What About Fasting?
Fasting is a lot more complicated these days due to the massive influence of chemicals in our food, water and even air.
Before you do any "Water Fasting" or Dry Fasting, you really need to "Detox"
as many chemicals and heavy metals OUT of your body as possible.
You should not be doing Dry Fasting until you have detoxed for at least 6 - 9 months.
"Water Fasting" is a subject that I am quite passionate about and have been doing "Water Fasting" (usually 1 or 3 times a year) for approx 49 years now and it always involves 1 - 3 months of preparation when you first start but once you are established, it can yield huge benefits to those who do it right.
Although since 2023 (May), when I fell over and caused lots of brain damage (and I actually "Died"
twice), I have not been able to Fast longer than 6 days due to becoming unstable while walking.
Thankfully, because of my written knowledge of Herbal Medicine, I have been able to repair over 90% of my brain and memory.
This "accident" taught me something which I have never heard about before.
Firstly, keep written records of any herbal medicines you are aware of and use and (2) tell people who have had a negative brain experience to be kind to themselves and take it slow.
I was also lucky that I already had prepared a whole bunch of brain, liver and kidney tinctures so once I was able to focus, my wife started me on these "Tinctures"
and my life improved.
