Reincarnation - Fact Or Fiction
Apart from Vedic and other Eastern Religions, most people "used" to be told that Reincarnation was fiction.
Especially in Christianity and in Judaism.
The catholic church teaches that we live and then die and go to heaven or hell.
This is a complete fabrication of reality and designed to extract money from either the person dying or their family (or both) so that the priest (who has NO authority to do so) promises that the dying (or dead) person will be sent to heaven depending upon how much $$$ the priest receives.
Pop Quiz:
Does "god" need money???
I am not bagging Christianity - just some of the people who are purportedly running the "show" - because IF you cannot see the lies in your own religion, it is because you are not an honest person.
At least Christianity does not promise you 72 virgins if you are a shahid (martyr).
This has to be one of the most profoundly stupid "promises" ever made to uneducated people because when you die, you body is buries or eaten. In other words, you do not take your genitals with you.
Be Careful What You Believe ↟↟
Be careful what you believe because this is the fantasy you take with you when you die until you realize that you are No Longer Corporeal and that everything (or almost everything) you were taught was a lie.
Even in Judaism, most of the Jews I have asked about reincarnation have been quite emphatic in their belief that it does not exist in Judaism.
The catholic church was well known for their "last rites" where they were often given a purse full of ($$$'s) so that the person dying could be helped by-pass hell and go to heaven. Completely faux ideology.
When I was much younger, I met some people who had died and come back and when they tried to explain what they had seen and experienced, most were relocated to psychiatric hospitals.
For Christians and Jews who do not believe in life after death, please consider reading this page and watching some (or all) of these "Near Death Experiences" videos.
I do not guarantee that all of these videos are genuine, only that the few I have seen are quite accurate.
You also need to understand that WHAT you believe when you are alive is what you create when you die - at least for the first stage of life after death.
Like all of Creation, things are not as simple as you may think.
Plus I have included a few books for the Yidden.
Secret Soul Name ↟↟
One of the things that most people do not realize is that their soul has a name which is different from their birth name.
Their birth name applies to the body which is constantly being replaced, but the Soul Name remains the same.
Male Or Female? ↟↟
Another aspect of reincarnation is that this lifetime you may be a man, but is previous lives, you would have also been a woman.
The same applies to women.
I have regressed many people who were different genders in previous lifetimes so I find it bordering on insane that some religions teach that you are always a man in each lifetime or always a woman.
Men who abuse their wives (usually) come back as women and this is repeated for as many lifetimes as needed.
If you do not treat your wife with love and respect, how will you ever be able to experience supernal love from The Creator?
It is the nature of the "animal soul" to dominate and it is the nature of your "intellectual soul" to force the "animal soul" to transcend.
Each lifetime, you are put into a male or female body to serve a purpose and it is only the weak minded and those who come from darkness who try and force others to believe that they are something which they are not.
A man who is born male cannot "naturally" have babies despite what your University teachers have told you and if you cannot see that these teachings are insane, then you have very little hope to be able to attain any kind of spiritual enlightenment. This is why the "Sodom Prophecy" exists as a warning.
The Basics Of Reincarnation
Most people have been taught that we live and die and go to heaven or hell.
This is a lie.
Compounding this lie are those who are taught that after they die, they will get physical rewards and given that most people with an IQ above 6 will tell you that physical rewards means nothing to a dead person because you no longer have a body, it is easy to see how small minded people can be easily led astray.
People (in general) do NOT think that "God" created the entire Universe from the Sub-Sub-Quantum level:
- The Quantum level
- Atomic level
- Microscopic level
- Bacteria level
- Plant level
- Insect level
- Animal level
- Human level
- Sentient level
- After life level
- And beyond
- And all (ALL) of this is constantly recreated "Ex-Nihilo"
. (just like light from a light bulb)
... and then on top of all of this, you have different "Grades" within these levels.
Mis-interpretations abound online and in classical teachings.
For example: In Buddhism, the concept of a permanent, unchanging soul or self ( ) is not an accepted concept.
This is because each "soul" is given "life lessons" and as a result of what "it" learns - either good or bad - and this determines the "fate" of its next Reincarnation.
The body is not congruent with the soul and yet the soul pervades every aspect of the body - kind of like how air fill a balloon.
This is why most people who get body part transplants (heart, liver, kidneys, lungs etc) often start experiencing the emotions, desires and thoughts of the donor. Lots of evidence supporting this. +
Buddhism (on a lower level) says that there is no fixed, eternal soul (Atman or Atma per se) that reincarnates "intact" after death and thus it is better to focus on the continuous Karmic cycle of death and rebirth ("Samsara" ).
In other words, look at the BIG jigsaw picture and not at just 1 piece of the puzzle. For most people this is easy, but for some, this is difficult.
This concept offers everyone the lowest form of entry in considering past, present and future actions and how they affect each person's spiritual evolution.
I can see most people shaking their heads in disbelief at this stage, however, I will explain further.
How Do We Resolve This? ↟↟
In the book "Sha'ar HaGilgulim" the Ari Z'al explains that each "soul" has lessons to learn and they are given multiple chances to do so.
This is not an infinite number - so please be aware of that.
3 Basic Soul Grades ↟↟
For humans, there are 3 basic soul grades which bind us while we live.
- Animal Soul
- Intellectual Soul
- Divine Soul
Plus, there are also grades above and below these - but we are dealing with humans for now.
Have you ever noticed that really smart people sometimes or often do really stupid things?
 | Have you ever noticed that really smart people sometimes - or often do - really stupid things? | |
Have You Ever Wondered Why They Do This? ↟↟
People are given 2 minimum souls and they may inherit a third and depending upon their deeds and intent, they may even inherit a greater light.
The 2 Souls
The 2 souls are the Animal soul and an Intellectual soul and this is done so that the intellectual soul can help teach and "rectify" the animal soul.
This helps elevate the basic animal soul.
Do you honestly think that "God" would create our Universe and then just give us 1 simple soul?
