The Gravity Of Significance
The Gravity Of Significance is the weight (??)
which applies to the Karmic and spiritual significance of your thoughts, speech, actions and intent.
The Gravity Of Significance applies to 4 sets of people.
1) Those who "do good or charitable" deeds in order to win favor "in Heaven".
2) Those who "do good or charitable" deeds and expect no rewards. These people are referred to as the "Shambhala Warriors".
3) Those who "do good or charitable" deeds because it is a religious mandate.
4) Those who do not do good and/or do not give charity.
Favors In Heaven ↟↟
This includes - but is not limited to - people who exploit or harm others and then make charitable contributions.
Included in this are those who think that they can buy their way "into Heaven" on their deathbed or by donations from relatives on their behalf.
Think just how deluded that logic is?
What does "God" need with money?
One of the biggest scams in history is done by religions which claim that "they" can get you into heaven on the condition you pay - and the more you pay, the higher up in heaven you can go.
Seriously, please consider how inane this is - especially when you factor in "Reincarnation".
Giving money to a church or other organization for purported spiritual gain, while you have deprived helping The Poor and Needy - during your lifetime - is a sad indictment on a persons intellect and betrays just how stupid they think that "their" god is.
BTW
I am not talking about just giving money to people - especially those who use it for alcohol, cigarettes and drugs - I am talking about programs like "The Abecedarian Study"
where people are taught to be better than their previous destiny.
The Messiah Brainwash ↟↟
We have been programmed to believe that a "Messiah"
is going to come to "save" us just so that we can continue living our shallow and baseless lives without any consideration for our consequences - physical and spiritual.
This mis-translation by the "church" has made us lazy and stupid.
The fact is that WE must "bring" the Messiah by our actions and these actions will only be effective if we are genuine.
We must be better people to enable the consciousness of The Messiah to manifest on this planet.
Just look at the global mess we are in today and ask yourself if you would want to join this party?
As the Dalai Lama said, "If every 8 year old in the world is taught meditation, we will eliminate violence from the world in one generation". What a great starting point peace would be?
From The Heart
If you do not do things from the heart, and you do things for deceptive purposes, then anything you do is counted against you.
When you die, your soul is completely bare and everything you have done is recorded on or against your soul. You may be the best liar on this planet but when you die, even your thoughts are easy to see.
Expect No Rewards ↟↟
Giving charity is seen (in most religions) as one of the paths to heaven.
In fact, charity is one of the "Secret Passwords".
These paths are subdivided based on your wealth and your true intent.
This act can be magnified by giving charity directly to someone without them knowing that you are their benefactor - as opposed to them knowing that you are the benefactor.
True Story
When I was 20 I was traveling through Malaysia - on my way to India, and I did tourist things like take a bus around the island of Penang.
We stopped at a small town for 20 (or so) minutes and people debussed and looked around - buying trinkets etc.
As I was walking I passed a young boy sitting and begging. He had tired eyes and looked very malnourished and exhausted.
Whilst I noticed him, I did not give him any money and continued walking for about 100 + meters (yards) and then something inside me erupted and I raced back to the boy, only stopping to buy him some food as I went.
When I got back to him, he had slumped over and I shook him trying to wake him up to give him the food. He was unresponsive.
I checked his carotid pulse and found no pulse.
I have never forgiven myself for not "immediately" giving him some charity or food.
Even now, over 45 years later, my heart is deeply saddened by what transpired and my lack of compassionate action in the seconds that counted.
I have done a lot of stupid things in my life (like most men) but this is the only thing for which I have never forgiven myself.
Religious Mandate ↟↟
If you do charity or give charity based on a Religious Mandate, this counts as good Karma for you but it is not as powerful as giving charity because you innately feel compelled to do so.
This can be magnified by giving charity directly to someone without them knowing that you are their benefactor.
On other occasions, giving directly to someone - regardless of the "honor level" - may be enough to save their life.
This is because they can access your charity immediately (usually) to their immediate benefit.
It also helps reduce the temptation for someone to intercede between your "donation" and the recipient like the Red Cross did in the 2011 Japanese Tsunami crisis where they stopped sending donated funds to Japan (and announced this on their website)
- or the UP TO (so far) $41 BILLION missing from the gloBull climate change fund. ("Oxfam")
or how senior "Hamas"
leaders managed to acquire "$11 Billion+"
while the people of gaza suffered.
No Charity People ↟↟
According to many teachings, people were created because we can both receive and give.
This receiving and giving applies across a broad spectrum of situations and "events" - and one of those "events" is called charity.
If you do not give charity in this lifetime, how do you expect to receive it in the next life?
Plus, this is exacerbated if you are in the position to help someone and you refuse to help thereby causing suffering to another person.
It is a pity that you cannot get even a glimpse of what you can expect after you die.
A Warning
You can deny that there is a Creator all you want, but there is overwhelming evidence from people who have experienced (NDE's) Near Death Experiences, to show that it is "physicality" per se that is the illusion and that our "souls" survive.
The Dalai Lama (for example) can only be chosen IF he recognizes items from his previous life and knows things that only the previous Dalai Lama would have known - and this knowledge cannot be known to some random 3 or 4 or 5 year old child.
Other "Lama's" go through the same process of being "revealed".
Interestingly, many children remember past lives but this is either negatively challenged by parents, beaten out of the child or the child is zombified by being put on psychotropic medications.
It is the Purity of your Intent - which every decent religion claims - that The Creator is interested in and not the superfluous fluff of self promotion, vanity, arrogance and faux-appearance.
Question: What happens to vanity and arrogance after you die?
There is a Buddhist teaching which says that everything begins from the heart. If you are sincere and genuine, this is what is reflected in your heart, conversely, if you are a basic "man of the dirt" living in your animal soul, then this is what you will reflect.
It is only when you realize that you are at such a low level and then "genuinely" choose to be better, that you are helped by Heaven.
Being "helped" by Heaven is not just a Buddhist teaching. In fact, every religion I have studied have the same precept.
This is the basis for the "Law Of Attraction" which "may" be stimulated using "Positive Affirmations"
- Note that these Positive Affirmations are sometimes referred to as "Quantum Jumping".
Harming others and letting others suffer when you may have assisted them in some way, is universally considered abhorrent among decent people and decent scriptures.
It is also considered abhorrent when you are judged after dying.
"Karma"
has many levels of action or inaction.
BTW: It does not matter if you believe or do not believe in life after death, those of us who have died and come back know the truth.
Please consider.
