You want to do advanced meditation but your brain is fuzzy.

Top First A Long List Of The Problems

These days, we are exposed to many chemicals and other substances which rob "most" of us of our innate cognitive ability to have clear visions and dreams.

Bad Halogens ↟↟

Firstly you have Negative Halogens and the ones we are most commonly exposed to are • Chlorine and • Bromine.

are well documented and while many countries have banned Bromine, sadly there are still a lot of countries which have not banned the use of Bromine - including America and Japan.

Other halogens include Astatine, Tennessine and Fluorine.

Chlorine has a very affect on the brain.

Fluoride (F-) is the halide ion of the halogen fluorine.

Chlorine is one of the worst because (like fluoride and mercury) + and long term exposures were associated with impaired neurophysiologic and neuropsychologic functions.

Chlorine is made even more deadly when Ammonia is added to it (typically still used in many water treatment facilities). Chlorine + Ammonia = a 3rd compound called Chloramine which does not come out easy using a typical (GAC or Block) carbon filter.

In fact, you need to expose the Chloramine infested water to a Catalytic "block" Carbon Filter for at least 30 minutes to remove the Chloramine. Do not use a standard GAC carbon filter.

So you can see that these Catalytic Carbon Filters would be almost useless when used as a regular carbon filter (for tap water) and especially as a shower filter.

Plus, but not everywhere, there are Ground Water sources which may contain Chlorine as we.

Some areas which may not have had chlorine in their Ground Water before, may now be infected due to leaching of commercial fertilizes into the Ground Water artesian systems which support perennial flowing waters like rivers and creeks. + + + .

Chlorine Dioxide ↟↟

A safer choice.

These days, while many water treatment companies now use Chlorine Dioxide to "clean" the water, there are still many other companies that insist on use Chlorine + Ammonia.

Chlorine Dioxide is also commonly used in food processing.

As you can see, Chlorine Dioxide is not the demon that corrupt and ignorant media makes it out to be - or it would not be used at all.

Sugar ↟↟

Sugar is one of THE most deadliest food substances on this planet. From rotting teeth to diabetes to removing critical Minerals from the body and brain, + + is the catalyst for so many health issues and associated with many more problems.

Another nasty side effect of sugar is that it often causes the excessive production of insulin (if you are lucky enough to not have diabetes) and insulin is also associated with many health issues including hypoglycemia - too many to go into here. +

These hypoglycemic episodes are often called sugar lows and are commonly associated with foggy brain syndrome which is not good for meditating or long term cognitive health.

Excessive insulin is also now being associated with Erectile dysfunction and low testosterone.

Choline Deficiency ↟↟

Your brain and nervous system need it to regulate memory, mood, muscle control, and other functions.

You also need choline to form the membranes that surround your body's Cells.

You can make a small amount of choline in your liver, but most of the choline in your body comes from the food you eat. (source NIH) + + +

Choline is also critical for helping to heal Traumatic Brain Injury.

Lead (mineral) ↟↟

Lead is well recorded as negatively affecting the brain.

Lead (mineral) is associated with dysfunctional mental acuity which may cause some people to have episodes of cognitive dissonance.

Fluoride ↟↟

Fluoride is well recorded as negatively affecting the brain.

The Fluoride we are fed in our water and toothpaste is a by-product of aluminum smelting and not natural.

If you travel to countries where fluoride is added to the water, look at the children and see how blank their eyes are.

It helps if you are traveling to multiple countries where some do add fluoride and some do not. Much more noticeable. + + + +

Mercury ↟↟

Mercury is another of the major toxic causes of mental decline in many people.

Mercury is a potent neurotoxin that can cause cognitive decline diagnosed as Alzheimer's disease.

Mercury must be removed slowly or else you can get massive feedback loops which can - and often do - cause crippling headaches.

There is a plethora of information and scientific studies highlighting the dangers of mercury. + + + + + + + + + + +

Most people with amalgam tooth fillings notice that their migraines stop once they replace the mercury fillings with ceramics. (I did)


Top Some Solutions

Natural Cognitive Enhancers.

Natural Cognitive Enhancers are - preferably organic - herbs plus Minerals which enhance your brain functionality.This is critical for more natural and realistic experiences while meditation.

There are some other cognitive enhancers I partake 5 or 6 days a week. (Never 7 days)

1:3 means 1 part herb to 3 parts 40% ABV alcohol.

  • Brahmi - Bacopa monnieri (tinctured 1:3)
  • Goto Kola - Centella asiatica (tinctured 1:3)
  • Lithium Orotate (powder)
  • Lion's Mane mushroom (tinctured 1:3)
  • Gingko Biloba (leaves only - tinctured 1:3)
  • Glutathione - Milk Thistle - Silybum marianum (tinctured 1:3)
  • Licorice ROOT - Glycyrrhiza glabra (tinctured 1:3)
  • B3 - Nicotinamide - NOT flush free version

I measure out the daily dose of each into 1 cup, cover the cup with tissue paper + rubber band, leave sit for 24 hours and by then, most of the alcohol has evaporated (especially in Summer).

DOSAGES

My personal dosage rate is 5 mls (1 teaspoon) a day X 5 or 6 days a week.

Sometimes some herbs may be too powerful for "some" people and result in "mild" negative experiences.

Lion's Mane should only be taken 5 days a week - for example.

POACHED EGGS

Poached eggs gives your body and brain healthy cholesterol, plus more importantly, CHOLINE which helps heal and maintain the Myelin sheaths of your nerves and in your brain - for most people. +

This increases and maintains synaptic response times by the brain.

Drugs, pharmaceuticals and synthetics may cause severe harm to the brain and may take many years to repair.

Poached eggs give you a natural form of Choline.

Dry Fasting

The main reason you should not do Dry Fasting is because of the issues listed above in The Problem section.

IF and only IF you have detoxed your body and brain for at least 6 months using natural methods, then you may be able to think about dry fasting.
