Important Note: We do not and will not engage in sending any messages by phone (Text, SMS, MMS etc).
However, IF you have an email account which is set up on your mobile (Smart phone / Cell phone) and you receive a message from us, then this is sent to the email account which you registered when you subscribed to our newsletter.
We will add more informationabout the newsletter when we are closer to the date of launch.
This Anti-Spam Policy is applicable to all Tikun Meditation Project services that may be used for transmitting electronic messages, including Spam (the "Services").
Preventing Spam ↟↟
You must not use our Services to send Spam.
If you have used the Tikun Meditation Project to promote any service or product, you must not send unsolicited electronic message - including but not limited to press release distributions - to any recipient who has previously opted out, unsubscribed, or otherwise objected to receiving such ongoing messages from you regardless of whether or not the email(s) you send are private or otherwise generally classified as UCE (unsolicited commercial email). This is a violation of laws in most countries and you will be reported.
If a recipient sends you an unsubscribe request, you must comply with the request and notify us that the request has been made.
You must actively manage and process opt-out or unsubscribe requests received by you directly within five business days of submission, and update your contact lists to reflect the opt-out or unsubscribe requests.
Also, you must accept that an unsubscribe or opt-out option will be automatically appended to every press release distribution sent via the Services. This is not an option.
Your use of our Services signifies your unconditional acceptance of this Anti-Spam Policy. If you are found to be in violation of this policy at any time, as determined by us in our sole discretion, we may warn you, or suspend or terminate your use of the Services, without notice, and your access to your account and all related data.
Please note that, in accordance with the Tikun Meditation Project License, we may change this policy. It is your responsibility to keep up-to-date with and comply with this policy.
Responding to Spam Complaints
If a complaint is received by Tikun Meditation Project regarding unsolicited emails being sent from our Services, an immediate investigation is undertaken.
Initial warning: the user is first notified that an unsolicited email complaint has been lodged against them and is (a) reminded of the terms they accepted in the Tikun Meditation Project License and (b) requested to manually remove the complainant's email address from their contact list if the complainant did not unsubscribe.
Termination of Account
If notifications of unsolicited emails continue after the initial warning, the user's account privileges will be suspended first and then terminated.
Reporting Spam
If you suspect that our Services have been used by someone to send Spam, please unsubscribe from the email using the opt-out option provided at the bottom of every email, and/or "contact us"
and we will investigate the matter. We take all Spam complaints seriously and will investigate ASAP as applicable.
