Trace Minerals Are Important
Trace Minerals are more important than most people are led to believe.
We are constantly losing "Trace Minerals"
especially due to sugar ingestion and other factors.
Another major cause of "mineral loss" is the lack of minerals in the foods (vegetables) we are being fed.
3 of the main causes of mineral loss.
- Sugar
- Glyphosate
- Hydroponics
Singapore is an ideal test case for this closely followed by Japan where Hydroponics (also known as Urban Farming or Vertical Farming) have become the new farming fad.
Singapore is considered the most advanced 1st world country in South East Asia.
These Hydroponic farms rely of NPK fertilizers to make their products "L@@K" delicious, especially green vegetables.
NPK fertilizers use synthetic nitrogen which also inhibits plants from absorbing many other bio-diverse minerals for 2 reasons.
- The most compelling reason is that they are simply NOT supplied with the fertilizers.
- When added to soil, this Synthetic Nitrogen effectively "burns" the soil and destroys much of the micro-biome in the soil including the fungi which are critical to healthy plant life.
Most Hydroponic fertilizers utilize between 9 - 33 minerals only, which does not necessitate the fact that all of these are taken up by the plant.
When you combine Hydroponics with "Sugar"
, you have a deadly combination.
Glyphosate ↟↟
Glyphosate was patented as a "metal chelator" which translates as "it removes metals".
In the USA it is common practice for (example) wheat farmers to spray their crops with Glyphosate to reduce weeds and then again shortly before harvest because Glyphosate dries out the wheat kernels.
This means that farmers can get more dry grain on a truck than grain which contains moisture. More "Net" weight tonnage means cheaper transport costs and more $$$ for the farmer.
Glyphosate is also responsible for what many people this is "Gluten Intolerance". As I can personally attest to.
Gruel? ↟↟
It is also interesting to note that statistics are rising in 3rd world countries, especially poorer areas.
What is important to note here is that many people (including children) subsist of "Gruel"
which in most cases in South America consists of corn flour and sugar.
In rural Africa, this is also a similar plight for poor people where whatever the local grain is, it is also mixed with sugar and eaten (or drunk) as the main food source.
In the West and many other countries, we have what is often called "Fast Meals" or "Cheap Meals" where people buy chocolates or other "sweets" and substitute more substantial meals with these sugar based foods (for want of a better word).
Meditation Sickness ↟↟
In advanced meditation techniques, this lack of bio-available minerals - also critical for brain functionality - is responsibly for something called "Meditation Sickness"
.
