Meditation Headaches occur when some people start meditating and this is usually because of several factors.

Nutritional imbalance or deficiencies can and often does become a cause of meditation headaches and may lead to Meditation Sickness .

Meditating Too Long
Meditating too long
When you start meditating, and you are doing it for longer than 20 - 30 minutes "and" you start getting a headache, please stop and continue after at least several hours.
This is because when you meditate, your body pumps up to "9%" more blood to your brain.
For many people, this can be tiring.
Once you have been doing meditation for at least several weeks, for at least 20 - 30 minutes a day, then your brain will usually be able to handle this increase of blood to the brain.
In the worst cases, after 1 or 2 months, this problem should completely disappear.
