This "dog" is the "Dog Of War" against any country which opposes their will. see 1st section 
So it is obvious that this is not a physical dog with 4 legs, so it must represent something else like a military (Army, Navy, Air Force, Logistics are the 4 legs).
Also in Volume III on page 902 it states that (the) SPHINX - a monstrous "being" of Greek mythology, is said to have been a daughter of Orthus and Chiiuaera, born in the country of the Ariini (Ariani? ***) (Hes. Theog. 326), or of Typhon and Echidna (ApoUod. iii. 5, § 8 ; Schol. ad Eurip. Phoen. 46), or lastly of Typhon and Chimaera (Schol. ad Hes. and Eurip. I. c.).
*** Ariani - It may surprise most of you to know that the True ARYAN Race of people are actually the Persians (Today called Iran which is derived from Aryan). Hitler got that wrong as well. 
The name Iran comes from Ērān (Middle Persian era), meaning "of the Aryans" and is derived from ancient Persian ARIYA this self-designation goes back to the age of Zarathustra. (circa 1500 BCE) 
Geographically it is around Eastern Iran + Afghanistan + Pakistan and may have even included some of the Indus valley settlements.
So if we unpack this a bit further - we soon realize that IF Iran is not stopped with its nuclear ambitions, then it will fulfill their part of the Greek Prophecy.
In Greek Mythology a "Chimaera" is something like an animal which is hobbled together from several other animals () - however, in modern language is has a wider range of applications including representing a person who pretends to be what they are not.
The ancient Greeks predicted that 
Echidna is depicted as female in the "Subservience" and may not actually be a woman.
Typhon "The Red Dragon" will instruct 
This is a long march strategy.
So, I wonder which country represents The Dragon "Ouroboros"?
Or is it the "political" Left?
So my next question is that if Typhon and Echidna begat a dog called "ORTHRUS" it would make sense that they "may" also have begotten another "dog" (Jackal) - that was later - called
What if I told you that these may be 
** Important Note. When it says begat or begotten, this does not automatically mean "a child". If fact, begat may also include things like Business "A" expands and runs a chain of Business "A's".
Or a business branches out and begets or incorporates another business.
It may also imply that the UK begot the USofA and Australia and New Zealand etc.
Or it may also imply that the (Romanized) Germanic Tribes united to become Germany.
IF we unpack this a bit further, we may also consider that this may "translate" into the following.
Please remember that the priests held power because they knew things which common people did not and so they concealed "events" in stories - just like the Australian Aborigines in their "dreamtime" stories - and many other cultures did this as well. We call most of these "stories" Myths.
Typhon and Echidna are physical events - just like you have events like American Ninja, or your local State Fair, or a Football game or a Racing event.
Typhon solicited Echidna and shortly afterwards, the Black Sun (represented by Anubis) occurred and most people end up in the Under-World (dead). As per the myth.

We know that China controls most of the UN - this is an open secret.
We know that "Typhon" is China, since the dragon kind of gives it away, but who is "Echidna"?
Based on the global laws that the UN has tried to get approved and these laws range from mandatory vaccinations to Comprehensive sexuality education for 5 year old children, we can now make a calculated assumption (who) or what "Echidna" will be associated with the UN.
As it says in
For those who do not know it, the word "Rosh" is extremely unusual in this sentence and completely out of context.
Rosh means Head. (think Government or Governing body)
