Top What Is It?

Day Meditation secret is a special technique where you "couple" the spiritual energy of the specific "Day Of Creation" with your meditation.

This only works with days that are not related to celestial bodies (like the sun, moon, venus, mercury or any other planet of star etc) - which most ancient days are.

If the names of each day is unique (ie: day one, day two etc or a name which does not reflect anything ), and if the energy is (potentially) beyond the "stars" which is where the source of Creation begins.

For example, almost everything in the universe is mathematical (I say almost because I do not know the entirity of the universe) and since it is mathematical, it shows that numbers were created before celestialobjects like planets, suns, stars etc.

Therefor, this source must be more pure (at least).

And if you want to be all biblical about it, then the days of Creation in the Old Testament (Torah) are also listed in numbers - BUT there is a catch with Day 1 and Day 7 which I explain below.

This is very important to understand.

Wishing a pig to become a silk purse is not realistic and so you need to select specific "realistic names" which are unique in their relationships - and not related to physicality.

For example, Day One may or may not be something physical whereas, Sunday specifically refers to The Sun and Monday specifically refers to The Moon etc. Regardless of whatever language is used.

Firstly you need to be clean and in a comfortable position.

You need to understand that each day of the week is imbued with special energy and thus special powers.

Start your meditation and visualizations and then clear your mind.

The energy for these "Days" does not have a mantra which you can say so you need to connect to them through your heart and for that you will (will) need these

You must use the energy for each relevant day "ON" that day.

You can only connect with this energy IF you have a good heart.

You will know that you are close to connecting when your heart opens up and you can (somehow) see the universe through your heart.

I can tell you from personal experience, this is what I was told and it is what happened to me.

Your Focus must be ON The Creator and I will tell you this, "Be VERY Careful what you ask for".

You can be "cast down" very violently if your goal and ambition is to enhance your own physical status and wealth.

Akkadian ↟↟

Akkadian days of the week were mainly associated with seven major celestial deities (sun, moon, and five planets), with each day linked to a specific god.

This Akkadian 7 day "god" system, circa 3,000 + - BCE is thought to have been the main influence for many other naming conventions - including our current Western system.

Assyrian (Neo-Aramaic) days of the week are primarily number based with Sunday being classified as Day 1, with specific names for Friday and Saturday.

You may notice similarities between some modern Hebrew days and Assyrian.

Some claim that the Babylonians are credited with creating the seven-day week and some say that the Akkadians did.

The "OLD Bon"** religion (Bonism) in Tibet focuses on a 7 day week named after celestial bodies.

** Old BON is slightly different from New Bon.

Note that there is a distinct timeline difference between Ancient and Dynastic Egyptians (Khemites).

Dynastic Egyptians used a 10-day week (a "decan") rather than a 7-day week, with a 30-day month.

The week "days" were referred to by number (eg" "day 1") or by their place in the 30-day cycle (eg" "day 23").

A couple of points here.

1) Hebrew also uses a numbering system however there are 2 main differences so far.

2) The first difference is that "Shabbat" is joined with the 7th day and the Shabbat is a day of 'stillness".

3) Yom Rishon can also be meditated on as "Day ONE" because in the Torah is does not say the first day, but rather it says, "Day One" (י֥וֹם אֶחָֽד).

  1. Sunday: Yom Echad (י֥וֹם אֶחָֽד) - "Day One"
  2. Monday: Yom Sheni (יום שני) - "Day Second"
  3. Tuesday: Yom Shlishi (יום שלישי) - "Day Third"
  4. Wednesday: Yom Revi'ee (יום רביעי) - "Day Fourth"
  5. Thursday: Yom Chamishi (יום חמישי) - "Day Fifth"
  6. Friday: Yom Shishi (יום שישי) - "Day Sixth"
  7. Saturday: Shabbat (שבת) or (יום שבת) **

** Important Note: Saturday is actually called "The Yom Shevi'ee" (יום הַשְּׁבִיעִ֔י) but it is almost always referred to as Shabbat or Yom Shabbat.

The secret here is to Merge the 2 days (Yom Shevi'ee + Yom Shabbat) together since they are a "couple" (זוג) anyway.

This must be done in complete stillness and this is where will come in very handy in clearing your mind.

