What Is Karma?
Karma is a word which describes a very complex system of reward and /- or punishment your soul receives after each lifetime, depending on what you do during your lifetime.
Karmic debt or reward "this lifetime" is separate from any Karmic debt or reward from previous lifetimes.
In Buddhism, the four types of Karma are listed below.
Simple Modern Example ↟↟
Think of Karma like money in your bank.
The more you work at being good, the more money (positive credit) you "get" (accrue).
If you are bad (thought, speech or actions), then you lose this "money" and if you are really bad, you go to jail (reincarnate into a lower life form), and if you are really really bad, then this lower reincarnation may last for hundreds or even 10's of thousands of reincarnations - or longer especially for those who cause harm to other on a large scale.
Think vaccines, toxic food, useless pharmaceuticals etc.
Karma specifically refers to a principle of cause and effect, often descriptively called the principle of Karma.
The concept of Karma is lightly covered with Shinto, however, Buddhism, Judaism, Hinduism, Jainism, Taoism (Dao) and several other older religions all claim that some kind of Karmic rule exists.
- Shinto
has no moral absolutes and each action is judged according to its individual merit. Karma is closely associated with those who lose their way and rejoin the universal flow of energy. It is interpreted as musubi (The spirit of birth and becoming), a view of Karma (rebirth) is generally recognized in Shinto as a means of enriching and empowering life. + .
- Buddhism believes in Karma and reincarnation.

- Judaism believes in Karma and reincarnation ("Shaar HaGilgulim"
). +
- Hinduism
believes in Karma and reincarnation.
- Jainism
believes in Karma and reincarnation.
- Taoism
("Tao" | "Gao" | "Dao" ) believes in Karma and reincarnation.
There are both positive and negative factors which influence Karma.
These positive and negative factors are influenced by your:
- Thoughts
- Speech
- Actions
- Intent
- Consequences caused by you - directly and indirectly
- and even your body language if it causes harm to others
Positive Karma may be enhanced if your heart is pure but also requires focus, intent, love, + acts of kindness, compassion and charity to be beneficial.
4 Types Of Karma
In Buddhism, there are four types of karma:
- Prarabdha (allotted Karma)
- Sanchita (accumulated Karma)
- Agami (future actionable Karma)
- Kriyamana (present actionable Karma)
Prarabdha Karma is the portion of the past Karma which is responsible for your present body and situation based on the conditions set for your "soul lessons" needed in order to rectify past Karma.
Sanchita Karma is accumulated from past and present lifetimes.
It is also worth noting that past Karma often requires many lifetimes to rectify and sometimes, it may be millions of lifetimes if you are a mass murderer. This leads us to Agami Karma.
Agami Karma is future actionable Karma based on your past or present deeds, so if (for example) you create a vaccine which kills millions, then your future Karmic debt may be to terrible to think about.
Agami Karma also includes consequences to you for the consequences you cause both directly and indirectly to others (and the Universe).
Kriyamana Karma is often referred to as Instant Karma where you do something wrong - like rob a shop or person or harm someone - then you get caught and end up in jail for the rest of your life.
Please note that depending on the severity of your action or actions, Kriyamana "may" become "Agami" Karma and you may need to repay this Karmic debt for many lifetimes into the future.
Belief ↟↟
You do not need to believe in Karma, it does not care what you think, it just is.
How Does Karma Work?
Karma is a bit more complicated that most people realize. It actually works in "Grades" (levels).
It depends on your (1) thoughts (2) speech (3) actions (4) intent when you do something as to whether you receive a higher grade or a lower grade of Karma.
For example: If you harm someone by accident, this is a much lower grade of Karmic Debt than if you harmed someone on purpose, this includes physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Teachers ↟↟
If you are a teacher (sensei) or leader - especially a spiritual teacher - and you give incorrect advice - especially if inflated by ego, and that advice is wrong, you may get many lifetimes of Karmic debt. Depending on your current status level and arrogance.
If you cause someone to become poor and even die, Firstly you need to repay them in another lifetime (2) you need to atone for your actions (3) you will often suffer the same consequence they did (4) if you harmed many people in such a manner, then it is better that you were not born because your subsequent suffering will be great - and for many lifetimes.
How To Avoid Negative Karma
This is not easy and I will you honesty about this subject.
What I can and will tell you is that you need to consider Psalm 27:4.
Strive to attach your soul to the Creator if you want to lessen your time returning to this planet.
Love, Kindness, Charity and good deeds count bucket loads when your soul is judged.
If you create a name of "god" in your mind, then this is what you will see when you die, and most of the good Karma you have attained will be minimized because you have not attached your soul to the Essence of the Creator and instead you have created a tangent (detour) from ascending.
This is because you have attached your "good deeds" to a name which exists in your mind.
The secret is to not give "God" a name but instead, seek to be closer to the generalized term which is The Creator.