I learned many years ago that people try and put "God" in a box to suit their own failings and their own limitations.
It gets more interesting
According to the "Ari Zal" + , Soul "A" (the animal soul) and Soul "B" (the intellectual soul) come back into different bodies, in other words, they come back into a body where the intellectual soul can teach the lower soul specific lessons they need to learn.
The main problem starts when the animal soul takes control of the intellectual soul and they both revert back to their baser instincts.
The control of the animal soul may be diminished and even nullified by going on a vegetarian diet and especially by NOT eating meat.
When you eat meat you are imbibing part of the animal's animal soul - including its Karmic essence - into your physical being and thus your spiritual construct - which then causes you to follow a destructive path.
This has a flow on effect which may instigate you going down the "wrong path".
Eating meat also limits your spiritual capabilities.
IMPORTANT NOTE - DIABETICS
If you are diabetic and you are on a protein "only" (Ketogenic) diet, then please, first get yourself better and then go back to being vegetarian. Even if you have to eat meat in order to get better.
When you go back, please consider avoiding all heavy and processed carbs like rice, any flour product, pasta, bread, potatoes etc and limit your fruit (fructose) and sweeteners like honey to help maintain your better health.
Diabetes is caused by "Insulin Resistance" so IF you STOP eating carbs like bread, rice, sweeteners (honey etc) and fruit, you will eventually reset your body (usually) in 6-12 months so that you no longer need to take insulin.
This is because while you eat high carbs etc, your body maintains a higher level of "Insulin Resistance". 1+1=2
There are lots of books on how to "Reverse Diabetes" on Amazon by going on a ketogenic diet.
This means NO sugar of any kind and NO carbs of any kind for at least 6 - 12 months. Remember that the Inuit survived for thousands of years "just" on meat and seal oil.
If you are not sure, please ask your ND or Naturopath.
Reincarnation - A Bit Deeper
Vedic Philosophy is replete with references to reincarnation ("Samsara" ).
I cover this and other religions beliefs below.
Christians and Jews ↟↟
Many Christians and Jews do not believe in reincarnation.
Yet there are references to it being clearly stated in "Exodus 34:7" that reincarnation exists in the actual bible.
Sins of the parents?
Most people have heard about the sins of the parents.
"...forgiving iniquity and rebellion and sin - yet He does not completely clear of sin. He visits the iniquity of parents on children and children's children, to the third and fourth generations.""
But then in "Deuteronomy 24:16" we read...
Fathers shall not be put to death because of sons, nor shall sons be put to death because of fathers, each man shall be put to death for his own transgression (Karma).
How to Reconcile These 2
The answer is simple.
Exodus 34:7 is not talking about your children and their children etc. It is referring to "you" coming back "AS" a child to pay or repay your debt for previous lives.
Important Note that any "sins" or mis-deeds you perform are accumulative (1+1+1+1+1+1==?) and the kicker is that if you commit a "sin" every day, then these are added together so instead of 3 or 4 generations, they may become hundreds or even thousands of generations.
Caveat
There is a caveat on this as you would expect. If you continue to sin by harming others (or worse), then each of the 18 parts of your soul is given 4 chances and then it severely punished.
This includes - but is not limited to - coming back as a rock in any part of the Universe, including as part of a solar mass (Sun) - which gives a new definition to the word Hell.
The other catch you will have a problem with is that the word generation in Hebrew also means "cycle" in Kabbalah.
So the last ± 6,000 years is 1 cycle.
Book of Job ↟↟
If you read the Book of Job chapter 33 + verses "28-29-30" you will clearly see that it says
28) He redeemed his soul from perishing in the pit, and his living spirit shall see the light.
29) Behold God does all these, twice or thrice with man.
30) To bring back his soul from the pit to be enlightened with the light of life.
Shaar HaGilgulim ↟↟
Tibetan Book of The Dead - Bardo Thodol ↟↟
The second book you may like to buy is called The Tibetan Book of The Dead - AKA The Bardo Thodol.
It is said that the Bardo Thodol originally came from the very old and ancient Bön religion (NOT the New Bon which incorporates old Bon plus some new teachings). Ancient Bön (a foundation of modern Buddhism) has purportedly been taught from over 14,000 years which destroys the 6,000 year narrative we are constantly fed.
Some describe The Bardo Thodol as a poem of prayers.
Whilst the Bardo Thodol should be read at least several times a year (minimum), The Bardo Thodol is recited for 7 weeks, (usually) by Buddhist Monks before someone dies or during their dying transition and even after they die in order to help guide them in the AfterLife and hopefully towards a positive rebirth or even Nirvana.
You can buy the book (good idea) or you can read it online here.
E-Books are good until you have no electricity or your computer breaks down.
Why are we here?
The discussion about Reincarnation is ancient - even in our current cycle on this planet.
The ancient Greeks called it "MetemPsychosis" related to the concept of "PalinGenesis" and in the middle ages, people would be burned alive for even having these thoughts.
Big Mistakes
The biggest mistake - by far - is that most people ass-u-me - is that they know everything.
Going to school is a precursor to learning how to read and think extensionally, vertically, horizontally, laterally, spiritually and cosmically.
However "the" biggest mistake most people who believe in reincarnation make, is they think that they will return back here in human form. This assumption is pure ignorance and wrong.
There are fates worse than death for the unworthy.
Question ↟↟
Do you honestly think that "The Creator" would create countless Billions of galaxies with countless trillions of stars (10^23 - a guestimated + -
100,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 stars) just so that "your" soul could exist once and then be judged - and then end up on a shelf somewhere or put in cold storage?
That 10^23 stars only applies to our Universe and it has recently been discovered (circa 2023) that what we perceive as a single Universe, may in fact be multiple Universes contained within the "Space" of our perceived Universe.
How big do you think the (discovered so far) Known "Observable Universe" is? You may be surprised.
