PreCog Thoughts
PreCog Thoughts are where you set your mind in motion to perform future events:
- answer difficult questions - while you sleep so you wake up with the answer(s).
- to mentally go somewhere without consciously thinking about the process.
- or to cause an action via your soul once you have by-passed your mind during meditation (for example: by going to the place of No-Mind).
PreCog is short for Precognition which means the ability to perceive or foresee future events.
However - in this case, PreCog is pre-programing your mind to act at - or - during a future event.
Think of it like electricity flowing through gold wire, the wire does not think about the electricity, it simply "is" and the electricity flows.
To achieve this level, you need to go back before the point of your mind activating - which is often referred to as the state of No-Mind which is also referred to as "Mu-Shin" in Japanese Zen.
What is Mushin?
Mushin (無心) originates from Zen Buddhism and traditional Japanese martial arts and translates to "no mind" or "empty mind" in English.
Mushin refers to a state of mind characterized by the absence of ego, conscious thought, and emotional attachment.
The reason that it is incorporated into Martial Arts is because when your mind is still and your opponent "moves", they disrupt your "flow" and you can react in microseconds instead of even having to think about your next move. This is even way beyond muscle memory.
When you mind is cluttered with thoughts, you have to sort through them until you find something which may or may not be applicable.
When your mind is still, you intrinsically react to the applicable goal and that becomes (with practice), you total focus.
The problem?
The problem is lack of mind control and thus a lack of focus and the more "junk" you have floating around in your mind, the harder it is to focus your thoughts.
Think of it like driving a car and looking everywhere except "the road".
The solution.
Learn to clear your mind and this can be done by learning to control your "Monkey Mind" or if you are more advanced, you can try "Blank Meditation" and if you are very good at visualization, you may even like to try "Yantra Meditation" to help control your thoughts.
The more focused your thoughts, the greater the overall benefits to you.
Why do this?
There are at least several good reasons.
- Complex Brain

