Einstein or Zweistein?
The law of conservation of energy states that energy can neither be created nor destroyed - only converted from one form of energy to another. here
+ here
Q1: Who said that energy Cannot be created or destroyed?
A: Albert Einstein
So the real question should be:
Q2) Where did the energy come from in the first place?
Q3: If the "Holographic Universe"
theory is correct, then the above assumption is completely incorrect.
Einstein can only partially be right IF you do not believe in a divine Creator and you do believe that the Universe "magically" appeared on its own accord, and even then it is impossible to "hypothetically"
or emphatically explain where all energy originated from in the first place.
However, (IF and this is a big IF) Energy can only be "transmuted"
- eg: wood into fire into smoke (gas) + carbon + monoatomics + Minerals and then back via trees etc) but - again - this does not explain how Energy was created in the first place.
Ex-Nihilo ↟↟
Nor does it explain what "force" currently supports this energy given that - as we now know - energy needs to have a starting point as well as a structured and sustained method of maintenance.
You see, IF the entire universe is sustained by ex-nihilo energy, then it is potentially possible that not only was Einstein incorrect, but that we do not even begin to understand the concept of creation itself.
Describe Ex-Nihilo.
Think of a light bulb connected to electricity in your house or apartment.
You walk into a room and turn on the light switch and instantly the room is flooded with light.
When you have finished doing what you need to do in that room, you turn off the light switch and leave.
As soon as you turn off the light switch, the light goes out.
Why does the light go out?
Because it is no longer being sustained.
Now consider what "force" keeps the "switch" on that "feeds" the energy which sustains our entire existence?
My Zen question of the day.
Here is something you may never think of.
One of my teachers asked me this. "What happens if God turns off the switch?"
"Have you completed your Karmic journey to the next level or will you simply cease to exist"?
Conundrum 2
Einstein obviously did not understand the Buddhist impermanence of Samsara
or the Kabbalistic concept of " "Yesh Ma'Ayin" יש מעין
", nor the 3rd concept of Ex-Nihilo as postulated by R Shneur Zalman in his book Likkutei Amarim Tanya
, because if he did, he would have had to believe in a higher Being.
Perhaps I am wrong and he did believe in a higher being but he knew that his scientific contemporaries were not spiritually advanced enough to comprehend the "notion" of a divine Creator?
NOTE: I am not saying that Einstein was wrong, only that he based his "diagnosis" on a systen which was programed to exist - a system like the "Holographic Universe".
"Samsara"
(reincarnation) is usually applied to human rebirth, but Samsara "may" also apply to the constant rebirth of creation itself.
Interestingly we (generally) think of Ex-Nihilo as something which happens in micro-seconds, but what if our perception of time is wrong?
"When I Died"
in May 2023, I noticed that what appeared to be a protracted period of time was in fact only a few seconds - and the "second time" no more than a minute from what I was told by my wife.
And yet, on the other side, I had time to look around, to move forward and backwards and to observe "things" for what seemed many minutes.
And this was just the level above the current physical level we exist on now.
How many "other" levels are there and what is time like both in their physical reality and in the "death" reality?
Atman?
This is because with "Samsara"
, the Atman (soul) comes back into a "Physical" body, note the word physical.
It needs this physical entity in order to "experience" good, bad, hot, cold, pain, joy, levels of love detached from the Creator and other experiences.
The Mayan Popol Vuh
states that the first "people" were (plants) trees, while in Kabbalah it is expounded that the first created "entities" were vessels called Klipot.
For vessels to exist, like trees, they all need to comprise of atoms which in turn are comprised of energy.
Some say this energy is the Soul, Atman, Nefest, Kami, etc or what we may refer to as The Life Force of Creation. But this is wrong.
The Shinto believe that all created things contain this life force.
I have not read or heard any doctrine which states that the Soul, Atman, Nefest, Kami, etc is only and specifically valid for humans, in fact, many teachings talk about people who sin (the spiritual definition is outside the scope of this document), return back to this or other planet as a lower life form, such as an animal, fish or insect or worse.
A "sin" may be as simple as a lie, accidental or deliberate, through to harming someone or something and much much worse if multiple people are harmed.
R Shneur Zalman's "Ex Nihilo" is very similar to the concept of Samsara.
Zalman explains that everything is constantly being recreated every microsecond (and my example above) is like light from a candle, a light bulb or the sun.

Here is where it gets tricky
Expounding on an expanded level, if "Ex Nihilo" is a real "thing", then does it also include not only all of Creation itself, but the very essence of our existence, our souls as well?
What do you think?
People generally think that most of "Space" - as in Outer Space - is void, but Space must also be (a) Brought into existence to begin with and (b) Sustained and (c) Controlled.
So what definition would you use to describe this?
Quantum or String Theory or something else?
What happens when you "Die"?
The Real Question
So "if" energy cannot be destroyed, where did everything vanish to?
When I died, all of creation was "retracted", but then again, where did it all retract to?
I literally went to what can only be described as another dimension.
In the book "Dictionary of Creation Myths"
it talks about many "Races" of people who believed in a Divine Creator who created "everything".
Can they all be wrong?
Especially given the fact that Buddhism has been around for for over 2,500 years and has been doing deep "ascetic"
meditation all of that time.
Also take Abraham as the "progenitor"
of Judaism which has in this case been around for + - 4,000 years and has had many many mystics and prophets in its ranks.
It seems kind of ignorant and rude to write off the wisdom attained over these last 2,500 - 4,000 years simply because it was not written by those who "espouse"
plastic medicine.
Why Do We Exist?
The answer my friend may be blowing in the wind
-- of God.
The "wind" of God passed across the face of the deep.