Please Consider "Psalm 27:4" (Tehillim).
"One (thing) I ask of the Lord, I seek that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to see the pleasantness of the Lord and to visit His Temple every morning."
If you truly want to help your soul complete its journey on this level, then you need to seek and genuinely desire to be close to the Creator "All the days of your life", doing good and meditating on the Creator at all times.
Ultimately ↟↟
Ultimately what you do is your business, and please note that I am not here to "behave obsequiously" (kowtow to) anyone or any group, I am simply stating facts.
Unless you are Edgar Cayce, you cannot read a closed book.
Karma is designed to reward or punish us for our actions.
Think of it like a game of snakes and ladders. Hard to get up but easy to fall down.
According to the Ari Z'al, you can think of it like this. When ADAM sinned, his soul was broken down into countless "shards".
Think of it like this: Each shard is part of a humongous jigsaw puzzle and it is our job, via physicality, to rectify (Tikun) our individual shard so that it can be placed back into the "jigsaw" puzzle and help elevate Adam's** damaged soul.
** Note that there is only a current reference to Adam and not Eve (cHava). So this begs the question, is Eve being rectified in another Universe or possibly another dimension?
You also have to note that when "Adam and Eve" were created, they were conjoined. Because they were originally created spiritually at first.
Because the soul is intangible, and thus has no gender per se, no genitalia, no physical attributes, no skin color, no limited language etc, the soul is unable to be elevated unless it experiences good and bad attributes - temptation, arrogance, lust, ego, greed, and like reward and punishment - and the only way that it can do this is to be imbedded into a physical "object" or life form.
I say object because some souls are so bad they end up as rocks, trees or insects (Popol Vuh and Sha'ar HaGilgulim) which is worse than being put in jail. This is also taught in Vedic teachings.
Sadly it is usually those with higher level souls who become wealthy and erroneously focus their attention on material things instead of using their wealth to raise up and help enlighten others. So instead of ascending, many go back to the rock stage.
This is the secret of giving 10% to charity so that you avoid greed and the reincarnation pain which will come later.
This is their test.
In fact, many of these people cause so much spiritual damage from their greed, that their destiny is often much worse that you can ever imagine.
Think about spending eternity as a part of a rock and being conscious of what you did wrong.
Imagine watching your soul-mate walk past you daily and never even acknowledge you? or spraying you with some insect spray and you die horribly.
It is said that the Creator regards the pennies of the poor more than all of the gold of the rich.
This means that if you are poor, and you give something as charity, it counts more than if a rich person gave gold.
Sometimes Karma is instant and this is usually a sign that you are close to the end of this cycle and sometimes Karma may be meted out over hundreds and even millions of lifetimes.
There is a famous Koan which talks about the punishment of 500 lifetimes as a fox for a teacher who gave bad information to a student. It is called "HyakuJo's Fox" .
Now imagine how many lifetimes you will get if you harm someone, or if you harm millions of people?
Seek ↟↟
You can genuinely enhance your positive Karma if you seek the Creator with all of your heart and seek to be closer to the Creator at all times.
This is the secret meaning behind the verse "Deuteronomy 6:5".
And you shall love the Lord, your God, with all your heart and with all your soul, and with all your means. (means is sometimes translated as strength or might)
These are 2 secrets here.
- (#1) Belief
- (#2) You will love ... actually says You Have Loved ...
#1) Belief ↟↟
There is a saying I was taught in psychology which says that, "People (generalization) often do not believe in themselves until someone else does".
There is another saying which goes, "It is impossible until someone does it".
Please remember there 2 sayings as you read the next section.
#2) Love or Loved? ↟↟
I have often heard people ask me or simply say, "How can I love God?"
This is a Zen answer. It says "to let the light in, you need to break the wood".
From a psychological perspective however, וְאָ֣הַבְתָּ֔ (and you have loved) is the most valuable hint to how you can love The Creator.
 | You see, you have already done this, before Creation and in between each lifetime when your soul was in the spirit realm. | |
If you join the first 2 sentences in #1, you get the answer to this difficult question.
Already ↟↟
You see, you have already done this, before Creation and in between each lifetime when your soul was in the spirit realm.
Break The Wood
What does it mean to "Break The Wood?"?
The "wood" represents your body and stiff mind.
You can "break the wood" by (water) Fasting and Meditation or prayer.
How do I know if I am "Praying Properly"?
Due to the amount of chemicals in our water and food, you should "Detox" first (for at least 3 - 6 months) and always do "Water Fasting" so that any released toxins can exit your body.
Supervision: It is important that someone monitors you "just in case" you have any kind of negative experience. This is critically important - especially for people on strong or psychotropic medications.
Water Fasting
"Water Fasting" helps "Detox" many toxins and heavy metals if (IF) done properly.
