Because this Website is an electronic entity and as such may be viewed in any part of the World where internet access is available, and purely as a precaution, we have expanded our privacy statement to include new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regulations. Any Country not participating in the GDPR Privacy Shield Agreement is outside of this policy and is not part of this agreement. Since we get enquiries from The USA or Territories, The EU, Australia and Switzerland, we are implementing compliance with these Privacy ACTS.

EU-U.S. Privacy Shield

EU-U.S. Privacy Shield and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Compliance

The Company participates in the agreement to be compliant with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. We are committed to subjecting all personal data received from European Union (EU) member countries and Switzerland, respectively, in reliance on each Privacy Shield Framework, to the Framework's applicable Principles. The Company is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives, under the Privacy Shield Framework, but not to any subsequently transfers of said data to any third party acting as an agent or other on its behalf if required, this especially applies to data which is sought by Legal or Governmental Authorities. The Company complies with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU and Switzerland, including the onward transfer liability provisions.

With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Frameworks, The Company is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the local Hokkaido Government as well as the Federal Laws of Japan. The Company is subject to, and complies with, the privacy protection standards under Australia's Data Protection Laws / Privacy Act. The Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Australia ("OAIC" "OAIC Australia" ), allows data processors, such as The Company, to transfer personal data across borders where applicable. The Company is fully compliant with the Japanese Governments Privacy requirements.

The Company may collect the following type of information from you. During the Email Alert registration process, you supply us with e-mail address and your name, This information is necessary for The Company to "ping" you an email alert notifying you that it will soon be 8 PM.

For legal reasons, The Company may also retain the content of any metadata - such as e-mails - regarding any correspondence you may have with The Company.

These analytic services allow us to better understand the functionality of our web sites. Web Beacons

The Company does NOT use Web Beacons alone or in conjunction with cookies to compile information about Visitors usage of The Company's Web sites and interaction with emails from The Company.

If Web Beacons are used in any way, it has nothing to do with us.

What are Web Beacons?

Web Beacons are clear electronic images that can recognize certain types of information on your computer, such as cookies, when you viewed a particular Web site or Service tied to the Web beacon, and a description of a Web site or Service tied to the Web beacon. For example, if you go to Amazon or other such shopping website and you search for (example only) "SSD HARD DRIVE" you may notice that you will start receiving ads about hard drives when you go to many websites after that.

Social Media Features

The Company's Web sites does use social media, such as the Facebook, X-Twitter, Instagram, YouTube etc.

Do Not Track

The Company does NOT use any tracking software or other. The following is FYI only.

Currently, various browsers - such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome and Safari - ("See SETTINGS options in specific browser") offer a "do not track" or "DNT" option that relies on a technology known as a DNT header, which sends a signal to Web sites visited by the user about the user's browser DNT preference setting. All of our Websites have been tested using Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome and are fully compliant with these browsers.

Mobile Phones

When you use our Website(s), we automatically collect basic information on the type of device you use and the operating system version, this includes mobile phones. This is done automatically via the Server Statistics software and in no way identifies you personally nor does it gather any specific information about you. It gathers general information such as total visitors, IP address, Time on Page etc.

We do not capture your mobile (cell) phone details beyond this.

How Do We Use the Information That We Collect?

In addition to the uses mentioned or described above, The Company uses the information - such as your email address - to send you information from The Company - such as 8 PM Meditation Alerts and in the future, our Company newsletter - when applicable - as you may subscribe to if interested. Unless requested by you or other contact person within your organization, The Company does not share information collected about you with third parties unless ordered to by a recognized legally appointed Civil court of law.

Sharing with Providers

We will NOT share your information with third parties who provide services on their own behalf to help with business activities.

Email Newsletters

As The Company grows, we may include an email newsletter which we will manage in house and NOT via any 3rd party company. This protects your email address to the best of our ability.

Email Alerts

The Company will be offering an email alert specifically for those who have an email account on their mobile (smart phone) device so that you will be notifies that it will soon be 8 PM.

This Email Alerts will be a notification only and no advertising material or products will be promoted.

The email alert will simply say in the subject and the body: "Tikun Project Alert" or "Tikun Project Meditation Alert" with an unsubscribe link also provided in the body of the email.

NOTE that our servers will be hosted on a reputable international ISP's and we offer no guarantee that all of their staff are 100% honest.

No Products

The Company offers no products for sale via this website.

Since we are an affiliate of Amazon.com and other online companies, some of the links on our site will go to Amazon. We are not responsible for any sales or other purchases you may engage in with Amazon or any other referred website.

No Sell Policy

It is our policy not to sell, rent, lease, lend or disclose lists containing personal information about Site users, registrant's or subscribers. In certain situations, The Company "may be required" to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by a legally recognized civil court of law, for whatever reason they prescribe. We may also disclose your personal information as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or other legal process, when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect our safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud or taxation reason, or respond to any Court or Government request.

Business Transfer or Sale

This website is not for sale.

In such sale transactions, Visitor information would likely be among the transferred business assets. If The Company is sold, for example, then a new Privacy agreement between anyone who decides to stay registered via their email, and the new Owners would be implemented. At any stage, you can choose to stay with the new company or you can contact them and request that your details be expunged from their records. If or when The Company is sold, for whatever reason, all and any agreements between the Visitor and The current Company cease.