The Hebrew word for wind is (רוּחַ) ruach and is often translated as (1) Wind (2) Spirit (3) Breath.
Spirit is another word for Soul.
In the book "Dictionary of Creation Myths"
, there are many creation "myths" that talk about the wind of God etc etc.
Can this be a coincidence?
And these days, the word "energy" can easily replace the word "spirit" when applied to various cultural (Animist) beliefs about a life force (soul, spirit, energy, Kami etc) inhabiting all things, animate
+ inanimate
.
Most people would be acutely aware of just how fragile and Flimsy
their physical body is - especially as they get older.
The body - and thus physicality itself - does not really serve any real esoteric purpose except that it feels love, pain, hot, cold etc and can manifest these emotions spontaneously as well.
However the physical body can serve as a medium for your soul to learn.
Think of school but on an esoteric or spiritual level, and because the "soul" (Atman) is completely dissolved into the physical body, the lessons experienced by the body are reflected in the soul.
There is a saying I like and it says "To let the light in, you must break the wood".
So the real lesson is (IMO) - from what I have learned - is to elevate the soul by way of the body and this cannot be done if you are (1) overweight (2) eat meat.
When you eat meat, you absorb the "animal soul" of the animal the meat came from. Please note that this is not my rule. it is called "Cellular Memory"
It is said that when King David (yes, that King David) asked his teacher "How can I be a better King", his teacher replied, "Eat less, study harder". (Sephardi Sidur intro)
I have noticed (personally) that when I fast, for at least several days, my brain becomes more clear and I have a better memory.
Regarding Fasting
If you are doing "protracted"
fasting and expecting some kind of miracle, please consider that what you believe may be wrong so expecting "God" to save you is basically a really stupid idea.
When you are Fasting, you need to detox first and take precautions for your health and safety.
You are given a massive brain to think with, not go on some massive "god loves me and will save me" ego trip.
If and when you do "Water Fasting", you need to have a safety person to monitor you especially if you are Fasting longer than 3 days.
With meditation, usually people finish within a few hours maximum, but as you develop your abilities, this may extend for several days when you are at an extremely high level.
Sometimes when I am (water) Fasting, I find that I can meditate for up to 20 hours. This is not something you will do immediately and you need to build up your mind control before you even attempt this.
While 20 hours may sound impressive, believe me I am a novice in this arena and I have met people who can meditate for more than 1 week and I have heard about others who can meditate for months.
Relax, this usually takes many many years of Controlled Meditation
to achieve and most people never get this far because of bathroom breaks.
Punishment Of The Soul
Because of its absolute connection to the body, the soul is usually punished via the body.
The soul can be punished "directly" on rare occasions (such as the lashes of fire, banishment or even complete destruction)
However the soul is connected to all parts of the body and as such, any pain the body feels, is transferred to the soul. This is why people who get "intelligent professional, experienced" regression HypnoTherapy usually remember their previous (traumatic or peaceful) deaths.
How Do I Know This?
2 reasons.
1) I am a certified hypnotherapist and I have done countless regression sessions.
Some of the events people have discussed have been truly heart breaking.
2) There are many cases where someone gets a body part transplant taken from another person and they start experiencing the other persons life, habits, friends, experiences etc.
The following examples clearly show that the soul pervades
the entire body - which makes complete sense in this "Cellular Memory"
theory.
Cellular Memory ↟↟
--------------
So What Is My Point?
My point is that the theory of Samsara
(absolute impermanence
) - including the conundrum
of reincarnation
- sounds completely feasible because the body and all associated peripherals are "more or less" irrelevant and only required as a "vehicle" for the soul to evolve and grow.
You can think of it like this. Your "vehicle" is represented by your car (truck or bus etc).
In this example: You represent "The Soul" and you get into your "vehicle" to go from point A to your final destination represented by "point B".
Once you arrive at Point B, the "vehicle" is no longer needed.
So in this theory, all of what you see and perceive as creation (the scenery along the road) has been created purely for the souls "potential" journey of ascension
.
If however, you decide to go "off road" and go bush bashing, then your reset button will get bigger and bigger. The bigger the button, the further down the "ladder" you go.
Fine Print
And like everything else in life, whether we like it or not, there are rules, some blatantly obvious and some written in very fine print.
Some rules are straight forward and simple and others are Red Herrings (misdirects) like "The Art Of War by "Sun Tzu"
" (not his real name: Sun == 3 and Tzu == 4 in Mandarin).
The "real" strategies are in the "36 Stratagems"
which move on a sliding scale which is defined by individual situations and are also applicable when planning for future events you wish to control.
Misdirects
A lot of what you see and believe is a misdirection, and it is only when you rise above the confusing mundane cloud of daily survival, that you begin to see the light of reality.
Back to the Soul Theory. ↟↟
So the real questions are:
- Why was the soul created?
- What is the end game?
- Where does the soul come from?
- What is the essence of the soul that it needs this physical journey
- ... and this is just the start of the questions.
Final Thoughts
Disclaimer: I am not promoting or advocating or even recommending Breatharianism.
Breatharians purportedly live on "Prana" (like photons or neutrinos) from the Sun.
Please watch this "Living on Prana"
video.
WARNING
I must also point out that people do die from trying this because they have not spent years learning the proper techniques first.
It is called natural selection. Please do not be one of these people, there is a "lot" to learn before you get to the advanced stages to even begin to try this technique.
There is a lot of things we "all" have yet to learn.
Now consider that your own body also produces "BioPhotons"
.
Summary
All of creation was made just so that something we call a soul (part of an obviously greater something), can be refined like gold is refined, by fire, flux and bone.
This is just something for you to think about.
