What Is Mythology?

Many "stories" in Mythology are actually predictions of events which will occur if "we the people" do not change our ways.

Many "stories" are made up and added to the local Mythology Canon and people who read or translate ancient scripts have no idea of deeper or hidden meanings and often (almost always) translate ancient texts with a personal or religious bias.

And then there are remarkable stories like this one about Dorothy Eady AKA "Om Seti" Om Seti who reincarnated from a previous life where she was known as the Priestess "Bentreshyt".

Mythology is often a way of hiding secrets which priests and those in power want to control so that they in turn can control the masses.

Instead of enlightening "the people", these priests and rulers keep them ignorant so that they can create an underground facility which they think will protect them from upcoming catastrophes.

Yes, we are still being lied to - even to this day.

1 Example: Do UFO's exist?

We are still told that UFO's do not exist, yet according to Giorgio A. Tsoukalos, there are an estimated 1 Million reported sightings every year.

Plus you have the UFO cluster before the 2011 Japan earthquake and the 1952 Washington DC UFO Flyover (twice). + + + + + "interesting DC UFO evidence" .

Even Capt Christopher Columbus wrote about encountering a UFO (USO) late one night in "1492" Columbus UFO encounter . He also wrote that some "Stars" appeared to move around the night sky.

It is no wonder that intelligent people do not trust the media or politicians.

This is why you must do your own research and please, do not just accept the top 10 search results.

There are too many examples where the Main Stream Media (Legacy media) lie to us daily so I would suggest that you also checked out alternative media outlets and websites to get a more balanced view of reality.

There are too many examples of events which are tainted and often even ignored completely.

1) Education Problems - The First major problem for most people is that we are not taught old languages.

Generally speaking - This means that we often see the world through a modern lens which is skewed towards the translators personal ideology which includes socialistic and / or religious biases.

A very wise man once told me that if you grow up in a country with a predominant religion, then there is a better than 99% chance that you will believe in that religion as well.

This conformity is called "Social Conditioning" .

You see this social conformity every day but you do not notice it. It is called school. In common parlance, a "School" is institutionalized education of children.

This is generally where our young minds are controlled and "shaped" - or as some say "eroded".

2) Language Problems - are another issue when reading or translating myths.

In English we have many words which have 2, 3 or more meanings. The actual meanings of many ancient texts may have been overlooked or ignored by translators.

One of the most well known mis-interpretations is the quote by King Solomon "Vanity of Vanities" words with many meanings

Many people base their entire lives around something they believe - in good faith - to be 100% true and accurate.

It is your responsibility to seek the actual truth instead of whatever has been spoon fed to you.

3) Hidden Meanings - Also consider that many mythology "stories" are written or told in such a way that they deliberately obscure the true meanings of events.

Consider looking at the following teachings and mythologies from a celestial perspective. "Isaiah Chapter 24:18-23" Isaiah Chapter 24:18-23 (Yeshayahu)

Imagine that the "destroyer" coming to this planet is another Sun or worse, a black hole which will cause cosmic scale tidal forces to disrupt the balance of our planet?

Now when you read ancient mythology or texts from your religions prophecies, you should start seeing these writings from a different perspective.

Maya
Hopi
Edda
Romans
Greek
Etc etc

NOTE: That this association does not apply to all of the myths or prophecies, but it does apply to some.

Mythology - in many cases - tells us of what may happen IF we do not change our ways.

We live on a speck of dust in the universe, yet we arrogantly or stupidly think that we are the only ones in this universe.

Trivia Du Jour: I remember back in 1978 there was a UFO sighting over Melbourne, Australia.

People called into the radio stations asking why they did not land and the station I was listening to, 3DB had a DJ called "Ric Melbourne" (coincidently) who answered one caller by saying. "Perhaps they were looking for intelligent life and could not find any?"

Perhaps he was right with all of the racism, wars, greed, arrogance and distrust, you have to ask yourself "why would an advanced race of beings want to get involved in our planetary Soap Opera?"
