Religion is your choice, all you have to do is look at the original texts for better clarification. Before you choose a religion, look at ALL of the texts associated with that religion so that you are making an informed choice. I have found that most religions have good and bad points. The following information is for people who have a problem with being "overly" intellectual. The absolute truth is that you should NOT follow a religion per se, because you should SEEK the Creator with ALL of your heart. IF you believe in any religion, at all, then you become subject to the whims and egos of people, usually men, who seek power and control - and often worldly vices. IF your "god" preaches fear, hate, control, violence, slavery, rape and subjugation, then you are essentially following the teachings of The Satan. Understanding this does not require more than 2 brain cells which still work. If someone promises you a reward in heaven when you die, ask yourself, WHO gave them the authority to promise you personally anything after you die? Unless they have personally died, been brought back to life and been personally given permission to bless people with false hopes, then they have NO legitimate authority to promise you anything after you die. I know that the catholic church has been promising people a "Get Out Of Hell" card for centuries (if they paid extra), and recently I found out that the Buddhist priests in Japan have picked up this disgusting habit as well. Recently my neighbor died and the priest comes every week for 7 weeks and if you pay extra he promises that he will get your loved one out of hell and "into a nice place" if you pay even more, you can get their negative Karma erased as well. Payment is typically between 500,000 ¥en - 1,000,000 ¥en and then there is a tip "usually" of around 30% - 50% of that amount on top. Some monks charge less and if you are rich, then they try and get more, a lot more. Completely corrupt system. This is commonly paid every week for 7 weeks. The fees listed below are just for the Buddhist monk and does not include funeral fees, kozeki (Govt registration) fees and a host of other peripheral fees. Note that the Japanese currency does not use a decimal point currency system like dollars and cents or pounds and pence or euros and cents. It is a flat "cents type" currency where the "cent" is represented by the Yen. (So there is no Dollar, Pound, Euro equivalent). Actually the YEN is called EN in Japanese which has been anglicized to Yen.

He promised that men would get 72 virgins (houris) and be able to conjugate with them every day and yet when you die, you have NO BODY and No Body == no penis. ALSO, when you die you may come back as a male or a female. He raped, murdered and stole, plus there is mounting evidence that he was "riden" by men as stated in the Sahih Muslim (Hadith 450a) "Night of the Jinn". Islam claims to be the last religion and IF this becomes true, then it means that it will destroy the world and by this destruction it will become the last. You cannot name even One country where muslims have gone to en masse which has become a better country or more socially enriched by their presence unless you count rape, murder, violence, destruction and fear as improvements in society. Even in Japan they are burning down Shinto shrines which have stood (some) for hundreds of years. 250,000 girls in the UK (ALONE) rapes by muslims in less than 10 years and that does not include those who remained ashamed and silent or the dead. And your local main stream media has supported these rapes and murders from the beginning by shaping public perception and ignoring many of the events as or when they occurred. Hinduism believes in a code of dharma which represents divine righteous conduct and reverence for all life Hindu's are often practicing vegetarians - which reflects their focus on Not Killing any higher level living "thing".. Hinduism believes in the principles of (non-violence). Sikhism ↟↟ Sikhism believes in one gender neutral God, known as Waheguru - this means that the Creator is not male or female. Key principles of Sikhism include acknowledging the divine spark within every person, accepting karma and the cycle of samsara (reincarnation), upholding social justice, and maintaining a life of charity, compassion, humility. Sikhism emphasizes spiritual devotion, equality for all people, honest work, and positive constructive service to humanity. Shinto ↟↟ Shinto is a bit strange to most people because it believes in a divine "spark" or energy force in ALL of creation, not just humans and animals, but in all of creation. This "spark" is called Kami and exists in humans, animals, plants, rocks ,etc. Shinto seeks a harmonious relationship with all of these "Kami". Reincarnation has another meaning in Shintoism and it is seen as a progression of the soul. The soul may become a Kami of one description or another depending on what the person did during their lifetime. This "Kami" can be anything from a rock to a person and everything in between. Taoism ↟↟ Tao (Dao / Gao) means "The Way of the Path". Taoists believe in living in harmony with the Tao. Taoism focuses on naturalness, simplicity, and the cultivation of virtues such as compassion, frugality, and humility. Taoism seeks to balance the Yin and the Yang of life through peaceful methods. Knowledge is an important aspect of Taoism. Druze ↟↟ The Druze (call themselves al-Muwaḥḥidūn) are monotheistic. The Druze are a break-away from Islam and in general, the Druze do not adhere to the traditions Muslim doctrine of violence, submission, rape and murder. It is important to note that the Druze do not identify as Muslims. The Druze believe in the eternity of the soul. Yazidi ↟↟ Yazidis are an ancient monotheistic people who believe in one God plus 6 other divine beings, led by the Peacock Angel, Malak Taus. (melek taus) Malak Taus is traditionally depicted in the masculine gender but there are some reports that claim Malak Taus is also called the Queen of the Ants. Yazidi believe in reincarnation and a connection to nature. Some Muslim ideology has crept into the Yazidi faith possibly due to their location. What is most interesting is that even after the Muslims murdered millions of people around them and forced the living into conversions, the Yazidi's held onto their faith. I do not wish to sound arrogant or naïve but "In My Opinion" and after over 50 years of meditating, studying esoterics and religious texts, I have come to the conclusion that religion per se is an illusion, created by (men) humans as a means of thought control. The essence of my thought comes from Buddhism which is a PATH to enlightenment and not a dictatorial doctrine of ridged control by the thought police.
Your path to THE Creator is yours alone and it is often very different from the journey which other people are taking. 2 quick examples(1) IF I told you that The Divine Presence appeared to me - in reality - you have no idea if I am telling the truth or not unless I can describe the experience and ONLY then IF you have had a similar experience can you truly relate. THE only benefits to you is that YOU now know that it is possible for the Divine Presence to appear to humans - so this gives you incentive to pursue higher spiritual ambitions. (2) IF I tell you that I have been to the Hall Of Scrolls, or the Akashic Records or the Supernal Academies, then the only benefits to you are that you know that these "events" are achievable and you can now open your mind up to such possibilities. It must also be noted that these events do not happen unless you pursue them. You cannot cut a rock in half and become a Jedi Master. For most people it will require many years of discipline, meditation and /or prayer and your ability to open your heart to the Creator. I have found that there are certain Verses from songs which are "often" highly beneficial to many people which allows them to get into the right frame of mind and open their hearts before meditation or prayer. I list a few here and these I call the The Key ↟↟ THE Key to these journeys is You also need to UN-learn many of the mis-information you have been taught over your lifetime regardless of how good the intentions are or were of the person(s) telling you. You also need to learn to meditate because unless you can meditate on these "things", you will spend a lifetime questioning your questions. More importantly, you need to learn the right meditation methods from the start because there are many techniques which will completely waste your life. I have known and even lived with people who were part of a cult and one of the hardest things I have had to do is to tell friends that their "religion" is just a pedophile cult.
