Mind Meditation
This is a 100% visualization meditation method.
You would only do this technique in the presence of a great Guru or mystic who is meditating and who you know is of pure heart so that you can use their chanting to elevate yourself.
Remember, you do not talk or chant.
In simple terms, Mind Meditation is listening to someone (or a group) chanting at a specific "tone" or frequency and then aligning yourself to their frequency (just using your mind).
This is a very tricky method and only advanced meditators should even attempt this technique.
Think of it like riding (surfing) a wave, but just using your mind to do the surfing.
How to do Mind Meditation ↟↟
You need to be sitting comfortably, with your eyes closed and gently rock backwards and forwards.
Next, you repeat the words in your mind immediately after each word is spoken by the other person or group.
Next, you need to be looking inside your head and try to visualize the center of your brain vibrating in tune with the chanting as you repeat the mantra silently.
You must see your consciousness merge with the words and feel the vibration in different parts of your head.
Next, feel that vibration start to flow down throughout your entire body.
This is actually much harder than most people realize.
The following mantra is about the right tone you need to listen to while doing this meditation.
This is one version of the "Nirvana Shatakam"
mantra.
Note ↟↟
You may be able to do this with various mantras so long as you resonate with them personally, but they must be continuous mantras like this example above.
If they are not continuous, then any breaks will cause the mind to wander.
