4 Main Types ↟↟
There are 4 main types of afflictions which people experience.
Stupidity
While this mainly applies to men, women are also guilty of doing stupid things like ingesting too much sugar and getting diabetes or cancer etc.
Men (typically) do this and more.
We are all "Bullet-Proof" until we aren't.
Karmic
This is where you caused pain and suffering to others in one or more previous lifetimes and now you must enjoy their experiences in this and possibly many other lifetimes.
Divine
This is where you may think that you are special or worthy and so you are tested "by heaven".
The "Book of Job" is a classic example of this - except most of you do not know Job's history or his association with Pharaoh before these tests.
And while the information contained within this page applies to this specific affliction, it may also help with the others in a small way as well (except the Karmic version).
Mental
This is an expansive and complex subject and is often associated with poor food and excessive
Sugar is a well known Mineral Antagonist and mineral deficiency is also well known in Buddhism to be the root cause of
The symptoms of "Meditation Sickness" are extremely similar to what we associate with as anxiety and depression in "many" people (and even pets).

While this study was ONLY done on Magnesium, it is important to note that "sugar" also removes other critical brain minerals including Potassium, Calcium, Chromium plus other studied trace amounts of phosphorus, manganese, copper, and iron +++. (Caveat: Depending on which study you read).
For example: Copper.
Heavy consumption of added sugars (especially fructose) can disrupt copper metabolism.
Instead of flushing copper out, diets high in sugar and processed foods can actually induce a state of copper deficiency by reducing how much of the mineral your body can effectively absorb and utilize.
Copper deficiency is a leading cause of Brain Aneurysms.
More Than Words ↟↟
Prayers are not just words, they are living manifestations which are created by you and they have power - but this power depends upon your sincerety and intent.
This situation is exacerbated by Zinc and IF the person is taking Zinc Supplementation, it is important to note that Zinc is a Copper
Men (in particular) often take high Zinc supplementation because they are told that it increases "the angle of the dangle" - but they are not told the negative aspects of excessive Zinc ingestion. +
This is why you need to eat organic foods (NOT hydroponics), and take a good Trace Mineral supplement

Psalms ↟↟
If only you knew the power of
In many cases, Psalms has the power to negate your Karmic debt (
Otherwise you can opt for Plan B which is to reincarnate back to this world and take your chances that it has not gone back to the stone age (as it has done many times before) and then you can live like an animal until the next "cycle" comes which according to the Vedas is in approximately 426,872 years from now when this Kali Yuga cycle ends.
Psalms opens all spiritual barriers as they ascend with no interference where they prostrate themselves in supplication before The Creator.
However, there are ways to get them there faster which I list below.
And if they are said with kindness, humility and compassion, their potential to heal the world is beyond the comprehension of most people.
The short story is that Psalms draw light down into the world and this Light banishes "darkness" and it is from this "darkness" that destruction comes.
The List ↟↟
When praying for someone who is ill, recite the following thirty-six chapters of
After this, recite the stanzas from
(Psalm 119 is an acrostic containing twenty-two stanzas, each stanza consisting of eight verses that begin with the same letter from the Hebrew
The first eight verses all start with the letter aleph, the next eight begin with bet, the next eight with gimel, etc.) E.g., if the person's name is Jack or Jacob (יעקב), recite the stanzas that begin with yod, ayin, kuf and bet. ** The "Bet" and Vet are almost the same looking letter and are interchangeable in this instance. (See AlefBet link just above)
If the person's name is David (דויד), recite the stanzas that begin with Dalet, Vav, Yod and Dalet.
Then recite the six stanzas that correspond to the words {קרע שטן}: kuf, resh, ayin, shin, tet, and nun. (Destroy the Persecutor or "Destroy the Satan")
See a list of Hebrew names in English below.
If your name is (for example) Robert or James, then just use the consonants and the Vav for the letter "O" and the Yod for the letter "I".
There is no letter "J" in Hebrew so you can use the "Y" instead.
TIP:
Write their name down and then sound it out phonetically and then write down the Hebrew letter which sounds similar to their name.
Write down their full name on paper - and if possible - also the names of their parents and keep the paper before you.
DO NOT use a computer or electronic device.
Visualize that person in your mind as you say these Psalms.
Say these for up to (at least) 1 hour daily while they are sick. Think of it like a meditation session.
"Water Fasting" also helps speed up the process.

"AlefBet"
This Psalm 119 List has a few double ups where some Hebrew letters are not the same in English - and so in Hebrew - Vowel points are used (in most cases) to get the same or similar sound.
There are some anomalies (for example) W and G where the W is 2 Vavs (וו) and the G is shown as a Gimel with the semi Quote (on the left side of the gimel `ג).
The semi quotation mark is distinctive from the Hebrew letter Yod (י).
Remember to also include the first and last numbers listed below.