This does not include the UnObservable Universe or as yet undiscovered universes.
Sleeping In Mud ↟↟
One of my teachers once told me that, "if you do not know that you sleep in mud, then do not complain that you are miserable and dirty".
He said, "Once you become aware of your miserable situation, you need to seek a better way". "Which" he said "requires you to think, analyze and reassess (recalibrate) your forward projection".
The First Question ↟↟
A question most people do not ask is "Why Am I Here" ?
However, most of the people who genuinely do ask this question do not want any kind of real answer, unless it conforms with their current lifestyle or beliefs.
Most people in Eastern and Western societies, have been fed the lie that they live once and then they die - forever - and go to heaven or "hell" - a story concocted by those who have no idea what they were talking about.
There are 2 reasons that I have some idea that this is false information.
- I did regression hypnosis for many years.
- In May 2023 I died twice after tripping and smashing my head on the floor.

Remember that the people writing these dictates had little or no genuine spiritual knowledge.
They were more obsessed with power, greed and control than they were (are) with mass spiritual Enlightenment.
This may sound a bit blunt until you realize the MASSIVE damage these lies have cost all of the peoples on this planet and how we are "again" headed for global destruction as punishment for our compliant and complicit ignorance.
Then you have others who have doctrines based on fear, greed, control and violence (including mass murder) thinking that they are the true
way".
For those who understand this, you cannot buy your way into heaven with money or tangible assets, regardless of what you are told. In fact, the more you own, the lower down the "reincarnation tree" you go if there is not charity in your soul.
Those who control, subvert, murder and destroy everything in their path represent the lowest form of human soul, which is just 1 "grade" above the animal soul.
This is why you have "ascetics in India" who actually travel around naked (AKA: digambara or sky-clad) and others who devote their life to being poor.
1) You may come back as a tree or even further down the "food chain" of spiritual evolution.
2) ... Or you may come back a little bit higher up the ladder (metaphor) as an insect or worse.
3) ... Or you may come back as an animal in a CAFO or simply shot for sport, or mauled to death by a predator.
The simple fact is that what you do "this" lifetime, will determine one, some, or many lifetimes to come.
Short List ↟↟
The following is a short "overview" list of religions which teach about Reincarnation in their doctrines.
Certain information and belief structures may vary from sect to sect. Just like in Christianity where you have Catholic, Salvation Army, Baptist, Southern Baptist, Anglican, Eastern Orthodox, Lutheran etc - See the full list of "Christian Denominations" here.
Ancient Greece ↟↟
As stated above, the ancient Greeks called it "MetemPsychosis" related to the concept of "PalinGenesis" and its efficacy was part of many philosophical discussions "of-the-day".
Taoism ↟↟
Taoism says that life continues after death which refers to the belief that a person will die and be reborn in another "being" based on the " "Karma" " of their current and / or previous lives.
This other "being" does not necessitate the fact that it will be a human body and may be one of the lower (or lesser) animal life forms.
Sikhism ↟↟
Sikhism teaches that all beings - including animals - have a soul, known as the atma, and are part of the cycle of reincarnation.
The "atma" is a variation of the Buddhist, Jain, Hindu word Atman and has the same meaning.
While humans have the potential to "acquire" a divine soul and thus exit this reincarnation cycle, animals do not and must exist in their "animal form" until any applicable Karmic Debt has been completed.
Jainism ↟↟
Jains believe in Samsara (reincarnation).
In Sanskrit, Samsara संसार literally means "wandering around".
This cycle of birth, death, and rebirth is determined by one's "Karma" .
Jains believe bad karma is caused by harming living things.
Buddhists ↟↟
Buddhists also believe in a reincarnation cycle of birth, death and rebirth.
This "cycle" is called Samsara.
Humans go through an unknown number of cycles of rebirth over many lifetimes.
Some advanced teachings state that there are levels which we must attain before we can progress and these levels correspond with what is called the "500 Perfect Years".
These "Perfect Years" do not necessarily (if ever) correspond with our solar calendar years.
I remember hearing a Yogi telling a "seeker" that "he lived away from society so that he was not distracted by physicality, and that the comforts of his body were not the comforts of his atman (soul)".
FYI
A common misconception is that there are 24 hours x 365 days in a year when in fact, there is 365.242374 days (365 days, 5 hours, 49 minutes, 1.1 seconds).
This is why we have " "Leap years" ".
"Perfect Years" are constructed of many precepts which include (but not limited to) the following.
- Peace
- Love
- Truth
- Unity (with the Divine)
- Charity
- Purity of Intent
These must be built on a solid basis of pure intent.
For example: You cannot give charity and then proceed to exploit or rip off someone in order to give that charity (or any other reason).
This negative action activates the Lower Crowns of possible future lifetimes such as animals, insects and lower life-forms after that.
Hinduism ↟↟
Hindus believe that we are in a constant cycle of death and rebirth.
This "cycle" is called samsara.
When a person dies, their soul (atman) is reborn in a different body.
Some Hindus believe that this reincarnation (rebirth) happens immediately when the person dies at the moment of death, while others believe that an atman may exist in other realms.
This "other realms" idea actually corresponds with many after death experiences.
Yungdrung Bon (Tibetan: གཡུང་དྲུང་བོན་) ↟↟
It is said that the "old" "Yungdrung Bon" (Eternal Bon) predates Buddhism and is often confused with the "New Bon" (circa 10th century) movement.
Please note that the editor of the Wikipedia page about Yungdrung Bon appears to completely disregarded the "oral" tradition passed down for thousands of years before the "new" Bon regarding "Tonpa Shenrab Miwo" .
The founder of the "old" Yungdrung Bon is Tonpa Shenrab Miwo (Miwoche), who, according to Bon tradition, first brought the Bon teachings to what is now Western Tibet 18,000 years ago. (Bon sounds more like Bun.)
Yungdrung Bon believes in reincarnation and they also see Mount Kailash as the center of the Universe - similar to Jainism, Buddhism and Hinduism.
