How To Take Tikun Ormus
For younger children and early teens, Tikun Ormus may be taken directly from the bottle and mixed with water.
It is highly recommended that you mix the Ormus with APPLE CIDER VINEGAR (ACV) for maximum results. The ACV helps to reduce the alkalinity as well as to neutralize the taste.
The ACV will make the minerals much more accessible especially for people over 30.

Mid 20's -> Early 40's
It is recommended that you take 1/2 teaspoon of vinegar for every 1 teaspoon of Tikun Ormus you take.
This helps your stomach break up the minerals and to process these minerals much more effectively.
The benefits are surprisingly different between using and not using ACV.
If you are over 40, we strongly recommend that you use 1 teaspoon of ACV for every teaspoon of Tikun Ormus that you take.
The older you get, the less stomach acid you produce.
This means that your body does not effectively process food and thus we tend to eat more (and put on weight).
For those who have been to Asian countries where the diet is mainly vegetables and fermented vegetables, you will notice that this weight gain can easily be controlled by eating more fermented vegetables and less meat.
The bacteria in the fermented vegetables help break down and process your food much more efficiently (so you eat less).