Note that X at the start of a word usually sounds like a "Z" (in English) and a "K" in the middle or end of a word, hence the double entry.

Please Note that you can also use the Hebrew spelling of a persons name (usually shorter) instead of their English equivalent.
Finally, some Hebrew letters have "FINAL" letters and some Hebrew letters have "DOUBLE" letters which are different from the regular letters, please check the
When you are writing the persons name down, just use the regular Hebrew letters and DO NOT use any of the Final Letters because the psalms all "start" with regular letters.
To make things easier for people who are not fluent in Hebrew, I have edited the names on the
For example, the word NOON looks different from what most people who did not know Hebrew would expect. Both of these use a Hebrew letter "N" but the second letter "N" is the FINAL Letter "N" (aka: Nun Sofit) {נן}. See Alefbet link.
Also do not confuse the final Nun ן and the final cHaf ך and many people also get the Resh confused as well ר.
So in this instance, you would use the first "Nun" for both letters on the name - like this. נונ with the letter Vav (which "generally" represents the OH or OO sound) - in the middle.
How This Works ↟↟
For those of you who just speak English, please disragard this section (Click Here

This section is only for those who can read and write Hebrew

English Name + Hebrew Spelling of that name. Some names include the Yod and the Vav and some do not and sometimes they have been added to make it easier for English (only) speaking people.
This is so that you can copy the Hebrew spelling of the person's name that you are wanting to heal.
This is not for people who are fluent in Hebrew.
Intermediary Level Hebrew
I have edited the (Sofit letters) final letters so that people learning Hebrew will understand that these letters also count when they are writing down the names.

The very first thing you need to do if you are seeking healing for someone, especially if you care about them personally, is to remove all distractions, be clean and be comfortable.
Distractions include toilet, noise, children, pets etc.
Clean means have a proper shower before you start and make sure that you are clean everywhere.
Comfortable means sitting (not laying down) on a comfortable chair (if possible) and being clothed so that you are ambiently warm.
DO NOT do this on or laying down on a bed for several reasons.
- If it is a childs bed it may have excrement or urine on it somewhere (this is very bad).
- If it is an adults bed, then there may have been "Horizontal Folk-Dancing" happening on that bed or even period blood (this is also bad).
- You may fall asleep.
Have the Psalms you need to recite (say) ready on paper, a book or even your computer.

Step 2 - Write Down Their Name↟↟
Step 2 - Write Down Their Names
Write Down Their Name On A Piece Of Paper.
Write Down Their Name On A Piece Of Paper.
Physically write down their full name on a piece of "real" paper and under their name, write down the full names of their parents (if known).
Candles
IF you want to use a candle, please buy
Especially DO NOT use paraffin (white) candles as they emit toxic and harmful fumes.
Visualize and manifest.
Visualize a time when you felt the strongest "Love" in your life. It may be anything from your first girl or boy friend r the time you held your first born child in your arms. Or something else.
This visualization and focus helps you manifest "Compassion" and this is a very powerful assistant in helping the sincerety of your prayers reach their destination.
Love is like a muscle, you need to exercise it in order for it to grow stronger.
Love and Humility are your rocket fuel in this exercise.
Manifest that love until it completely fills every atom of your body. Only then should you start your prayers.
For example: If the person's name is David (דויד), recite the stanzas that begin with Dalet, Vav, Yod and Dalet.
Stanzas
A stanza is a group of lines (verses) in a poem - but in this case they are not recurring metrical units.
Then recite the six stanzas that correspond to the words {קרע שטן}: kuf, resh, ayin, shin, tet, and nun. (destroy the Persecutor)
Those six stanzas - in English below - or (בְּעִבְרִית).
There is another secret component to this Healing Formula and it is described on the Hebrew Mantras page.
After you have completed all of the above - "AND BEFORE" you say Amen, please go here
Advanced Only
If you are really advanced, visualize each of the
I have phonetisized the Hebrew words for you into English.
Only after you have done this, only then should you say Step 4.
Remember to "Thank" The Creator and believe it or not, this is a foreign concept to many people.
When you have completely finished, say the word AMEN at least 2 times (with respect) and draw out the nnnnn.
While you are drawing out the Amennnnn, please Visualize your prayers going UP through all of the layers of the Heavens to stand before the Throne of Glory (כסא קבוד
Do not visualize the Throne of Glory as a physical "chair" but rather as a place of intensely brilliant light.
Amennnnn.
Why do this?
Since it is your voice that activates the energies in these prayers, it should (must) be your voice that now carries these prayers up high.
Think of Amen as the postman delivering your message.
Remember STEP 3 above.
Good Luck.
