Most people will tell their "partner" (spouse etc), "I Love You".

Question?

Are they saying "I love you" to the physical body or to the soul?

Remember that not everyone's soul is at the same level. All souls are old, but not all souls are wise.

This is because Love is a feeling. The quality of that feeling depends on several factors.

However: I can tell you what love is Not.

Experience True Love

If you really want to Experience True Love the first thing you need to do is clear your mind of all thoughts. In Buddhism this is called the place of "No-Mind".

In Kabbalah, this is called "The Silence".

It is only when you have divested your soul of all of its physical garments, that you can truly start to experience Love in its pure form.

However, you need to be attached to the Creator if you want the greatest experience of Love.

This is why people who die and come back have such indescribable experiences.

There is a reason that you feel the powerful emotion of Love in your heart (area).

Meditate on seeing your mind inside your head and then visualize traveling down to your heart and when you get there, meditate on Love.