This is because Yom Shabbat is a spiritual day of rest and silence - and this is why there can be no physical (sound) mantra used when you do this meditation.

This is very similar to the silence at the end of the (AUM) when it is said properly.

It should also be noted that the 7 days may also be called by "letters" of the Hebrew See the 2 examples just below.

  2. Monday: ב Yom Bet
  3. Tuesday: ג - Yom Gimmel
  4. Wednesday: ד - Yom Dalet
  5. Thursday: ה - Yom Hey
  6. Friday: ו - Yom Vav

In Hinduism, each of the 7 days of the week is called a "Vaar" (Vara) and is dedicated to a specific deity or is associated with a celestial body (Grahas = planets).

Vāra (वार) or Vāsara (वासर) refers to the days of the week.

  2. Monday: Somvar - Lord Shiva (Moon)
  3. Tuesday: Mangalvar - Lord Hanuman (Mars)

In Jainism, the days of the week correspond to standard Sanskrit naming system.

You may notice a slight spelling and pronunciation difference from the names in Hinduism.

Days of the week in Japan are often used in Shinto contexts for scheduling shrine rituals and determining auspicious days (like doctors appointments :)

They follow a 7 day cycle based on the five elements (Wu Xing) + the moon, and the sun (goddess Amaterasu).

Day (日) in Japanese is called Yobi (Yo-Be). Also note that the letter "O" in Yobi is drawn out.

  1. Sunday: 日曜日 (Nichi'yōbi) - Sun
  2. Monday: 月曜日 (Getsu'yōbi) - Moon
  3. Tuesday: 火曜日 (Kai'yōbi - Fire) - Mars
  4. Wednesday: 水曜日 (Sui'yōbi - Water) - Mercury
  5. Thursday: 木曜日 (Moku'yōbi - Wood) - Jupiter
  6. Friday: 金曜日 (Kin'yōbi - Gold) - Venus
  7. Saturday: 土曜日 (Doi'yōbi - Earth) Saturn

Sikhism ↟↟

Sikhism considers all days equal, and Sikhs do not pray or worship only on Sunday, the Pray, meditate and worship everyday.

This is because they consider all days as inherently holy because The Creator created them all.

Having said all of that, and to conform with Western culture, the following day names are commonly used in the Punjab region of India.

  1. Sunday: Aitvaar (AttWaar) (ਐਤਵਾਰ)
  2. Monday: Soom-waar (ਸੋਮਵਾਰ) - Moon
  3. Tuesday: Mangal-waar (ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ) - prosperity and joy
  4. Wednesday: Budhwar (ਬੁੱਧਵਾਰ) - Mercury
  5. Thursday: Veer-Waar (ਵੀਰਵਾਰ) - Brave
  6. Friday: Shuk'har-Var (ਸ਼ੁੱਕਰਵਾਰ) - Venus
  7. Saturday: Sha-neechar-waar (ਸ਼ਨੀਚਰਵਾਰ) - Saturn

Taoism ↟↟

Traditional Taoism does not use the Western 7 day week but rather it follows a lunar calendar, focusing on 10-day Sun and Moon energy cycles.

There is also the 60-year Heavenly cycle.

Lunar Cycles: The lunar month is divided into three 10-day "weeks" (or xun), closely aligned with the moon's phases.

However:

  1. Sunday: 星期天 (Xīngqītiān) or 星期日 (Xīngqīrì) - Sun
  2. Monday: 星期一 (Xīngqī yī) - Day one

Zoroastrianism ↟↟

Zoroastrianism traditionally uses a 30-day calendar (Roj) instead of the 7 day week calendar.

Each day of the month is dedicated to a specific divinity (Yazads == Angelic Beings) or Amesha Spenta.

Note that these "Yazads" are Not the same as the Yazidis although the name strongly appears to be related.

The 30 days are divided into four "weekly" sections, commonly starting with Ahura Mazda.

Each month has 30 days plus 5 extra Gatha days.

At the end of the 12th month (called the Spendarmad), 5 extra days are added to complete the 365-day year and these are called "Gatha Days".

The last 5 days of the Zoroastrian year (during the 12th month) plus the 5 Gatha days are known as the "10 Muktad Days".
