Always Be Warm & Comfortable
Always try to be Warm & Comfortable while meditating.
Did you know that what you wear affects your body frequency?
The 3 best materials to wear are:
- 100% Cotton (Organic)
- 100% Linen
- 100% Wool
This excludes any of the above which have been mixed together OR with other fabric or fabrics, either natural or un-natural oil based synthetics like rayon, nylon etc.
Some materials enhance your body's frequency and others dramatically reduce your body's frequency.
There are many videos on YouTube regarding the "frequency of fabrics" and this "do not mix fabrics" is even mentioned in the old Testament.
And
Whatever you wear, always be comfortable and warm.
Consider the outside temperatures and adjust your clothing to compensate for heat or cold.
What To Wear While Meditating For Men
It is best to wear loose cotton or other natural fiber clothing.
The 3 best materials to wear are:
- 100% Cotton (Organic)

Try not to wear synthetics like nylon, rayon etc, and this includes blended cotton clothing.
Avoid tight undies, socks and ideally you should not be wearing any shoes.
Do not Meditate when you are drunk or on drugs (prescription of otherwise) because sometimes the "Flash Backs" may be disturbing to people with weaker minds.
What To Wear While Meditating For Women

To Bra or not to Bra?
Regardless of what your bra size is, try and use a PLUS sized (bigger) bra when Meditating. Something that is comfortable and loose - this includes women who are overly endowed.
This will relieve you of the compressed chest feeling many women experience when wearing tight fitting bras.
Do not Meditate when you are drunk or on drugs (prescription of otherwise) because sometimes the "FlashBacks" may be disturbing to some people.

Once you get to a much higher level of Meditation, you can change your body function to automatically adjust for external hot or cold.
