Psalms are far more powerful than most people realize - especially when they are said or sung in a group.

If you life is messed up or it just needs "tweaking" (tweaking - not the other one), then try this.
Say ALL of Psalms every day for 3 months and most people I have spoken to who have tried this have told me that they are experiencing very positive changes in their lives.
It will take between 2 - 4 hours to say all of Psalms and the benefits are much greater than watching TV.
How it works.
How it works is that you are drawing the Light from the Creator into your sphere of influence and that in turn influences you and others around you in a positive way.
I have seen the power of these words and they are remarkable to say the least.
While the true power is in saying ALL of the Psalms (like an open meditation), it is well known in religious Jewish circles that Psalms 6, 23, 30, 41, and 103 are often referred to people to help them heal, physically and emotionally.
Saying all of Psalms magnifies the 5 listed above.

Psalms gives us a unified way to "lift the heavens" and reveal the Light of The Creator.

How Many Psalms Should I Say Daily?
How often should I say the Book of Psalms?
IDeALLY DAILY.
How many should I say daily?
IF you can say them all each day, this will obviously give you a lot more spiritual credit and reduce any Karmic Debt much faster.
However:
I have divided the Psalms into 7 sections for those who are busy - 20 each week day and 25 for each day on the weekend.
Remember that you can use this as your Mantra so 2 hours before you go to sleep (and after you have showered) is a much better suggestion.
Plus meditating before you go to bed gives you a much better sleep.
