What Is Love Meditation?
Love Meditation is when you meditate with someone you love. But it is not as simple as you think.
I have met many people who meditate with someone they love and nothing happens, they meditate, finish and go home.
This technique should (may) take the love you have for your partner and elevate it like twin flames - but you need to "Synchronize"
your energies first.
However
If you are using any kind of "Guided" meditation (GM) or any kind of "Transcendental" meditation (TM), then you need to know that these will not work and any feeling you may get, is insignificant compared to what you would have experienced if you were doing a dedicated and "Controlled Meditation"
using a mantra.
This is because GM and TM do not teach the control you need for this elevated experience.
Sometimes
Sometimes, this even works with shallow love people as well - but not very often.
It is said that these "shallow love" people (while they have the potential to evolve higher) are living in their "animal" soul and not their "divine" soul so this kind of experience is much harder to attain.
Love Meditation - How To
There several steps you need to follow first. These are:
- You need to be proficient at meditating so this usually takes [at least] 3-6 months of meditating twice a day for 30-60 minutes each session.
- wear loose natural organic clothing (be comfortable).
- DO NOT use incense or candles. These create a distraction + white candles are made from toxic "paraffin"
wax.
- If you want to use candles, then
"Bees Waz Candles"
are safer.
- Remove all distractions in your meditation room.
- Synchronize Your Energy
before you start.
- Meditate in harmony together. You can use the following "10 Second Meditation Ping"
to Synchronize your meditation breathing (if you like),
- Completely focus on your Heart "Chakra"
and "Visualize" and "Feel" it opening up.
- Focus this opening energy towards your partner and they focus towards you.
- You can use any mantra (single word or multiple words) that you want. I have a list of "Mantras"
you may like.
- If you are using a single word mantra with someone, please breath in and out together. The 10 second ping is brilliant in helping you do this.
*** Note that you can start off with saying any mantra quickly but you should eventually start saying your mantra much more slowly, at least 10 - 15 seconds per mantra. This means regulating your breathing to 10 seconds in and 10 seconds out. Click the 10 second ping above.
This will usually not happen in the first few weeks, even if you are used to meditating, and in fact most people try for months before they get the Open Heart energy working.
This is because people get distracted so easily and they lose focus. This is why controlled meditation is so important.
The short cut that I have re-discovered is to synchronize your breathing together. I apologize if that sounds arrogant but I was never taught this synchronized breathing technique and it was pure luck that I stumbled upon it.
What To Do Next
Once you can establish an Open Heart connection with your partner, the next step is to see how long you can maintain this.
Once you feel that you are both in "The Ocean" of Emotion, the next step up is to start focusing that Love on the Source of the Creator.
THIS IS IMPORTANT
Do not assign (give) the Creator any name.
IF you are right in what you believe, then you will be given the right name BUT IF you are wrong, then you have just sent your soul on a Detour which may last the rest of this lifetime.
It is critically important that you do not call the Creator by any name unless you have been directly given that name.
You will only be given the right name when you are worthy.
By focusing your love towards the Creator, you can use your love as a conduit to tap into an experience you will not believe.
There is no point trying to describe the experience because it will vary from person to person but more importantly, it is something you really need to experience yourself because it is literally "Out Of This World".
The Key
The intensity of your experience will be determined by The Key.
This Key is the Truth and Honesty in your hearts and these may be magnified by the love, compassion and charity you project into this world.
Sitting Positions
- Sitting facing each other
- Sitting side by side
- Sitting back to back (touching)
- Sitting in a circle facing each other - for 3 or more people
When you are meditating, you should close your eyes so that you have less distractions.
This meditation can be performed as a group as well as for 2 people.
This would be a special group where love abounds and does not equate to sex.
An example of this would be your family.
In fact, if you even think of sex, you will bring the experience crashing down. You must have a clear mind, which is why you should be an experienced meditator to start with.
