by this "Wind / Spirit / Breath".

In Genesis chapter 1: verse 3 it says, "And God said, "Let there be light," and there was light."

This light was (is) the the souls that The Creator wants to elevate - hence the creation of physciality.

Why Was Physicality Created? ↟↟

Because "souls" cannot learn anything past what they were programmed with when they were created and they need a physical body in order to experience hot, cold, pain, good, bad, love, hate, honesty, compassion etc.

This is the meaning of, "and God saw the light and it was good".

One would assume that if "God" created this light it would be perfect, but then that would defeat the entire purpose of creation.

This "Wind / Spirit / Breath" which stimulated physicality to "activate" is why your breath is your link to The Creator - but to understand this, you need to look at (part of) the foundation of creation itself - and it does not travel in a straight line "plus" it is multi layered, transdimensional and multiversal.

And to make things even more complicated, time is not linear and on top of that there are complex "soul" levels.

Think about love. If you have ever truly fallen in love, it makes your heart ache and yet it is THE most beautiful experience and yet "love" is completely intangible.

The Creation we live in is so much more complex than people can imagine.

Our Universe is not made up of space, rocks and accidents.

Part of this Creation is also the misleading fabrications of the mind, including (but not limited to) mis-information, arrogance and deceptions.

It is very important that you understand the following.

If you believe that you live and die and then go to heaven or hell, you are in for a very rude shock when you die.

As a (retired) regression hypnotherapist (for many years), I often had people who could not understand why they were back on Earth in human form and living among people.

The reason it was so confusing was because they were told emphatically (in past lives) that when they died, they would be going to heaven (usually if they paid the church enough money for penance), or in the worst case scenario, that they would be going to the other place.

Why Is This Here? ↟↟

Before you can learn The Truth, you must first UN-learn the lies.

Before you can connect to the One Breath, you must (at the very least) be honest and this also requires you NOT to have preconceived ideas and beliefs.

In Buddhism, Moha (Aversion and Delusion) teaches us that human suffering is caused by attachment, aversion, and delusion.

Delusion also includes mis-information and lies we are told and unlearning these ingrained misconceptions, attachments and dis-information means recognizing and dismantling these errors in perception.

A classic example of DIS-Information we see every day is the "Climate Change Lie" and most of what you see and read on MSM (Main Stream Media).

Sunyata (Emptiness) in Mahayana Buddhist teaches the concept of emptiness which is the first step in allowing Truth to enter your mind.

Breath

If you think that your breath is simply something you do, then you have missed out of a very important part of your life and all of the spiritual benefits which accompany advanced breathing techniques.

The Four Noble Truths: The first truth is the truth of suffering (dukkha), which must be fully understood. The path to the cessation of suffering involves eliminating its causes, which requires unlearning the belief that worldly things can provide lasting happiness.

I will tell you this.

When you die, YOU create what you see until you are "debriefed" and then the shock of reality sets in.

The most delusional are those who think that their soul has genitals.

Seek The Truth ↟↟

Seek The Truth above all else, otherwise you will believe anything someone tells you because you are lazy.

The Breath Of Life as mentioned in many bibles (Genesis 2:7) is one very pertinent point about being taught and accepting mis-information.

There are 2 aspects to "The Breath Of Life" we shall focus on here.

What is breath? ↟↟

Did you know that your breath connects you to the Divine?

Let me explain...

The first thing we do when we are born is inhale (breathe).

The last thing we do before dying is to exhale (breathe).

Perceived Reality ↟↟

Most people believe that they know what reality is - and they would be 101% wrong.

What they know is their current reality as it pertains to them and their immediate circle of associates, friends and family.

This subject is massive and complex, so I will just use a simple example which is "Light" and again, most people think that they know what light is, and again, most of them would be wrong.

I need to move you out of your comfort zone so I will give you some pylons so that you can build your bridge across the river of confusion to the knowledge on the other side.

Your "Breath" and "Light" have some things in common, and that is they are not as simple as you may think.

To begin to grasp just how important this simple action is in sustaining Creation itself, please read the next (short) section about The Double Slit Experiment.

