Otherwise you may waste this lifetime and end up below.

If you really want to ascend as much as you can this lifetime, then you need to totally focus on this life - here and now - and be conscious of doing good every day.

Some religions say 3 while the Ari'Zal says 5 but the "Rig Veda" "Nasadiya Sukta" (Hymn of Creation) says 14 (Lokas) levels.

Do these "levels" contain sub-levels and if yes, how many?

Do these "levels" or sub-levels contain "Cycles" - and if yes, how many?

For example, the Vedic system contains 4 "Yuga" levels.

These "Yuga" years are given in "Divine Years" (DY) where 1 Divine Year == 360 of our "Solar" years.

1. Krita Yuga (Satya Yuga) 1,440,000 years = 4,000 DY
2. Treta Yuga 1,080,000 years = 3,000 DY
3. Dvapara Yuga 720,000 years = 2,000 DY
4. Kali Yuga 432,000 years = 1,200 DY

Just like the Hebrew word "Olam" (עוֹלָם), the word Loka (लोक) generally refers to a "world," or a "realm" (one of multiple dimensions in parallel or tangential with ours) or a "plane of existence" such as this physical or another multi-dimensional universe.

Loka is also commonly applied to a personal state of trans-dimensional consciousness for those who are on the path of spiritual ascension.

The story told in the "Ramayana" of Hanuman's journey to the lowest underworld of Patala Loka to rescue Rama and Lakshmana is a classic which depicts all "Lokas" being traversed.

For those of you ("like me" ) who have had a protracted NDE (Near Death Experience), you will know that time "on the other side" is vastly different from time on the side of the living. (The expression "The living" may be a misnomer in many cases).

The Bad News

The bad news is that according to the Vedas, after each completed cycle, the "system" is reset.

While this is often translated as the entire universe, it may also apply to (for example) this planet specifically - or it may mean what it actually says.