You may have problems if your body is saturated with "PFAS's" chemicals. Some studies claim that glycine and iron powder help remove some PFAS's - but not all. If you know of anything which does detox PFAS's, please Contact us and let us know (+ with links to studies). PFAS's are also known as forever chemicals.
Prolonged "Water Fasting" MUST BE done with supervision for several reasons and chemicals in our food and water is one of the most important reasons.
You need to "Detox" first - which usually takes 3 - 6 months and you can use this time to reset your mind and focus.
Detoxing is critical.
I will cover all of these issues when I write the "Water Fasting" guide page.
Meditation Sickness is a common situation when people are vitamin and especially mineral deficient and what exacerbates this are heavy metals like mercury, fluoride, aluminum, lead, Hexavalent Chromium and Cadmium etc.
STRONG WARNING ↟↟
Unless you detox first for at least 3 months, "Water Fasting" may cause extreme "anxiety" (Meditation Sickness) and Dry Fasting will be worse.
You must detox first to help reduce chemical and heavy metal shock.
You must never fast more than 5 days on your own
You must supplement with a good mineral supplement as well as a good Trace Mineral supplement.
You must take a magnesium and potassium supplement daily to help de-stress your brain and heart.
You must have someone watch you daily and this means to personally and physically monitor you -especially if you are Fasting for more than 5 days. This does not include phone or VOIP check ups. It must be physical.
You must keep a written diary for 2 reasons. (1) Personal growth (2) Medical emergency - if applicable.
You must fix your diet and stop all sugar and high carbs. This is more important than you know. This should start at least 3 months before you start any Fasting.
I would suggest reading this book called "Good Energy" which will help you understand just how "junk" our food has become.
I would also suggest that you read this about "Meditation Sickness" before you start any long term Fasting as well.
FYI
In Buddhism, meditating on "God" is seen as a major positive thing you can do and "of note", the Dalai Lama often refers to this when he talks about "being happy".
What most people do not know - if you do not listen to his full speeches - is that he is actually referring to meditating on being closer to God and THIS is what he is referring to that makes you happy.
He is not talking about pizza and ice cream.
The "Buddha Bless You" Secret
Did you know that "one" of the ways you can reduce your Karmic debt on this planet and help elevate your soul as well, is to bless people (and this extends to food and other things).
When you "genuinely" bless someone or something, the "essence" of the Creator flows through you and into the person as well as out into the Universe.
You can also have informal blessings as well, some examples below.
Buddhism ↟↟
When someone asks "how are you", in Buddhism and 45 years ago in rural Thailand, I would often hear "Buddha Bless You" (perhaps because I was obviously a foreigner) or "Namo Buddhaya" (which means "I take refuge in Buddha").
I have found that most Buddhists will clasp their hands together and place them next to or towards their heart and bow slightly as well.
Namaste ↟↟
Namaste (made popular by TV and Movies) comes from Sanskrit and literally means "bowing to you" or "I bow to you," and is used as a greeting. However, in some translations, it is said that this may also mean, "I bow to the godliness in you".
It is important to note that saying the blessing gives it more power and thus you receive greater benefits as well.
Konichiwa ↟↟
Anyone who has been to Japan (outside Tokyo) will notice that slight head bowing is a perennial sign of hello and respect and generally acknowledging the other person.
I have often said Konichiwa to people only to have then bow slightly in response - especially older people.
Konichiwa actually means "Hello" but it is the slight head bow of acknowledgement that is important in Japanese society.
Other responses include "Genki desu" or a simple "Genki" (I'm fine), "So-so" (So-so - 50 50), Daijobu desu (I am OK and generally pronounced without emphasis on the final U.
Evolution Of Languages ↟↟
All languages evolve so you need to be aware of old texts as well as the new texts.
I am pointing this out because all languages evolve and change but with the advent of text messaging (SMS), we have a new sub-lexicon to contend with in most languages as well.
For Example: ↟↟
Imagine trying to translate the word SABABA in 1 or 2 thousand years from now.
Sababa in modern Hebrew.
- Q1. What happened to you? :: Sababa
- Q2. Do you understand what I said? :: Sababa
- I understand. :: Sababa
- I did not like it very much. :: Sababa (negative tone)
- This is so much fun. :: Sababa (happy tone)
- I do not believe him. :: Sababaaaaa (disbelief tone)
However: Back in the 1980's, if you asked someone
- "How are you", they would "sometimes" answer :: Sababa
- If you asked "Is everything OK", they would sometimes answer :: Sababa
And now, just 40 years later, you have (at least) 6 other different meanings.
BYO ↟↟
When I was growing up, the only abbreviations I knew was BYO (Bring Your Own (alcohol)) and GMT.
This is actually not a new thing and some languages have been abbreviating sentences and names for thousands of years.
For example: Gaia was often referred to as Gi (usually by the priests).
