Top The Tomorrow Conundrum

There is a saying that "Tomorrow never comes".

IF I may explain something, You are here in THIS lifetime for a VERY limited period of time.

If your words ARE future tense they have NO meaning because they do not have the foundation of change, they are a projection only.

"I Am A Winner" is a definitive where as "I have the right to be a winner" is a projection.

If you understand the concept of the "block universe theory" (which has limitations on an esoteric level, but this is a more protracted story), then you would understand that "where I am = IS" while the thought process of projecting that I "may be" is illusional because it does not create a finite "Now" situation.

One quick example would be: If you own a car, you would say the following, "I Own A Car".

This is a definitive emphatic "now" statement.

What you would not says is, "I will own a car".

Because you already own one.

Projection then becomes a complete distraction from evolving "in the now".

Another example is meditation:

Transcendental meditation + Zazen meditation were designed for people who studied ONLY scriptural texts and they were never inundated with radio, TV, newspapers, internet or even gossip so their thought processes were focused on "The Now".

And not distracted by "informayion overload".

As I said, you have a limited time on this planet.


Top The Mirror Principle

What is The Mirror Principle?

In a nutshell, it is this. If you want to see change happening, you need to start this change off by changing inside yourself.

The world you perceive is merely a reflection of what you manifest within yourself.

The 2 Cats Example ↟↟

According to Deepak Chopra, in 1964 there was an experiment done by 2 scientists, Dr's David H. Hubel and Torsten N. Wiesel, with 2 cat groups, both isolated from each other, where one was only shown vertical lines and the other was only shown horizontal lines.

When the cats grew up, they were exposed to specific vertical and horizontal situations.

The study results showed that there were significant impairments for both sets of animals when exposed to situations contrary to what they had been shown as they grew up.

Both David Hubel and Torsten Wiesel jointly received the 1981 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine. (shared with Roger W. Sperry)

What you see is what you reflect.

I am putting this here because it shows that for the majority of people, what they are shown (or believe) when they are growing up severely impedes their ability to transcend their mundane ability to think beyond the here and now or themselves.

And in many cases, it subconsciously controls people to be in abusive relationships - simply because they grew up in this kind of negative soul destroying environment.

This negativity overflows into a persons thought processes and subsequent consequences related to those thought processes.

When most people are asked (in English) "How are you?", many will typically use a "Double Negative" and reply with "not bad".

This negative overflow extends to friends and family.

"Double Negative" do NOT always make a positive - especially mentally.

Example:

How many people do you know who are in a bad or toxic relationships and then they leave that person and find someone almost the same (or worse) as the person they just left?

How many girls grow up to marry an abusive partner - just because that is what they saw their parents doing?

So WHY DO people (usually women) go from 1 bad relationship to another bad relationship to another bad relationship?

This is because they do not change their inner mirror. Which means that they only see what they project.

Your mirror reflects at least 4 things about you:

Your relationship with yourself

If you believe that you are not good enough or that you are somehow not the right person for (anything), then you will never be.

Conversely, if you over inflate your ego, this can be just as detrimental because it turns into long term depression due to continual failures.

If you have a balanced view of your abilities and a positive projection of your capabilities, then you will have more chance of success - not in everything, but in most things - but you must believe in yourself first.

Also, if you use the internet to locate and read books, then you educate yourself and thus you elevate your mind and your personal self-worth and belief in yourself.

Your relationship with the world

Your relationship with the world is reflected from the relationship you have with yourself.

If you think that you are not good enough, then this is how you project yourself to others and thus, this is how they will respond back to you.

If you project positivity, then these are the people you will attract.

"The Mirror" simply reflects what you hold to be true in your own mind and this is what others will see in you.

Your relationship with The Creator

There is a difference between going to church, shul or other religious gathering and being spiritual.

I have found that most people who profess to be religious are claiming this to hide something else.

If you want to be spiritual, then focus your attention on The Creator, and as the Dalai Lama says, "True happiness is being closer to God".

In 2023 I died (twice) and it was only then that I fully realized that all of physicality does not exist. I realized this because it all evaporated into nothing.

It was then this i full grasped the concept that we live in a .

When something like this happens to you, then you need to ask yourself, .

Did you know this?

Did you know that in as little as 3 weeks of saying Positive Affirmations, that you can change your destiny?

This is because it takes time for your affirmations to filter their way down into your essence.

Then you need to magnify these thoughts and project them as reality.

Your focus or lack of focus.

Your Mirror also shows you how your projection brain is working (or not).

Focus and Intent on connecting to the Creator is something that manifests from within you and this takes time and commitment.

Have you ever watched an Olympic sportsperson before they run or swim or whatever they do?

Watch their face, watch how they disconnect from the world and go into their "Special Place".

This is focus and intent in action.

They are going into their "winners room" where they see themselves at #1 on the winners podium.

This is the kind of commitment you need to practice daily if you want to succeed.

If you watch professional athletes, you will notice that they completely disconnect from everything around themselves and the only thing they totally focus on is their "race" (whatever that may be).

Watch how disconnected from everything is in her total focus mode and no ego or showboating.

This is the ideal state of mind you need to aim for when doing Positive Affirmations or even Meditation.


Top A Few Tips

There are different methods of doing Positive Affirmations. The following are some techniques which people have found to be beneficial to them.

Some people are visual, some aural, some like both and some get better results when they write things down.

You have to find what works best for you personally.