The Double Slit Experiment

People think that breathing is just breathing, but they do not understand the spiritual level attached to this simple event you perform everyday without thought (mostly).

To give you a parallel example, we can use light which you see but rarely - if ever - think about.

Light is one of the most common miracles you encounter every day and any time you are near a turned on light source.

It pervades all of the immediate area and yet you can freely move through this light without any impediment.

And then when you die, the light you envounter (generally) is warm, loving, intelligent and exists in dimensions words cannot describe.

Introducing the double-slit experiment.

The double-slit experiment is a demonstration that light and matter can exhibit behavioral characteristic of either waves and/or particles - click here for a much more comprehensive overview about "light in general". .

It is an example (to date) of what you think you see may in reality not be all you may be able to see from a different perspective.

But the most important aspect of this experiment is that it varies significantly depending on whether it is "occurring" naturally or if you are actively directly looking at the event particle.

In other words, if you do not look directly at the particle, then one result is displayed.

However, if you do "participate" in physically observing the particle, then a different result is displayed.

So it is more easily understood I have included several videos with the first 2 being the easiest to watch and understand.

So what has this got to do with breathing you ask?

What Is The Relevance?

It is very simple.

If we did not breath, then our perceived reality would not exist.

This is why when people die (as I did "twice" ), we all see at least One thing, which is NO Physicality.

Let me elucidate.

Death is a point for most people where they are suddenly transported to "another" place and they can no longer see physicality.

They cannot touch anything, taste anything, breathe anything. They have to arms, no legs, no head and NO genitals.

However, this is not always the case, especially for people who return like those who have "NDEs" (Near Death Experiences).

I am not talking about "Reincarnation" .

Often people who die (for example during surgery), "may see" and hear the operating procedure.

These people either return back to their physical bodies quickly or they get a chance to "go further" (before returning).

Going further is a complete subject on its own, so I will not be covering it here.

Your Belief System ↟↟

Your Belief System will dictate what you see and experience both spiritually and after death.

There is a cryptic saying in Kabbalah, "It is better to be a fresh (blank) sheet of paper and let The Creator write your destiny, (than to be a used piece of paper that thinks it knows everything)".

The addendum to this is used "paper" cannot be written over - so you do not learn anything.

In Buddhism, this is called "Sunyata" (śūnyatā - शून्यता) and literally means "emptyness".

It is said that you cannot pour water (knowledge metaphor) into a full cup.

Sunyata is a combination of "shunya" (empty) and "-ta" (the "ness" suffix), and has more than one meaning.

The lesson here is to have an open mind IF you wish to have these experiences, otherwise you will come back filled with arrogant disinformation.

To See Or Not To See ↟↟

When we die, people will see what they believe while they are alive until the "debrief" happens and then they realize that their perceived reality (while alive) is completely false from what really happens when they die.

You do not breathe when you die and as stupidly simple as this may sound, it is not something which most people contemplate.

For example, most Christians believe that they go to heaven or hell when they die, and yet in over 8 years of doing regression hypnosis, I have never encountered even 1 person who had that experience.

IF you believe that you will go to hell, then your mind will conjure up a representation of that event - until you are debriefed.

When I died (twice) in 2023, I did not see heaven or hell, in fact, I had some of the most beautiful experiences you cannot even dream about.

I was taken to hospital and every time I went to sleep for at least the first 3 weeks, I saw what can only be described as the "Valley of the shadow of death".

Time ↟↟

There are many powerful experiences when you die and come back to tell (if you are luckly).

One of them is time.

On our side, Time seems to be linear - starting at "Year Dot" and proceeding until the "End of time".

However...

On the "other" side, Time can be faster or slower and not by microseconds.

You "may" spend "hours" on the other side when you die and even day or weeks and then come back and find out that only seconds or minutes have passed.

I also had this experience.

I am telling you this to qualify what I was taught about breathing and also what I experienced when I regressed people back to their past lives through the window of their previous death.

Your perception of time ↟↟

Your perception of time is limited to what basically boils down to a 1 dimensional experience in a #D world which excludes the higher spiritual dimensions.