Khemet (Ancient Egypt) ↟↟
In ancient Egypt, it was widely believed that when you died in this world, you continued living in another world.

Mayan Popol Vuh ↟↟
In the Mayan Popol Vuh, it is said that The first humans were made of earth and mud and the second Humans were trees.
This may be interpreted 2 ways.
- The second people created "were plants". ...or
- or... If you are very bad, you go so far down the spiritual growth cycle that you actually revert back into one of the lowest "Karmic" life forms which is a tree or a lesser plant. After which you have to start your spiritual ascent again. ***
Shinto ↟↟
Shinto believes that everything - even rocks - have spirits "Kami" which - if you think about it, they are made of energy, so it is completely feasible as a ultra-severe punishment.
Consider this for a very boring movie title "My Life As A Rock".
"Kami" may also be interpreted as the "Life Force" of creation - or the "Soul" - or even with "Divinity" itself.
Most people have heard of the Kami-Kazi which literally translates as Divine Wind so in essence, even the inanimate contain a life force.
Kabbalah ↟↟
*** Interestingly enough, in Kabbalah it also talks about people being reincarnated as lower life forms as punishment. (Sefer Haredim Page 41) - Note that Sefer Haredim and Kitzur Sefer Haredim are different because Kitzur means Abridged - so it is either interpreted differently or a shorted version or it has been sub-edited.
The Sefer Zohar mentions "Lower Crowns" 29 times and within this is a hidden meaning.
In Genesis 28:3 it translates as "And El Shadi shall bless you ..."
Herein lies one secret to the connection with the Divine.
The name Shaddai consists of 3 letters in Hebrew Shin Daled Yod. (שדי)
Daled is also commonly pronounced as Dalet.
Shin Daled are the portion of souls allocated to lower entities (like animals etc) which sustains them during life, but the letter Yod is missing.
Translation Example ↟↟
The 3rd letter (Yod) represents "the" connection to a higher soul source and without this connection, it would be like watching a TV when there is "no" signal being transmitted. Nothing happens.
For example, you cannot bless animals no matter how much you try and regardless of your pure intent - with the blessings of the Creator because the "receptor" soul which accepts these "Divine" blessings is missing.
This does not mean or even suggest that the animal or lower life forms lack intelligence or even empathy with other creatures and even humans - as is so often displayed when totally wild animals ask humans for help. + + + .
It takes a great deal of intelligence to ask for help from a species (Humans) - who in almost every case would simply kill the animal - and do not think for 1 iota that animals have no concept of dying, they face predators on a daily basis.
Also remember that between each incarnation "cycle", there are different "Grades". This means that a person reincarnated at the lowest level, will only think from a basic animal level, while animals close to completing their karmic punishment will start to display a greater intellectual capacity.
EL ↟↟
Interestingly, in Hebrew, the word EL has 2 meanings.
- EL = to
- EL = Lord (associated with an attribute of "God")
So it literally means TO GOD.
The reason that I do not include this in my "Which Mantra" list, is because of its association with the English word hell.
The word " "Hell" " is subjective and has multiple distractive meanings.
Mantra meditation should contain pure focus without distractions, especially on anything with negative connotations.
Tanya ↟↟
In the book "Likutei Amarim Tanya", it says that the first "vessels" were made of clay but they broke because they could only accept the light of the Creator and they were unable to transmit the light so eventually they became "overloaded" (my words) and broke.
We - as humans - are part of the process to rectify these vessels.
All of creation is part of this spiritual rectification process but only as humans, do we get the opportunity to ascend.
The "Game Plan" is to ascend up the ladder and not fall down the snake back to lower life forms.
However, there are rules as you would expect.
As humans, we can both accept and re-transmit that light in the form of Love and blessings. This is one way to elevate your soul.
Buddha Dog Koan ↟↟
A monk once asked Master Joshu, "Has a dog the Buddha nature?" ("Buddha nature" means enlightened nature or the ability to attain Enlightenment [in its current animal form])
Joshu replied, "Mu (No or Nothing)."
NOTE: This MU is of East Asian origin and has nothing to do with the Greek alphabet.
This one word "MU" is the sole barrier.
"No" in English and most other languages means "no". Yet the answer given by Master Joshu is a loaded answer.
In Japanese, Chinese and Korean "MU" means, "non-existent", "not possible", "nothing," "without," "not," "impossible," - basically almost all of the negative farm animals you can think of.
You can also answer with MU if a question doesn't have an answer.
Interestingly even in 2026, MU in Japanese, Chinese (Mandarin) and Korean still means "No".
In (Traditional) Cantonese Mu (畝), means a plot of land (often called the Chinese acre) - the same MU applies with (Simplified) Mandarin (亩) as a plot of land - however, change the spelling and you have MU (冇) which means "no," "not," or "don't have" (as listed above). I will finish with this MU (木) in Mandarin which means wood.
Now, what if we meditate on the word itself.
When meditating on words, please consider some of the following "questions" which you need to apply, consider, accept or reject and then move on.
Additionally - you need to consider AND understand that "MU" may be a conditional construct {this commonly applies to many esoteric words you read in ancient texts} or even a "No but Why?" - or - it may even represent a title (like manager, CEO etc) or it may be an entity OR it may refer to a THING or PLACE that "IS" » but yet » is NOT (kind of like "the land of MU" which by its very reported demographic, appears to be constructed of far flung islands) - or it may simply mean "No" (with or without conditions).
However you need to know and understand any associated conditions which apply to each of the above.
In order to do this, you need to read and reread lots of "source" books - and be careful of translations because most people who translate usually do so from 1 of 5 perspectives. ⩹- Last Page
- Personal bias
- Religious bias
- Lack of knowledge of word association and depth of meaning of the original texts
- Translating the Texts only and not including the oral teachings
- A genuine attempt to translate
What does lack of knowledge of word association mean?
