D.U.M.B.S. (herein called DUMBS) stands for Deep Underground Military Bases. There is a story about the design and construction of these "bases" which goes like this. Some time after the Roswell crash, there was a "meeting" between these "bad aliens" and "members" representing the US Govt where the aliens told the Govt that there was to be a catastrophic event in the "near" future and that they should start preparing underground "accommodation" asap. So at great expense to the taxpayer, these underground facilities have been constructed. Kind of like the underground facilities at Derinkuyu and Kaymakli etc but on a more modern and massive scale. FYI: There are an estimated In case you do not believe in UFO's and their "drivers", you may like to research this event which happened in Washington (twice) in 1952. It is called the 1952 Washington 2 strange things 1) is that these same aliens have told the Russians and the Chinese the same story. 2) They never offered to take the humans OFF-world until the event was over??? Which would have been the obvious choice - except then they would have lost their "long term workers" stock. What Are DUMBS For? ↟↟ In simple terms, the DUMBS are supposedly a safe refuge for "specific" and privileged humans to retire to when the 3rd prophecy of Fatima occurs. Vedic, Mayan, Egyptian, Aztec and many other texts are full of stories about this upcoming event because it has happened many times before. I have covered some of these The theory is that at a prescribed time, these elites will quietly (or not) bid farewell to society and descend down into the tunnels, never to be seen again. However, the people who descend will be facing problems that they never considered and the biggest problem of them all will be time. You see, after a specific time, all things break down and become useless. Terrestrial nuclear (testing) explosions in the open or upper atmosphere destroys Ozone. The damage they leave behind will mean that (in theory) they will need to be down in these DUMBS for many hundreds of years until the Ozone layer repairs itself and even then, "much" of the wildlife and many plants will have been erased because of UV radiation damage.
There are some prophecies that claim that this planet will become a virtual desert and that it will be destroyed by Ether (air). You must understand that ALL negative prophecies depend on what WE do (collectively together) and IF we do nothing but travel downwards, then these prophecies will eventuate and even worse. However, if WE collectively DO GOOD, then these prophecies can become invalid and a different path for humanity will appear.
My point here is that those who go down underground will not want to return to the surface for 1 of 2 reasons (or both).
Plus if the prophecies about a denuded planet are correct, then - for most of them - there will be nothing to come back to anyway.
Yet another problem will be food. They will not be able to grow regular crops or grasses and this will dramatically limit their ability to not only sustain themselves, but to also feed any animals they take down with them. If they feed the animals hydroponically, then there are even more problems - being equipment breakdowns and poor nutrition from plants which are literally grown artificially. Unlike what most people think, plants do not just grow in dirt. They have evolved to grow better with a network of helpers such as earthworms and mycorrhizal fungi with which the have formed symbiotic relationships. Underground Wars ↟↟ And when there are food shortages, guess what will happen next? Group "A" will attack group "B" and group "C" etc and given the fact that there are "Suitcase" size nuclear devices. A suitcase nuclear device is a tactical nuclear weapon that is portable enough that it could use a suitcase as its delivery method. Given the amount of corruption we currently see in the world and given the amount of money that many of the elites possess, owning 1 or more of these suitcase devices should not be dismissed especially when you realize just how many "Broken Arrow" events there are. When you search online these days (2025), you will see numbers like 3 missing or 6 missing or other such garbage. Back before censorship, you could read plausible stories online about 50 or 60 or more missing devices (including 32 ++ unaccountable suitcase devices). Whatever the truth is, you can guarantee that some of these elites will be taking "extra" firepower down with them "just in case". Salt ↟↟ Yet another problem these people will have is a lack of salt (especially for the workers) and eventually for the elites. Even IF they drill a hole up to the ocean to access salt water, they will still face extra issues like radio active contamination and... Since we are in an "Interglacial Period" (between Ice Ages), the oceans will recede by at least 400 feet (130 meters) (+-) during the upcoming Ice Age and this means that their pipes may be sticking out into the air and clogged up by insects and dust (or mud). And if they do manage to keep their "pipes" in the ocean, the problem with the ocean is that it is full of critters, especially critters like barnacles which will quickly clog up their pipes.