I am fairly sure that the priests of Ancient Egypt referred to "Akhenaten" using "other" words as well.
How you react to these abbreviations, may vary from person to person (as per Akhenaten).
Shinto ↟↟
All of my experiences here in Japan with Shinto priests are basically the same response as you get from the general population.
Like Buddhism, I have also found many "priests" will simply reply with clasping their hands and slight head bowing.
One of the reasons for doing this is so that they do not "mis-speak" and thus accrue negative karmic debt from giving someone the wrong or incorrect answer.
It is also important to note that "Speech" is a magnification and manifestation of thought and thus more powerful.
Speech has the power to change someone's life for the better or worse.
Another reason is because every word you utter is precious and any wasted words do not go up to "Heaven" - especially words like gossip.
For those who do not know this, when your time of judgement comes, you will be judged on your thoughts, speech, actions and intent as well as any direct and indirect consequences. Just so that you know.
Judaism ↟↟
In Judaism, when someone asks How Are You, the religious people will typically answer with "Baruch HaShem" (blessed is the Creator).
Australia ↟↟
When someone asks How Are You in Australia, you will often get the irreverent "Or'rite" or "Or'rite mate" response.
Note that there is no blessing for a higher purpose in the reply.
I have obeserved this lack of blessing The Creator in every country I have visited (including the non-religious in Israel).
Every word of blessing you speak goes towards your ascension.
Conversely: Every wasted word of gossip, slander and maliciousness detracts from your ascension.
Many people have seen movies of TV shows (like Monkey) where the Buddhist Priest or Priestess raises an open hand (which shows no weapon) and says to the person they are looking at "Buddha Bless You".
There is something right and something wrong with this.
1) Something Right
What these priests are doing is transferring positive Karmic energy to the other person (or people) and this in itself is one of the main cornerstones of Creation.
They are activating the 3 or 4 main actions for Creation. These are:
- Thought
- Speech
- Action
- ** Intent (if done with loving intent)
** Note that "Intent" is the most valuable of these four because it not only gives the words purpose but it also transfers THE Light of the Creator into that person (vessel) which in turn causes the enhancement of inner worth and beauty for the recipient.
Without pure Intent, the action becomes stale and useless.
In our modern lingo, saying Buddha Bless You "may be" considered similar to someone you care about saying 'I Love You". It elicits a delicious feeling in the recipient if said with pure Loving intent.
Intellectual Sarcasm ↟↟
For those rare couples who share high level, non-malicious, intellectual sarcasm, it is still better to say "I Love You" and "May You Be Blessed" than to say it with any kind of sarcasm.
2) Something Wrong
My personal issue with this "Buddha Bless You" saying is that it translates as "May the enlightened one bless you", however, the true source of blessings originate from The Creator.
Having said that, it must also be understood that many of the common people of the day, did not - generally speaking - understand past the concept of Buddha as a deified entity.
So in essence this blessing from a monk or nun would have given them great joy.
You see it is the "Intent" of the giver and the Response of the recipient which may also be considered as important, as the saying goes, the pennies of the poor are worth more than all the gold of the rich to the Lord.
Animals Near End Of Karmic Debt
You may have heard of - or seen - wild animals that seem to be less afraid of humans?
Have you ever wondered why?
This is because they are close to the end of their Karmic debt and they are less under the control of their animal soul.
Conversely a similar event happens to humans who have just come out of the Karmic Debt as an animal and become human again.
This is the worst stage to be in because they can easily revert back to their animal incarnation if they do stupid and unholy things.
Meditating on holiness and love is a way that these people "may" escape falling down to the lower form of existence.
Erasing Karma Mantra
There is a mantra which can help you erase negative Karma.
While it is very well known in Kabbalah that this is available, it is not widely practiced outside of Judaism (generally and in total).
I have explained how to do this on the "Psalms And Karma" here.
Of course there are Caveats pertaining to what you may have done in this or a previous lifetime - but that is between you and The Creator.
What I can tell you is that you will need "The Secret Passwords" if you wish to be successful.
It is entirely your choice if you do this or not.
Soul Karma Completion Signs?
As animals get closer to the end of their Karmic punishment as an animal, they start to display greater connections with people and also greater displays of love and affection.
Many animals - when they are first incarnated as animals for punishment - enter their life way down the bottom of the Karmic scale.
In other words, they are completely animalistic.
We live at a very rare time when many humans and many animals are close to the cusp of ascension and this creates a special potential ability for animals to respond to the greatest of human emotions which is Love.
In some cases, the animal will actually come close to humans and ask (implore) a human to help them (usually to save one of their "children" depending upon the species).
Caveat: I do not guarantee that all of the following videos are genuine. They are here for you to inspect and determine yourself as to their sincerity.
And these days, "AI" makes things much harder to discern fake from reality.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy some of these videos.
- "Happy to see you"

- "Penguins are so cool"