For Example: ↟↟
Based on the words in ("Isaiah 44:24" ), in Kabbalah (Sefer Bahir p7) it asks a question.
Who was with me? (see #3)
1) we need to know "who" asked the question?
2) we also need to know if it is a question at all - or if it is a statement.
3) we need to know the applicable structure of the language?
4) we need to know the answer.
It is thus written (Isaiah 44:24), "I am El Shaddai, I make all, I stretch out the heavens alone, the
earth is spread out before Me." [Even though we read the verse "from Me" (Mai-iti), it can
also be read] Mi-iti - "Who was with Me?"
So is "Who was with me" an emphatic statement?
We also need to know what relationship "El Shaddai" has with creation itself.
Remember that in the 10 Sephirot, the attribute of El Shaddai is just that, an attribute - and does not represent God, A God or The God. But this is just 1 answer on one level.
You can think of this - for example - like how your "Hand" is part of your body, yet it is Not The body per se. It simply represents part of the body.
So who asked the question you ask?
What asked the question.
Hebrew + English
So what have we learned? Mi and Mah are not just words, but the are also names.
"Names" do not always represent a person's name, they can also be used to describe a position, place or thing.
For example, "Manager", "Boss", Grand Canyon, Mars, Children etc etc
You need to know the entity you are praying to and not the title.
And if you do not know the name of the entity, leave it "blank". This is where "intent" takes your prayer to to the supernal throne and presents it before the Creator. Metaphorically speaking.
So praying to the Grand Canyon or the Great Barrier Reef for a job or pay rise, will never be as effective as asking your Boss for a better job or pay increase. ¿comprendes?
I will not go into folded, complete, incomplete** and silent words here.
** incomplete as in not complete at time of writing - or being handed down to humans - in accordance with its current time in relation to its designated (by heavenly decree) final purpose.
Think of it like building a house, you have to start somewhere and work towards completion over time. This is one reason that the Torah starts with the letter Bet (Bayit).
Side humor, Burma is now called Mi-an-Mah.
Conclusion.
If you want to truly understand even the basic 3-D length, breadth and depth of teachings in languages like (biblical) Hebrew, Sanskrit and other languages, you really need to study them and even more importantly, you need to include words and sentences in your private meditations and contemplate the spiritual essence of their inner meanings.
The more honest you are, the easier it is to get better quality answers.
Weave ↟↟
It is only when you have the oral knowledge and the secret hidden knowledge that you can truly say that you are a beginner student.
Without this knowledge, you basically just have a bunch or words and ideas and desired beliefs.
With this knowledge you can "begin" to weave yourself a garment of love and light.
Lower Level Souls
Lower Level Soul means someone who lets their basic animal soul control their thoughts, speech and actions.
How can I tell if someone has a Lower Level Soul?
Lower Level Souls are easy to detect when you see one person (usually men) or group control other people (usually women).
This is regardless of whether or not the person or group are on power trips, or if they think that physical strength gives then superiority or if they are just corrupt (as we see in politics circa 2024).
Someone has a Lower Level Soul if they do not treat others with respect and a sad side-effect for these people is that they will never truly know what love is because of their narcissistic personality.
Vedic Version Of Reincarnation
A person who earns their livelihood by bearing false witness is put into the hell known as Avīci.
This is a very protracted article so I am summarizing the content here but if you want to read more, please see following link. "Bhagavad-gītā (3.27)"
There is a great "Veda Base" reference website you may like to look at if you want more info on this subject.

अहङ्कारविमूढात्मा कर्ताहमिति मन्यते ॥ २७ ॥
Buy a copy of the Bhagavad-Gita book.
Or the Srimad Bhagavatam
The person in material consciousness is convinced by false ego that they are the doer of everything.
The person in false ego takes all credit for doing everything independently, and that is the symptom of their nescience (ignorance).
Not that simple ↟↟
Most people think that reincarnation involves living and dying and then being reborn again.
If you think about it intelligently for more than 2 seconds, then you must come to the conclusion that reincarnation is much more complex than this.
Firstly, whatever you believe while you are alive is what you "create" after you die.
This is why people (souls) need to be debriefed after dying so that the "crud" they have been fed is reduced and if possible, removed completely.
Complete removal is not always the case and many people will carry "fears" (Phobias) into their next lifetime based on how they "lived" or "died" in the previous life.
I have regressed people back into previous lives where they were mentally, physically, sexually and or emotionally abused and they carried these "fears" into their current life.
Mental abuse includes religious psychological indoctrination.
3 quick examples of this religious indoctrination are:
- Christians believing that they will die and (immediately) go to heaven or hell.
- Muslims believing that they will go to hell first and then (maybe) paradise.
- "Vedic"
versions of hell.
Can I stop Reincarnation?
This is not the right question.
The right question should be: How can I be a better person?
You see, if you are a bad person, then you must come back repeatedly to rectify your damaged soul.
Kind of like every time you pick up the wrong piece of a 500 piece jigsaw puzzle, you need to restart. However, if you are genuine and use your heart to guide you, then your chances of picking up the right pieces goes up dramatically.
However... ↟↟
Having said all of that, there is a mantra you may use to help overcome your Karma but it is a very complex and long mantra and must be said daily.
Of course, you must have pure intent when you say this mantra and "ideally" it should be recited for at least 1 hour x Twice a day. Every day.
Believe it or not, it is very powerful, not just for you, but for all of humanity.
The secret is to combine saying this mantra with thinking about "Psalm 27:4".
Psalm 27:4 gives you the correct focus.
Click here to see "Which Mantra" I am referring to.
Focus On... ↟↟
• Doing daily meditation and focusing on your closeness to the Creator is another way to reduce the number of times you need to return. Just like "Psalm 27:4" .
• Spreading love, kindness, honesty and doing selfless charity are more ways.
• Blessing others with genuine sincerity also helps. As you can see, it is not that difficult.
• Focus on bringing Love and Light into the world on a daily basis.