One of the worst problems that these people will have will be clean water. This is because of complications caused by the bacteria from excrement waste (over the years). There is also the possibility that they may encounter "new" bacteria which may exist either at - or along the path down to their "abodes" - to which they have no immunity, just like the natives of North and South America when the Europeans arrived. And if they use antibiotics to treat any infections, they will not be able to repopulate their gut biome and thus suffer poor quality health as well from this. In effect, they will be taking 1st world living mentality down into 6th world living conditions. Bathing ↟↟ Think about living with thousands of people (many who will be forcibly sterilized), who are used to 20 minute showers every day. Now consider the available water resources available - just for drinking? Lots of smelly people... Which reminds me when I lived on a boat (at sea) for 9+ months. At least we could jump overboard to wash because we were NOT allowed showers due to a lack of water. Water Filtration ↟↟ There are 2 main types of reverse osmosis filters. TFC and Cellulosic. The Cellulosic membrane requires chlorine IN the water to kill bacteria because they literally eat the membrane. These start out filtering around 86%. The TFC membrane starts out filtering around 98% of "stuff" from the water but you MUST put the seals on properly (usually with Vaseline) or else bacteria will enter your water via any dry or not properly sealed location. When you screw on the filter "Caps", they can and do grab the O ring seal and pinch it out of shape. This is why Vaseline is used. But an unskilled person will still stuff this up. Limited Lifespans Both of these have very limited lifespans and they also need carbon POST-filters and the TFC membrane needs 1 or 2 carbon PRE-filters because chlorine breaks down the membrane.
Imaging that you are living underground even 100 yards (meters) and either a substantial Earthquake hits or even Earthquake tremors??? If you are a parent with kids, your fear will be exponentially greater. Now imagine that you are 1 mile down (1.5Kms) and a serious earthquake hits. You start thinking about IF the access roads to the surface are still open or are they closed due to cave-ins? How long before the attention-seeking, spoilt, fragile darlings start throwing tantrums and acting-up? What will happen then? Revelations ↟↟ The "Book Of Revelations" claims that the world will travail like a woman in childbirth and the oceans will move, and now I want you to apply this to those who are living down in the DUMBS. China Et Al ↟↟ Now consider that because of the traitors in the Government that all of the "tunnel blueprints" are in the hands of a regime that wants to destroy you. Do you honestly think that the CPP or other radical entities will not have planned to destroy the entry points and even the habitable zones??? Pumping "Gas" or Gasolines (petrol / benzine) down into the air intakes and then igniting it will quickly deplete the DUMBS of oxygen or they could simply put something radio active at the air intakes and let the people below die horribly over a long period of time. Flooding Much? And what happens when there is a major earthquake and giant crack appears which goes up to and connects with the ocean or major river?
There is a book published in 1971 - written by Edward Bulwer-Lytton - where he makes some absolutely amazing "predictions". It is called the a) He mentions "staff weapons" like you see in the StarGate TV series (and movies). These were powered by a mysterious substances called VRIL (which the nazi's took the name and created the Vril Society). b) He mentions "automatons" (lifts / elevators) that take people up and down. c) But IMO the most interesting "thing" he mentions is that women will become stronger than men. Testosterone requires People on statins will be the worst hit and the associated mental health side effects from Now let us fast forward 10 - 20 years when most of the equipment has broken down and there are no longer any UV lamps and they have run out of Cholecalciferol (synthetic vitamin D3). The question of whether synthetic Vitamin D3 tablets (capsules) is "active" vitamin D or "storage" vitamin D will be a moot point. The question of "is vitamin D a vitamin or a hormone" will also be useless unless they are still playing Trivial Persuit? Considering that it is often claimed that Vitamin D helps impede many illnesses, consider how a lack of this vitamin will decimate the people living below? And then there is "Rickets" and "Osteomalacia" to consider. Most people have heard of Rickets. Osteomalacia is a bone disease that results in bone softening, caused mainly due to vitamin D deficiency and often affecting adults. And then there is the lack of available Vitamin C and this is where you need to look up what SCURVY means. Bronchial Problems ↟↟ For many months before I died in 2023 and since then, (over 3 years including snow and poor health issues) I was unable to go outside on my own and my wife would not let me go unattended. Also given that where I live we have a "lot" of cloud cover and we are literally "snowed in" for up to 7 months of each year, I was unable to go outside in the sun for more than a few minutes at a time. Then I started developing bronchial issues (Bronchitis) and continually coughing. Finally "She who must be obeyed" I go out at 9AM (0900 Hours) or at 3PM (1500 Hours) after the hole in the Ozone has passed.
