The Meditation Prayer is a succinct ancient prayer which asks The Creator for divine help to reveal "The" Truth into the world.
The Meditation Prayer is a simple prayer which you can use as a mantra and repeat every night as a mantra for 20 - 30 (longer if possible) at around 8PM.
The Meditation Prayer is very simple and even kids can memorize this in a few days.
The Logic ↟↟
There are studies which show that Prayers - when worded in a Positive Affirmation structure - may start working after as little as 3 weeks of constant repetitious practice and 100% positive belief.
However, for most people this usually takes months and even years because they do not have the focus or intent, nor do they apply their time to doing these affirmations as long as they should.
Another time delay factor is that so many people are not honest. The greater your honesty, the faster these positive affirmation Prayers work.
The point is for you to do 3 things.
- Believe in yourself
- Use your mind to bring love and light and truth into the world to help change it for the better
- Apply yourself to actually doing this meditation prayer and ideally at a regular time (if possible) each day for at least 20 - 30 minutes a day (longer is better) - and do so with intent.
Your mind is more powerful that you can possibly imagine. But it needs to be developed.
An example is like a baby trying to fly a plane. It isn't gonna work.
However, when the baby grows up, (the mind hopefully matures and develops), then the potential capacity of your mind and body to understand and be synchronized in coordinated control also increase. However - just like the growing baby - it does not happen over night.
There is NO magic pill. You may understand that this is a "Holographic"
matrix but there is still NO RED pill - and nootropics do not help you either - in fact, hallucinogens and synthetics cause more damage than you realize..
Please consider the power of
"Positive Affirmations"
when applied correctly with meditative repetition, focus and positive intent.
For this to even start to work, you need to recalibrate your spiritual energy on a quantum level so that it begins to manifest "from" the quantum level up.
You do this by recalibrating your mind.
This starts with vocally repeating the same Mantra - or - Positive affirmation - or - focused prayer - (as a mantra) - every day for at least 20 - 30 minutes each day. Which also opens up many other benefits like calmer brain and better focus.
The vibration of the vocalization is like the "Starter Motor" in your car which helps get your car started.
Please try and do this around 8 PM if you can, otherwise any other time that is best for you personally.
Warm Up Mantra ↟↟
There is actually a Warm Up Mantra I was taught which was simply repeating the following 2 or 4 words for 5 minutes before your main Mantra. These 2 or 4 powerful positive affirmation words are:

Thinking you can is not as powerful as believing you can.
Speaking this mantra causes the vibration to resonate throughout your entire body which stimulates, recalibrates and refocuses your entire physical and spiritual being from the quantum level "up".
NOTE - "Spiritually Poor" ↟↟
The words "Spiritually Poor" shows that you are not arrogant.
Of course this only works if you are not arrogant.
Never Use Negatives ↟↟
Negatives are very destructive to your spiritual growth.
Believe in yourself (within reasonable limits) and also believe that IF you try - you may just succeed.
Otherwise the Creator has another lesson for you to learn.
