Messiah Olympics
There is a common Mis-Translation amongst many religions that "The Messiah" will come and save us and unfortunately, Christians - via the church - have had this corrupted even further.
Christians have now been taught that The Messiah will come and die for them and then they can continue to live their lives as before with NO rectification of their thoughts, speech or actions.
I want you to think just how insanely stupid that concept is.

When I was young, I was taught that I was personally responsible for my actions and that if I did something wrong, then I alone was to blame and I alone would pay the penalty even IF that meant jail time.
Origin Of The Myth ↟↟
The origin of this Myth - which has been so badly corrupted - is that it only takes one person to literally save the world.
That person has to be righteous beyond reproach.
But in order to get there, we must all try for the Messiah Olympics because we do not know who the actual person is.
The Messiah Olympics is where we all compete to be better people, to expedite the coming of The Messiah.
There is an Upside you do not know of.
There is an upside that you do not know about and that is the more "Light" you (we) draw down into this world, the less disease, evil and destruction there is.
The Midrash Tanhuma (מִדְרָשׁ תַּנְחוּמָא) (ref Exod. 19:8) states that when Benei Israel received the Torah at Mt Sinai (Matan Torah), all physical defects were removed.
Regarding the verse in Exodus 20:15 in the Midrash Mekhilta states that those who stood at Sinai, all their afflictions were healed. 
Mekhilta d'Rabbi Ishmael (Bahodesh 9): One of the earliest Tannaitic Midrashim explicitly lists these verse-by-verse derivations, establishing that any Israelite who was injured, diseased, or disabled in Egypt was completely healed at Mount Sinai.
Shir HaShirim Rabbah (4:7 / 4:12): Expounds on Song of Songs 4:7 ("You are altogether beautiful, my darling; there is no blemish in you"), applying it to the generation at Sinai - explaining that every physical and mental illness was cured when they stood at the mountain.
Midrash Tanchuma (Yitro 8): Reiterates that God declared it unfitting for His Torah to be given to a nation afflicted with physical blemishes or defects, so He sent angels to heal every person prior to Revelation.
Please Note that the "Midrash Tanchuma" reference is also a warning.
Why did this happen?
Because the light which surrounded this event was pure and thus the energy of the people bodies - which may have deformed or sick - was recalibrated back to the original design (which was perfect health).
This has been documented in Hebrew literature since the Mt Sinai event.
If you do not understand how this could have happened, please research what your body and all living and inanimate things are made of and you will see that everything is energy.
Spiritual Head ↟↟
The Tanchuma says, "The head of the generation is the entire generation." This means that the "Spiritual Head" of The Generation should "represent" that generation and The Messiah can only "represent" our generation IF we are worthy to be represented.
This means that WE must strive daily to be worthy of such an event.

What Can I Do?
Electricity does not flow through glass so admiring yourself in the mirror will not increase your spirituality.
The same with Truth. In order to find "Truth", you must become the perfect conduit for Truth - so in essence, you must emulate or become truth itself in all of your thoughts, speech and actions.
Praying and Meditating on Love and Peace are a good start but this must be genuine.
You can also fix (in most cases) your 
IF you are using any mantra, please know and understand what that mantra means before you start using it.
You also need to say the mantra or prayer properly.
Praying oi-oi-oi-oi-oi is not praying unless you are praying to the Oi-Oi-Oi god.
The same with mantras. So many people us the OM mantra but they say it wrong and without focus and thus they do not unlock the potential of the mantra and it becomes like eating dried bread.