Low testosterone, nowhere to dispose of excrement, polluted water, no medicine or antibiotics, limited food stocks and limited potential growing capabilities. Plus a lack of life saving Vitamin C. Food grown hydroponically will be mineral deficient and sub quality leading to even more "mental health issues". There is actually a reason for this. We see these growing mental health issues in But wait, it gets worse... Long term exposure to LED lights has been shown to cause retinal (eye) damage. This effectively means (strongly suggests) that the people living underground where low powdered LED lights will be used, will eventually become completely visually incompatible with sunlight. These devolved people will become completely nocturnal (if they can even get to the surface at all) and our history is replete with stories (myths) about "creatures" (AKA It is called Karma.
There can be only one. The elites who go down into these DUMBS will be alpha personalities. This means that (excluding the worker drones), these elites will be plotting to be the ones at the top of the pyramid. This may be achieved in one or more ways.
Those who organize the creation of these DUMBS will have the advantage of being able to implement many of these into the construction. Eventually their greed will overcome them especially when food runs low and water becomes contaminated and other issues I covered in the previous section.
The biggest problem that these people will have will be returning back to the surface. Darwin's theory of evolution is not as far fetched as you may think. I read a study about the common mouse which had arrived on Madagascar a few hundred years ago and on different sides of the island. These mice have already started to show genetic changes due to topography and vegetation differences. Please Note that this is NOT any of the Mouse Lemurstudies. In isolation, a subpopulation of a species accumulates genetic changes through mechanisms like mutation, genetic drift, and natural selection, leading to distinct genetic differences from the original population. Over many generations, these genetic changes can result in reproductive isolation, where the isolated groups can no longer interbreed to produce fertile offspring, a process called speciation. What stimulates these changes to occur even faster are often physical impediments which we see in animals like animals and rhinos that have evolved to live in equatorial jungles instead of the open savannah (plains / pampas). You also get these revolutionary changes when animals are subject to smaller spaces (area wise) like the Pygmy mammoths from the (US) Channel Islands. Revolutionary changes also apply when the body becomes stresses over decades and hundreds of years. This is a natural survival reflex that the body of every species experiences or they go extinct. So if these "people" stay underground for several hundred years, they will experience physiological changes which will be detrimental to sunlight. FYI: Ozone depletion means that life on the surface will be endangered for at least several hundred years from UV sunlight.
Equipment Failure will be the most immediate problem after food. Most modern computers have a life of less than 10 years and computer screens typically last between 4 - 10 years (on average). Even with replacement electrodes, diodes, circuit boards etc, there will still be a shelf life on some things which will not be planned for. Even with back up replacement parts, most of their equipment will not even last 100 years leaving them literally deep underground and in the dark. Humidity ↟↟ In South Africa you have the worlds deepest mine (as of 2025) and it is around 4 Kms (2.5 miles) deep. The mine is called the Mponeng Gold Mine. The Mponeng Gold Mine sufferers 2 major problems (and many smaller ones), and these are heat and oxygen (or lack there of). Massive fans are used to keep these 2 "problems" in balance as miners mine the super ancient river bed. Remember that these workers come up at the end of their shift and go home so there is no need to grow food or store water etc down below. However For those in the DUMBS, the deeper they go, the more they will need to run machinery which will be needed to keep oxygen levels up as well as temperatures down. And they will also need very large reserves of water either stored in containers or in the open. And then you have sewage. Given the heat below the surface, these sources of water and sewage will conspire to create massive amounts of condensation which will lead to at least 2 more problems. 1) Faster degeneration of machinery and especially electronic equipment. 2) Skin problems (from oil breakdown) which will result in their skin eventually becoming more dolphin like in texture as it evolves to repel moisture. + their eyes will eventually become much larger due to electrical equipment failures. Unknowns ↟↟ And then you have unknowns like toxic minerals such as - but not limited to - Crocoite (PbCrO₄) which is an intensely red-orange mineral composed of lead chromate. There are many other minerals which are toxic as well and what most people do not know is that these "vent" upwards from the magma via fissures in the rocks often forced by steam from seeping water deposits The elites have lots to look forward to.