• Consider doing one of the following meditations for at least 30 minutes a day.
- "The Meditation Prayer"

- "The Golden Mantra"

Conversely ↟↟
Conversely being greedy, lying and harming others, especially slavery and deprivation of liberty whether by chains or force are ways to ensure that you come back as a lower life form for (possibly) many hundreds and even millions of lifetimes depending on what you did.
Being married to someone does not mean that you own them.
Psalm 27:4 ↟↟
Use "Psalm 27:4" as your meditation mantra.
Focus on the words with pure intent to manifest this to happen.
May you be blessed ± according to your deeds.
Avoid Or Rectify Your Negative Karma ↟↟
3 ways to avoid reincarnation.**
** Please note that this does not apply to everyone, it all depends on your current "Karmic "state and how genuine you are.
You may also like to read the "Sons Of Light" page.
Psalms can actually help most people overcome most of their Karmic Debt but that is ONLY on condition that you first sincerely repend any current and past life "sins" you may have committed. ***
*** Please note that I offer NO guarantees whether implied or expressed since I have no idea as to your personal current life or previous lives - nor do I have any idea or awareness as to your true intent nor if your heart is filled with light or darkness.
What I can tell you is that IF you are a good person who feels lost in this world of swimming darkness, then "Psalms" , kindness and good deeds will absolutely put positive "brownie points" in your karmic bank account.
If you are interested, I explain how "Psalms And Karma" actually works.
10 Sephirot Method ↟↟
For those who are interested, and who like visualization, you may like to meditate on the following method.
Gate of Reincarnations: Chapter Twenty-One, "Section 4a"
Start at the bottom of the "10 Sephirot" and work your way up to Chesed, now take a deep breath and draw in the attribute of Loving Kindness to your soul.
Now continue moving UP through the other Sephirot: Gevurah, Da'at and then we change the sequence to Binah, Chochmah and thenKeter.
Now take another deep breath and draw in the light from Keter and move back down the Sephirot in the reverse order that you ascended.
Keter, Chochmah, Binah, Da'at, Genurah, Chesed.
Chesed represents "Loving Kindness".
Take in another deep breath of Chesed and continue down to Tifferet, Hod, Netzuch, Yesod, and finally Malchut.
Malchut represents where you are so you need to combine the light of Keter and Chesed and visualize this being drawn down to your level.
This is a very slow method and I would strongly suggest doing this in conjunction (together) with Psalms.
Start at the bottom of the list below..
- כֶּתֶר Keter
- חָכְמָה CHocHmah
- בִּינָה Binah
- דַּעַת Da'at
- גְּבוּרָה Gevurah
- חֶסֶד cHesed
- תִּפְאֶרֶת Tifferet
- הוֹד Hod
- נַצֵּחַ NetzucH
- יְסוֹד Yesod
- מַלְכוּת MalcHut
** Gevurah represents strength and severity so you need to take Chesed to Gevurah first.
Then repeat.
Keep your mind focused on contrition and asking for forgiveness and as the Ari'Zal said, try and remember every transgression you caused or did each day and repent each one individually.
This is not a batch editing process.
The reason that we draw down the light of "Keter" when we reach the top of the Sephirot is because in order for opposites to unite, an energy that transcends them both must be drawn (down). (Likutei Torah, Baal HaTanya)
Chochmah, Binah and Da'at may be likened to where Chochmah is the compressed (Zipped) files on a Hard Drive.
Binah would be represented by the Hard Drive itself and Da'at would be the computer which would (technically) allow you the ability to access the zipped data.
Of course, this is just an analogical example.
Timeline?
I have heard some say that it does not matter what they do now because they (we) have 4-5 billion years before our sun goes super nova.
I have also heard "quotes" that this may even be as long as 10 billion years.
So here is the problem. ↟↟
Some children have been scientifically recorded as knowing about previous lifetimes, however, the vast majority of people have no conscious recollection of such past life events.
If you think that there is no such thing as "conscious cellular memory" , please check out this video which is well documented.
So you have several "biggest problems" in that when you are born, you have "No" recollection of what you did in ALL of your previous lives.
So you have no idea how to "fix" your Karma.
This means that "it is possible" that unless you take control of your current lifetime, you may be destines to return back to this (or another) planet - quite literally - until the end of time.
Plus - you have No Idea if you will return in animal form, insect form or other lower crown level.
Think about just how short your current life is and the physical health problems plaguing most people.
On Top Of That ↟↟
On top of these problems, our solar system goes through multiple catastrophic "events" on a regular cyclic timeline.
Several of these ( "ELE Like" ) events are mentioned in the Old Testament, Egyptian hieroglyphs, Mayan Popol Vuh, Code of Hammurabi, Australian Aborigine Dreamtime, and writings from other ancient "Civilizations" .
*** Do you honestly think it a coincidence that the Egyptian "Anubis faces East" ?
I think that the original Sphinx (Egypt) was Anubis because this is where "death" comes from (The East) - but Graham Hancock thinks that it was a "Lion". I think that it also "may" have been a Lion (in its second incarnation) but that was only after the first and original version was repaired before the Khafre version - which does not look like any versions of Khafre BTW. The "Lion" appears in many ancient texts and drawings and perhaps, just perhaps, this is because that is where something came to our Solar System and caused a lot of damage to this planet. Putting an Anubis head on top of a Lion's body tells you what and where.
Side Note: It is recorded that there are supposed to be 2 Sphinx's, with one facing East and one Facing West.
This would make sense if you took the Polar Reversal (flip) into account.
IF this was correct, then we would be looking at hundreds of thousands of years of civilization(s) just in the Giza area of Egypt.
This Polar Reversal proposal will blow most people's brain fuses when you take into account that the last Polar Reversal was approx 780,000 years ago. +
+
Please Note that I am not saying that the "current" Sphinx is over 780,000 years old, only that if you look at all of the evidence, it makes for an interesting debate IF you consider that the first "West Facing" Sphinx was constructed to highlight a danger approaching from the West when the poles were reversed.