In the "A Great Secret" section below, I will tell you a great secret about your breath.

I have regressed many different people of many different religions including (but not limited to) Buddhists who believed that they met Buddha and Christians who believed that they met Jesus and yet almost all of their descriptions were different about the supposed encounters.

Another classic example of this is the 72 (houri) virgins lie.

If you have NO body, what use to you are 72 virgins, yet lower soul level people "Fantasize" about this illusion.

Why Do I Tell You This? ↟↟

Because when you die, you do not breathe and yet when I died, I did not even notice that I was not breathing.

However, I did notice the STILLNESS which is so perfect that even now, years later, I can still feel that stillness when I focus and meditate on it.

For those of you who seek "The Silence" - also called the "One Breath" - controlling your breath is the first stage and IF you encounter experiences which feel like you have died (as sometimes happens), just remember to tie some string around your hand before you start your meditation session, and promise yourself that you will return back to your body after your session.

A Great Secret ↟↟

This "Secret" is that there is a dimension "Between" your breaths that you do not even know about.

It is only when you Master your breathing that you may even get a glimpse at this hidden dimension.

Remember that only "Truth + Love" can be your passwords so if you are dishonest, then please consider that The Creator is not stupid and that the reward for dishonest people is extremely severe.

There is a saying in Kabbalah for those who try and ascend without permission, and it says.

"It is better that you had not been born."

Please consider.

You need to master the "One Breath" before you can reach the stage of "Mind Of No Mind".

The Wall ↟↟

However, there is a "cut off point" past which they cannot return.

This cut off point for most people will be the Black Mountains.

It is after this point that "NO Physicality" applies. In other words, their ability (or chance to return back to physicality vanishes) - they cannot return - and they now exist "somewhere else".

Unless they know the secret of flax.

My personal experience was the first time I could see myself laying on the floor with blood around my head and then the second time I went out of my body was when my beautiful wife came home and freaked out.

After the second time, I could no longer see Physicality as it ceased to exist for me.

Then my wife touched me, and it caused me to return. (I have no idea how that works, only that it did.)

Redundancy ↟↟

Breathing has a fail-safe redundancy plan as well.

I use the word "redundancy" because counting your breath was how I was introduced to breathing meditation and it is based on techniques that are literally thousands of years old.

It is called your "Pulse".

Your pulse allows you to measure your breathing without any mechanical device like a watch or clock.

This allows you to count your heart beats if you are doing the slow down your heart method.

Your pulse helps you master your breathing which helps you control your meditation which allows for greater experiences.

One of the exercises that my first Buddhist teacher had us do "repeatedly", was to count our pulse for 15 seconds and then multiple that by 4.

Pulse rate depends on how relaxed you are so the object of the exercise was to do this experiment after we had been sitting in our group for at least 10 minutes.

Once you know what your pulse rate is, then you can start to sense time without a watch.

I have met people who can tell you "to the minute" what the time is and they do not wear watches, they use their subconscious mind to constantly count the seconds because they have become so adept at doing so.

This is another technique which I will not elaborate on at this stage.

I will tell you this however, even if you have been running and your pulse is now elevated, your subconscious mind can still "count" at the old rate so you do not lose time.

You have no idea how powerful your brain is.

What does this mean? ↟↟

It means that it is our own "physical consciousness" which "personally" dictates to us that the Universe is real (ie: tangible).

Note that "physical consciousness" and "soul consciousness" are not the same thing even though they are symbiotically connected by a buffer called the mind.

Genesis 2:7 - Breath Of Life

"Genesis 2:7" is yet another example of a very bad translation.

In fact what it actually says is (And the Lord God formed man of dust from the ground, and He breathed into his nostrils the soul (commonly printed as breath) of life, and man became a living soul.)