- You Can Do More

- Meditation Benefits

- Dream Solutions

- Conduit

- Caveat

Complex Brain ↟↟
It shows you that your brain is much more complex than you realize.
You Can Do More ↟↟
It show that you "may" be able to do things you had not even imagined.
For example, did you know that you can actually do 5 or 6 or even 7 mantras at the same time. 2 Breathing mantras, 3 Word mantras, 2 Visualization mantras and very advanced people can even add 2 more Thought mantras to that list.
And then there is the Soul mantra.
See the "Monkey Mind" page to get started on multiple mantras.
Meditation Benefits ↟↟
In the case of "Blank Meditation" or Ascension Meditation , it is imperative that your mind is completely empty of Extraneous thoughts.
Extraneous thoughts can break your connection and focus to the higher realms and we do not want this to happen.
And yet you must still be able to get to your destination without disturbing your "calm".
Apart from this, you also have a lot of physical and psychological "Meditation Benefits" you may experience - and these all come with scientific studies.
Dream Solutions ↟↟
When you are asleep, it is generally not possible to ask yourself a question or questions and get answers.
However, you can use the Dream Solutions method (below) or the "PreCog Method" and these "may" work for you. PreCog works for me most of the time and I use this method at least several times a week.
Please note that this may take weeks or months to start working and you should always check your answers before proclaiming them to the world.
Learn to "set your mind in motion" in a positive may.
Conduit ↟↟
When you pre-set your mind to "do" something after you reach a specific state of meditation, this removes the problem of reverting back to the physical interchange of the mind, soul and body and it leaves your "soul" free to pursue the pre-destined journey you desire.
For example.
You may pre-program your "soul" to ascend to the Akashic Records as soon as you have de-coupled from the mind - Using "PreCog Thoughts" is particularly useful when doing "Blank Meditation" or the visualy version of this called "Yantra Meditation" .
This way you do not have to return back to the mind in order to choose your next "path".
Caveat ↟↟
Both Blank Meditation and Ascension Meditation should not be tried until you have mastered "Controlled Meditation" and also "Breathing Meditation" .
Breathing Meditation is important because it is the absolute basis (foundation) for all higher levels of meditation.
Thus, you need to be able to regulate your breathing and any distractive thoughts - usually associated with the "Monkey Mind" - which will create ripples in your breathing which in turn usually stops people ascending higher in their meditation.
Eg: Imagine a perfectly still pond of water and someone throws a rock the size of your hand into the pond. It is no longer perfectly still.
When you connect your mind and breathing, any distractions or thoughts become that rocak and ruin your experiences.
Regulate Your Breathing
How this works.
Slowly inhale (breathe in) for 10 seconds, then when you hear the ping, slowly breathe out (exhale) for 10 seconds.
Feel your breath flowing in and out of your nostrils (nose). Completely focus on this action.
If your mind is hyperactive, you can also say a Mantra at the same time as you are doing the breathing exercise.
Ideally this should be a single word but I have found that up to 4 words also works OK if you are at a high level and you can handle the mental exercise.
Once you master the 10 second breathing technique - ie: you can repeatedly do this for at least 1 hour - then consider moving up to the 15 second technique. It is much harder than it sounds.
I have created this "10 Second Meditation Ping" to help you regulate your breathing.
When you have to be able to regulate your breathing for at least 60 minutes using the 10 second ping, then please move on to the 15 Second Meditation Ping.
The Clock
When I was working in the corporate world and had to be up at 5 AM weekdays, I would set my alarm clock for 5 AM - but I would always wake up at around 5 minutes before the alarm went off - every week day - but not on the weekends when my alarm clock was not set.
I have encountered other people who have this exact experience.
See other examples below.
Dream Solutions
Lets say that you have a problem and you need to solve that problem.
I was taught to say the problem out aloud - before I went to bed - and also tell myself that I will find an answer while I am asleep.
Eg: I will find an answer to question XYZ and have the answer when I wake up later.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Note that I did NOT say "Tomorrow".
This is because (1) tomorrow never comes (2) you may wake up in 20 minutes and have the solution, so pre-programing your mind to do so "tomorrow" means that you may forget the answer by then.
More suggestions below.
The Tomorrow Clock
The Tomorrow Clock is more like a Tomorrow Wall and here is the reason why.
Let us say that you give yourself a command to do something "Tomorrow", yet when you wake up, your brain cycles through a lot of subconscious "sub-routines" even before you get out of bed.
One of the questions it will ask is "Is it tomorrow"?
Think about this.
How can it be Tomorrow if it is Today?
The answer has to be no, because it is today.
So your subconscious resets your Tomorrow Clock and off you go about your "todays" business.
While this "Tomorrow Clock" does not affect everybody the same, there are many people who procrastinate and who are more prone to the Tomorrow syndrome, not realizing that they are sabotaging themselves on a subconscious level.
Advanced Visualization
This is why when you do Advanced Visualization courses - at least all of the ones I have done - the "teachers" always tell us to "see" the event happening today or even that the event "has" already happened.
Write Down Method
I have also heard to write down the question and keep this next to your bed or under your pillow.
I have spoken to people who say that this method works best for them.
However, for me personally, I just ask the question out loud - then tell myself that I will find an answer while I am asleep.
Then off to LaLa land and at least 8 out of 10 times I will get the answer when I wake up.
TIP ↟↟
Ask sensible and realistic questions.
FYI: Asking how to build an interstellar UFO to get off this planet - will not work - I have already tried this question.
Meditation
If you are doing "Blank Meditation" and your goal is to do Ascension Meditation at the same time, yet you have cleared you mind of all thoughts, the question is:
How do you get to your destination?
The Problem
Here is the problem. Once you reach the state of having a completely blank mind, you then need to "come back down" to the conscious level in order to give yourself instructions as to what you want to happen next.
By using the PreCog method, you simply pre-program your mind and then do your Blank meditation (or other) and then when you reach the "Jump Off Point", you will eventually go to the next stage automatically.
The answer is actually quite simple and should work even after a few weeks practice.
You simply "bind yourself with an oath" - make a promise to yourself - that once you have reached the "Blank" stage (or other trigger), that you will then proceed to do the ascension.
This is similar to setting an automatic timer (for example) so that the lights come on in your house every day at 7 PM.
It does take practice and if you actually do practice, it should usually start working within a few weeks.
Ascension Meditation
PreCog Thoughts are very important for anyone doing Ascension Meditation .
Before you start you meditation, you "must" create a "grounding" method so that your soul returns back to your body.
Why?
Because if you are successful in ascending, you may encounter "things" which will make you consider staying there.
Eg: If you desire to be closer to The Creator and you encounter one of The Creators lower attributes, you may think that this is "god" when in fact it cannot be.
Why this is bad.
Why?
Because the light from the Creator is so beyond intense, that anything remotely related to our (lower level) physical realm would instantly evaporate if it came anywhere near the pure source energy (for want of a better word) of The Creator.
This is why there are 7 distinct levels between "God The Creator" and us.
You would have more luck walking on the Sun than getting even remotely close to the "God Frequency" of The Creator.
The Reason
This is the reason that you must not only bind yourself to the physical, but you must also make a promise to your soul to return.
Binding yourself is easy when you wrap some string or cloth around your hand several times.
This binding can also be done using Tefillin. In fact, this binding should be done using Tefillin - if you have them.
Tefillin works partially using the same principle as the "Klaf" in a mezuzah.