This article has been greatly decried by main stream archaeologists - and we know how honest they are.
There is also a prediction that the interaction with the prophesized "destroyer of worlds" will be the catalyst for the next polar reversal. Think of how this will affect people living on the coast? I will discuss this further at a later date.
Or that the Golden Gate in Jerusalem faces East?
*** Or why some religions face east to pray even when their holy place is north or south of their location?
*** Or the Christian "Star" in the East.
*** Or Hosea 13:15 - an east wind (of destruction) shall come.
etc etc
Change Is Coming ↟↟
The life you are living today, will not be the life you live in the next few lifetimes.
No running water, no electricity, no supermarkets, no toilet paper.
Unless we change our focus and start being decent people, the end will be abrupt according to all of the prophecies I have read.
According to the "Dalai Lama" , meditation can help bring peace and decency back to this planet.
You Have Now ↟↟
The simple truth is that all you have is "Now" to make spiritual changes to your life.
You have the current advantage of global communication and information - which even in the 1980's was Dark Age primitive compared to the technology and data access you have at the tips of your fingers today.
Eg: When I first went overseas (1980), it would take almost 1 month for me to send and receive a letter from my family.
Now days I can chat with family and friends "in Real Time" from half a world away.
Cusp
Many millions of you are on the cusp of ascension which is why you have been born into this time period where esoteric knowledge is so available to you - if you choose.
One of my teachers once told me that "after you die, it is too late to be a better person".
Seek to be closer to the Creator like it says in "Psalm 27:4" and strive to be a better person to help ensure that you at least have a chance of not returning back to this level.
Please consider your own destiny.
How Long Is Suffering After Death?
Some un-named religions claim that when you die, you suffer forever in eternal damnation if you sin or do not believe in their strain of religion.
This lie is as old as religion itself.
So What Happens? ↟↟
While this does not apply in every case, it is extremely common that when people die, they "see" someone they were most closest to while they were alive.
Obviously these "other" people are deceased (dead) and they are seeing their souls only and not the actual physical person.
In some cases, those who are not overly attached to anyone who has passed over, will see a bright white light - and all that accompanies that experience.
Some much rarer individuals who have transcended these "connections" may simply see the Black Hills or a path through the darkness. In most cases, they may also see 1 or more lights depending upon their actions during their life.
Once these "formalities" have been completed and you are ensconced on the other side, then the serious business starts.
- Debriefed
- Judged
- Punished (if applicable)
- Reincarnated (if applicable)
- Or Potential Ascension (if applicable)
When you die, you are firstly debriefed - this means that because of the rigid belief system you have created in your mind, and to help reduce and eliminate ongoing psychological effects in potential reincarnated lives - you are debriefed.
Many people who have had NDE's (Near Death Experiences) will have experienced seeing dead relatives or loved ones or other belief icons like a guru or messianic figure etc.
This helps them overcome the innate psychological trauma that most people have about dying.
Buddhism teaches that there are five or six realms of rebirth, which can then be further subdivided.
Of these realms, Naraka (Sanskrit नारक) is the lowest form of rebirth.
Of the subdivided Naraka realms, the worst is Avīci (Sanskrit अवीचि means "without waves or water").
Judaism teaches that there is a 12 month period of "punishment" before you are returned back to one level of existence or another.
However what the Eduyot does not say is if this is a collective 12 months in Gehinnom or accumulative according to each "sin" or crime you committed.
What Could 12 Months Mean? ↟↟
Most people will look at 12 months and assume that this is a solar year, but what if ...?
You have to remember that "time" after you die (at least on the first level) is dramatically different from time that we are used to while we live - for those who do not know this, it is one of the most common observations made by people who have died and then come back - myself included.
I speak from personal experience from when I died (twice) in 2023.
In the Vedic system, 1 "Divine" year is approx 360 (Earth) Solar years.
Head of Gold, Feet of Clay ↟↟
In the Vedic system, the Krita Yuga (Satya Yuga) is said to last for 4,000 divine years, which is equivalent to 1,440,000 "Earth" solar years.
Treta Yuga lasts for 3,000 divine years, equivalent to 1,080,000 solar years.
Dvapara Yuga lasts for 2,000 divine years, equivalent to 720,000 solar years.
Kali Yuga lasts for 1,000 divine years, equivalent to 432,000 solar years.
Head of Gold, Feet of Clay
Now consider the verses of "Daniel 2:31-41" - especially verse 41 which you can see happening today.
Please Note that we can change the outcome of what will happen to this planet IF we do not change our greed and arrogance.
This is why I am doing this website.
Trivia Du Jour
The number "4,320,000" is often suggested as a factor to multiply the size of the Great Pyramid of "Giza" to arrive at a reasonable approximation of the size of the Earth, or to represent the Earth's circumference.
You should also factor in the changed to our planet caused by massive ice build up on the North and South poles which some claim changes the physical roundness on our planet.
You may also like to check out the connection between the Great Giza Pyramid and the "Yuga" cycles.
In the book of "Psalms 90:4" it says that "For a thousand years are in Your eyes like yesterday, which passed, and a watch in the night." +
The "Watch in the night" is sometimes referred to as 3, 4 or 6 hours.
So if a day is 1,000 years and the "watch in the night" refers to the most common description of 6 hours, then this would "suggest" that the allocated time to 1 day is 1,250 years (our time).
THE problem we have is that we need to know if these "years" are Solar or Divine years.
Use your calculator... Divide 1,080,000 / by 3,000
As I stated above, the Treta Yuga lasts for 3,000 divine years, equivalent to 1,080,000 solar years which equates 1 divine year to 360 Solar years BUT are there more "ratio" years?.
In other words, if - as the Vedic system stipulates - 1 Divine year is equal to 360 Solar years, does this mean that 360 Divine Years are equal to a Super Divine year (speculation) and IF yes, (if yes), then is that (hypothetical) Super Divine year equal to some even higher form of year count?