In the Hebrew it "states:"

וַיִּ֩יצֶר֩ יְהֹוָ֨ה אֱלֹהִ֜ים אֶת-הָֽאָדָ֗ם עָפָר֙ מִן-הָ֣אֲדָמָ֔ה וַיִּפַּ֥ח בְּאַפָּ֖יו נִשְׁמַ֣ת חַיִּ֑ים וַיְהִ֥י הָֽאָדָ֖ם לְנֶ֥פֶשׁ חַיָּֽה:

The 2 critical words in Hebrew are נִשְׁמַ֣ת חַיִּ֑ים - (Transliteration is Nesh'mat Chai'im).

Also note that both words are actually plural and not singular. The word "Nefesh" means soul (singular) in Hebrew.

The word Nesh'mat נשמת is not completed and "may" be spelt as נשמות when the Patah becomes a Holam.

In Kabbalah, a person has 2 inate souls and some have a "divine soul" and a rare few have a soul even higher than the Divine Soul. This means that you may assume that the word Nashamat (souls) should be plural to begin with.

According to the Sefer Zohar, the Patah is equal to the Vav (6) and the Hiriq has the same value as the Yod (10).

This is one of the reasons that the Torah in BIBLICAL Hebrew is not written in "COMPLETED" form, because certain "events" need to be fulfilled before PART A can be elevated to PART B.

It is also forbidden to change any letter or word in the Torah.

Only when part "A" is completed, can the word be written in completed form - and only "god" (HaShem) can make these changes because it is not individual events which must be completed, it is group events which must be completed before any changes can be made..

How Important?

Most people do not even think about their breath.

So let me ask you this, why is it that all of the good ancient religions discuss breathing in their mystical literature?

One of the main keys is to understand the Texts properly and not stuff which has been mis-translated (for whatever reason).

Disinformation Rant

We are not always taught the truth.

How can we find The Truth (or even be honest) if our world view is based on lies?

Learning how to do the One Breath is useless unless your heart is founded in Truth and you seek The Truth with all of your heart.

This is because one of the 3 main "passwords" you need in order to ascend even to the "Akashic Records" is Truth.

So if "ANY" of the stuff you have been taught or that you learned independently is false (or a blatant lie), then how do you expect to be able to ascend and learn any Higher Truths?

This is square block, round hole logic.

For Example:

So many mentally lazy younger people are deluded into believing that communism works and in theory it may actually do so IF you remove all of the people from the equation.

I use this example, because like communism - which has failed the people in every case - people do not learn from history - in part because of arrogance and in part because of stupidity.

These University students are never taught the one point that matters and that is, ""Who Killed More people" Hitler, Stalin, or Mao?" +

Unfortunately, this failure to learn from history is an endemic mental disease in our whole society where laziness abounds and the "Pill mentality" supercedes the reality of positive action and accountability.

China

I have heard people say that chinais successful, but in reality, they are drinking the CCP cool-aid because if you look at what is (and has been) happening in china, the country is in a financial mess and this is why the predictions (Chinese predictions) claim that the CCP will destroy itself in 2026.

The only reason that China wants to take over Taiwan (臺灣 / 台灣) (formerly Formosa) is because it need the massive wealth that Taiwan has.

The fact is that unless you recognize lies, especially online disinformation about how great communism is, then it is hard to be informed about reality - especially for the "privilaged" me-me generation of young people. There is a reason that china is bankrupt and incompetence and corruption are a large part of the equation. + + + + + +

BTW: Corrupt Capitalism is just as bad as corrupt communism - it is just harder to impliment many things unless you do it slowly and by stealth.

This was the nazi's take-away lesson that came out of the Nuremberg trials. ("Rise And Fall Of The Third Reich" )

SUMMARY

We need to learn more than what the narrow minded corrupt (yes, corrupt) and often "institutionally biased" (like the 2025 BBC exposure) media tells us because we do not know who is being paid off and by whom?

Subversive education.

The main problem is that those who get higher education (or any education) are being taught propaganda from failed regimes or others who want to convert people to their religion by forcing "Politically Correct" left wing ideology onto students as we dramatically saw from 2020 - 2024.

How will people ever find truth in their lives when all they know is dis-information?

But wait - it gets worse. "CCP" + "Arab $" + "Saudi" + "house.gov" + "senate.gov" + "UK" + Lots more.
