Spiritual Or Religious

This is going to stand on many toes.

It has been my experience that most people who are "religious" are not very spiritual, and in fact, some of my worst customers (clients) I have had have claimed to be religious and then demanded I do stuff for them for free.

I do not go around telling people I am spiritual, in fact I do not consider myself to even be spiritual.

As the Dalai Lama said, "The goal is not to be better than the other person, but be better than yourself".

And that is exactly how I see myself, trying to be a better person than I was yesterday.