Another Point ↟↟
There is another "point" which no one seems to address and that is IF 1 divine year == 360 (Earth) solar years, and this equates to time on our current existence, does this mean that time on levels above ours is more or less and could there also be a sliding scale of time dependent upon the situation?
Most texts I have read seem to assume that time on our plane of existence is == to 1 and time above our plane of existence is == to 2 - but is this realistic?
For many of us who have "Died" and come back, you would know that time on the "other side" is very different than it is here on planet Earth.
The reason that I ask is because one of my teachers said that on certain (un-named) levels, time can be equal to a year, while on "Earth: it may only be seconds or minutes.
To begin to grasp this idea, you need to understand that your "soul" (Samsara) is constructed out of "Light" - of which there are varying grades.
Planetary Time Variations? ↟↟
If time on our planet equals X, does this mean that time on a larger planet like Jupiter or even a planet the size of our sun is also equal to X.
Does a "Black Hole" create a distorted time dilation compared to a regular mass sun?
Here is the list again for you to calculate yourself.
- Krita Yuga (Satya Yuga) 1,440,000 / 4,000
- Treta Yuga 1,080,000 / 3,000
- Dvapara Yuga 720,000 / 2,000
- Kali Yuga 432,000 / 1,200
And then you need to ask, "How many "Spiritual Levels" are there where this occurs?"
Group Rebirth Theory
Have you ever met someone and felt that you have known them for hundreds or even thousands of years?
It is an intrinsic affinity you have with that person which makes them seem like a close family member instead of someone you just met.
Some refer to this as the Kedori effect or the Yin Yang affect where you are both in balance within the same "Circle of life".
There is a belief that some people claim which says that not everyone comes back immediately.
They claim that souls go through a series of "tests" and one of these tests is how they respond to working in a group.
As such, they are returned back when all members of "Their Group" are ready to reincarnate - and this can only be done after the members of their group have died.
Noted ↟↟
It must be noted that time on the "other side" is dramatically faster than time on our side so seconds on our side may become hours after death, and minutes on our side may become days or even weeks after death.
My own experience - when I died - was that what appeard to me to be a few seconds was over 20 minutes between when my wife found me, called her sister and then the time it took for her sister to arrive.
The question then arises: "What happens to the souls of the dead if one of their group remains alive for 1 - 60+ years after their death?"
How many eons pass for the dead before they can come back?
Option B
It is also possible that these "familiar souls" are all from the same level or grade.
As such they "may" share a common "mind" level.
This is not something I had thought of when doing regressions.
There is one thing that I do know and this is that Creation is far more complex than we may possibly comprehend.
Breath Of God ↟↟
Both the Vedic texts and the Hebrew bible state that the Universe was created by the Breath of God (Brahman), but this "breath" is not hollow air like we inhale and exhale - it is far more complicated and intelligent that most of us have ever thought about.
Levels or Grades are commonly mentioned in both doctrines so It is completely feasible that the souls are also "graded" as they progress.
If this is true, then the Universal Mind would apply and there would be a link between all of the souls on each level.
Many people often feel that they "know" something even if they have never been taught about the subject before, yet it makes sense to them in a profound intrinsic way.
This may be because they have lived the experience before or because they have shared memories with other souls which have had these experiences that happen to be on their personal level.
18 ↟↟
How old is your soul?
When I was 18 I went to a psychic meeting and there was a solid room full of people.
The "speaker" started talking and I started wincing.
Finally he asked for questions so I asked some questions.
This is not an ego story, it simply happened and I had no idea why - until one of my Guru's told me much later.
As I asked the questions, I was correcting him to the point that the entire "class" stopped listening to the person at the front of the room and started asking me questions directly.
For some reason, I made more sense.
After several questions, I was asked to leave the room by the speaker even though the people were completely focused on my answers.
My Guru later told me that I had an Old soul and that this would cause problems with people who claimed to be Acharyas (teachers).
So I ask again, "How old is your soul?".
Because if you do not know personally, then DO NOT let others limit your learning and advancement by their selfishness and desire for control.
There is a "Zen" saying I was taught, "someone who stands on your head cannot lift you up".
Find a wiser teacher. Find someone who raises you up and not someone who stands on your head.
My advice to you is that IF you feel you have wisdom, do not listen to negative people (like I did), but instead persue your path and your questions as if your life depended upon it (because it does).
If you are in persuit of excellence, then persue excellence.
As one of my teachers once told me, "Aim for the stars and if you only land on the moon, it is better then shooting yourself in the foot".
This website has lots of next level "information" for beginners and intermediaries alike. Please consider.
Disinformation
There is a paper out called "Reincarnation under Scrutiny" which calls into doubt that reincarnation exists based on (get this) the fact that none of the ancient religions which preach reincarnation, "do not have a schematized and official doctrine on the subject, therefore, let alone a specific literature, which provides the freedom for the creation of new interpretations, sometimes within the same tradition."
I am surprised that the author did not actually study the subject past anecdotal evidence.
His understanding of "Creation" appears to be linear and static, ie: the universe magically appeared and here we are.
I did regression hypnosis on people for over 8 years and while many had a common "theme", just as many (+-) were interpretations of what the person had eperienced.
THE Multiverse does not "just" exist in physicality, it also exists in the minds of every created higher lifeform (ie: Humans and above) and as such, they literally create events (within reason and boundaries) when they die.
The universe (Creation per se) is not a wham bham event as sterile scientists would have us believe to cover up for their failures to understand creation. This means that they cannot put Creation in a "box" and it must annoy many - especially atheists.
Unfortunately, disinformation like this will be held up as some kind of evidence.
I would encourage you to be much smarter than the author of the paper and please do lots of research. It is available at your finger tips (unlike when I was younger).
This website is a great starting point and I cover many aspects that most people have not even heard of.