  1. Say your Positive Affirmation using a regular speaking voice.
  2. Say your Positive Affirmation in front of a mirror.
  3. Use your full name when saying your Positive Affirmation - in other words do not use "I Will...".
  4. Write down your Positive Affirmation and look at them when you say them.
  5. When you speak your Positive Affirmation, try thinking them at the same time. This is a technique used in meditation to calm the .
  6. Clear your mind of all other thoughts.
  7. Be genuine, you have no idea how important this is.
  8. Use a if you have one, some people relate better with a repetitious clicking noise. It also helps keep your mind focused.
  9. DO NOT use meditation bowls, you have to physically make them "sing" and this distracts from your focus and intent.

I love Positive Affirmations.

There are several aspects to Positive Affirmations that no one really discusses.

  • Most people do not really understand what they are saying when using a mantra.
  • Even when using a mantra that they think they understand, most people do not understand the deeper hidden meanings.
  • With Positive Affirmations, you say them in your own language which gives them more power because there is no confusion.

Let's say that you want to invoke the power or positive thinking, how do you do this?

This is easy, you need to meditate and say one of the following 2 "mantras".

  1. I am positive
  2. I am a winner

These should be meditated on for at least 30 minutes a day and for at least 12 Months. Then regular meditation maintenance of at least once a week after that.

When you say the word "I", you must mentally encapsulate your Body, Mind and Soul in your thoughts or else you are simply applying this affirmation to what you think you are.

And you would be wrong.

Your subconscious is much smarter than you so you must use intelligence to placate it from being confused. You do this by doing the following.

Make this clear and concise, do not use word salads.

Some teach to insert your name here instead of the "I". so for example, if your name was Bob, you would say "Bob is Positive".

Top Best Time To Do Affirmations

First I will suggest the best time to do Positive Affirmations and then I will explain the logic.

Even if you have done Positive Affirmations as your meditation at any other time during the day, if you want the best results, the best time to say Positive Affirmations is just before you go to sleep.

I strongly suggest that you also do meditation at some point during your day as well, especially for the mental benefits.

How many times have you gone to bed in a bad mood and then when you wake up, you are still in a bad mood?

For most people, this happens far too often.

Or Conversely

You meet someone and fall in love and then every time you wake up the sky is blue, the birds are singing and the world is beautiful?

Why Does This Happen? ↟↟

Generally speaking, there are a couple of reasons Why this happens.

  1. Bad Parenting.
  2. You lack self-control.***
  3. You lack forgiveness.
  4. You lack compassion.
  5. You lack mental discipline.
  6. You lack the intelligence to want to improve.
  7. You lack the training to overcome such incidents.
  8. You like to manipulate people because you think are smarter than them by playing on their compassion.

***You may think that you are simply an angry person, but the truth is you simply lack the discipline to control your anger.

You also lack a mature mind-set because you think that everyone will simply forgive you for your outbursts.

Remember that Jails are full of people like this who never advanced past their child "mode".

Converting A Weakness ↟↟

You can convert this natural weakness (most) people have of waking up angry - by utilizing this mind function to your advantage.

How? ↟↟

If you do Positive Affirmations before you go to sleep, then this is what you carry in your mind as you drift off.

By combining Positive Affirmations with Meditation, you have a mental discipline which you "may" now control to your benefit (instead of it controlling you to your detriment).

gives you the base discipline (the cake) and the Positive Affirmations become the icing on the cake.

Write down your meditation time, then write down the Positive Affirmation you will be working for for the next 3 - 6 months and tape this to the wall near your bed.

Ideally behind the bed so that you see it every time you go to get into bed.

This helps you remember what you need to do before you sleep.

Even 10 minutes of Positive Affirmations may have an impact on your life - IF you are a genuine and honest person.

If you are a deceptive person, then the deceptive energy your project will come back "in kind".

If I was to summarize the actions of Positive Affirmations, I would say this.

  1. The Conscious mind activates the Sub-Conscious mind via thought and action (meditation).
  2. The Sub-Conscious activates Quantum level energies.
  3. Quantum level energies - in turn - activate the Source Interface (GUI) of Creation.

*** Quantum level energies must also originate from somewhere.

This Quantum Source energy is then enhanced and magnified within you, like a growing baby.

It will happen if you Believe and the more you "feed it" with this positive belief, the faster it grows and Manifests.

Including"Love" in your Belief will enhance this growth much more than if you have selfish purposes.

The "personal" crud (baggage) you need to get rid of is just like the dirty nappies that accompany the growing baby.

There is a technique I was shown by a Shaman from Togo (West Africa).

He would do his energy work on people and any ailments or illnesses, he would project as energy into their bowels.

This way, when they went to the toilet, they passed out this negative energy.

He taught me how to meditate on this technique and remove negative energies from my own body so that I could do this myself and not be reliant on anyone else to do this.

Simply see any negativity your may have experienced in your life as dark energy.

Focus this energy going into your bowels and then when you go to the toilet, meditate on this energy being contained within the "substance" being passed out of your body.

IMPORTANT: When you wash your hands afterwards, visualize light filling your body to replace the lost negative energy.

This must be done because you have created a vacuum within yourself and this vacuum must be either replaced by you or your body will absorb any positive or negative energy near you to replace this - hole in your soul (so to speak) - so it is better if you positively control this event.

The more you recalibrate (tweak) your focus and intent, the stronger you manifest your focus.

Basically, this is an enhanced version of cause and effect.

What you put in is what you will get back and the purity and intensity of your intent is what magnifies your ROI.