Another problem for those who go down into the DUMBS will face is Forced Sterility because population control will be a primary concern given that no one will know how long they will be underground. This Forced Sterility will apply mainly to men and most males from babies upwards will undergo a This Burdizzo rule will apply to most males (of all ages) who go down into the DUMBS and only those selected for "racial purity" will have a chance of not being selected for this procedure. Note the "racial purity" undertones.
A few other problems. No Medications ↟↟ There will be a limited amount of medications - so all of the spoilt fragile "darlings" will eventually start "acting up" and attention seeking which may end up quickly getting them a spot on the compost heap. Overweight people will have it even worse because they have excessive intakes of food and water - so this will help them slim down a lot. Leftie Nutjobs ↟↟ You can also guarantee that the nutjob lefties will have their impudent children scanned and banned in most cases. No Trans ↟↟ There will be no Trans people down in these DUMBS mainly because of the (lack of) availability of medications. Clothing ↟↟ Clothing will eventually become caked with sweat and grime and again, water will be a perennial problem so washing clothes will cease to be a "thing" once water restrictions start. This will be a big disappointment to the over dressed designer-clothing Skeksis crowd. Moisture will eventually pervade everything, even your bedding. Can you imagine living with narcissistic people in control of your life? Surveillance ↟↟ Another thing you can guarantee is that there will be NO privacy and just like modern China, there will be cameras everywhere (at least until the electronics breaks down). Eat food (caught on camera), have shower (caught on camera), go to toilet (caught on camera), horizontal folk dancing (caught on camera). Blue Haired People ↟↟ Also consider that the Useful Idiot Brigade will not be allowed down into these new illustrious living conditions. Who needs the drama? Farting ↟↟ Consider the eventual build up of methane gas and the consequences when someone makes a spark or lights a cigarette. Even when you factor in methanotrophs BTW, there will no longer be any cigarettes. Death By Faraday Cage ↟↟ In the early 2000's I read a book about an experiment (study) which was conducted where a Professor had some of his students live inside a Faraday Cage for weeks at a time. NOTE that this was NOT the 1837 Faraday experiment. This induced electrostatic shielding which isolated these "subjects" from the Earths Electro Magnetic "field". I have searched for hours to find this study but it appears to have vanished under a landslide of other articles so I cannot provide references for this. If you know of this experiment and have online links to more information about this study, please The short story here is that students were placed inside an effective Faraday Cage and within several weeks, most of them had become decidedly mentally unbalanced to the point of self harm. Now Imagine This Image being locked underground - many hundreds of meters / yards down - and being placed in a very large faraday cage. Within days and weeks you watch people around you effectively turning into zombies and attacking others for no apparent reason and you suddenly realize that this is your destiny and that there is NO way out. This gives a new horrifying definition to cabin fever. What will you do? REMEMBER Remember that during WWII, the nazi's rounded up millions of people and told them that they were being moved to another "location"** and while most people may be familiar with the Palmiry Massacre, there were in fact over 6 million Poles erased as part of the nazi ethnic cleansing campaign. ** This "other location" was often a hole in the ground or a concentration camp. So when you go down into one of these DUMBS and your "group" is told that they are being moved to better accommodation, just remember what happened in WWII. Cabin Fever ↟↟ aaaaaaaaaaaahhh, good old Cabin Fever. Gods revenge. Imagine being locked up with thousands of smelly people who have cabin fever?
PLAN B is to be nice to each other, help the poor, and stop poisoning people with synthetic medicines. I know that this will be hard but ask yourself this?
