Quick Overview First

The Golden Mantra is designed for people who are not religious.
Set your alarm clock for approx 7:45 PM so you can go to the bathroom, wash your hands or any other last minute needs.
All meditation should be done with clean hands anyway.
There are many different types of meditation, some are good and some are basically useless and distracting.
All advanced meditation techniques use a "Controlled Meditation" system because if and when something happens on a higher level, you need to be in control so that you can have the best experience possible.
There is no point meeting (for example) one of the "Guardians" and freaking out to the point of having kittens.
If your meditation technique uses distractions like music or someone talking, then you will never advance to higher levels because your mind is being constantly distracted.
Another distracting meditation technique is where you run off and think of everything that comes into your head. Again this is useless because you only have 1 lifetime and a very limited amount of that lifetime to focus on meditation.
This Technique
The meditation technique is listed below and it is for 2 important reasons.
- Control
- Unity
There is no point if everyone goes off and does their own "thing" at 8 PM. You cannot form a human chain if no one holds hands.
This is why focusing on peace during meditation is so important because it gives us a unity link we can all contribute to.
This technique is designed for all of us to link up spiritually on an esoteric level and help unify the planet.
We need to unify this planet and this can only be done when we work together.
What Is The Golden Mantra?
The Golden Mantra encompasses 4 important components of meditation.
- Mantra - for the conscious mind
- Visualization - to calm the monkey mind
- Breathing - as we seek the ONE breath
- Intent - the more focused your mind, the more powerful your meditation
Know What You Are Actually Saying
King Solomon (Kohelet) once said, Vanity of vanities, all is vanity.
Except that he did not say that, it has been badly translated.
The word he used for VANITY (in Hebrew) is "Hebel" which (in this instance) actually means Breath.
There are many "Multiple Meaning Words" in English such as Left, Right, Park, Minute, Live, Bat, Nail, Bark, Bow, Mine, Date, Fair etc etc.
Buddhism also talks about the 1 breath, so does Jainism, Sikhism, Tao (Gao / Dao) and Shinto to name a few.
In the Hebrew bible, the "Wind Of God" is mentioned at the beginning of Genesis and it uses the word Ruach which can mean, (1) wind (2) breath (3) spirit.
This also refers to the one breath and if you note that its says "Wind Of God" and not Winds of God.
Ruach has multiple meanings similar to the Japanese "Kami" which may mean (1) divine (2) deity (3) life force.
In the Shinto religion, a rock or a tree also has a "Kami" or spirit (which we now call energy).
At first, this may seem rather stupid but when you consider that everything comes from The Creator and everything solid is made up of atoms which in turn are made up of energy, it is easier to see how the Shinto version is also correct.
Long Story
This is the long version of why breathing, focus and intent is "so" (Life) Vital to advanced meditation.
You will always find detractors.
Your power grows from ignoring them - especially when you know something is right.
In the book Meditation and Kabbalah , R Aryeh Kaplan states the following.
During the second half of the Eighteenth Century, and perhaps the first decade or two of the Nineteenth, many people (mainly Jews but also many non Jews) engaged in the classical meditative techniques of Kabbalah, often describing the high spiritual states that they attained.
The opposition to this, especially where it involved teaching these methods to the general masses, was very strong.
An entire group, known as the Mitnagdim (opposers), arose to combat the Hasidic movement, vigorously denouncing their meditative methods. You see a repeat of the Mitnagdim in NY.
As a result, the Hasidim themselves began to de-emphasize their meditation practices, and eventually these were - in large - forgotten.
Hebel ↟↟
Meditation is primarily one means of attaining spiritual liberation.
The various breathing methods are designed to loosen the bonds of physicality thus allowing the individual to ascend to the transcendental, spiritual realm.
Ruach means "wind", or "spirit", or "breath".
One who accomplishes the upper levels successfully is said to have attained Ruach HaKodesh, The "Holy Spirit," which is a general Hebraic term for Enlightenment.
Repeat ↟↟
I am repeating this because it is very important.
Ruach HaKodesh may also be translated as The "Holy Breath".
Remember: The word "Ruach" means "wind", or "breath", or "spirit".
Now remember what Solomon said, "Vanity of vanities, all is vanity".
"Breath of Breaths" all is breath.
Here is a fascinating point no body notices, Solomon actually said the following "Vanity of Vanities" - but he repeated it twice. Yet no one seems to notice this.
הֲבֵ֤ל הֲבָלִים֙ אָמַ֣ר קֹהֶ֔לֶת הֲבֵ֥ל הֲבָלִ֖ים הַכֹּ֥ל הָֽבֶל:
Hebel Ha'hebelim Amar Kohelet, Hebel Ha'hebelim, Ha'kol Hebel.
Vanity of vanities, said Kohelet, vanity of vanities, all is vanity.
Remember that God gifted Solomon with "Wisdom" above all others, so why would he repeat himself?
In Buddhism this "Breath of Breaths" is referred to as the unifying "One Breath" and it has a similar function in regards to Enlightenment.
Especially when combined with the "Mind Of No Mind" .
There is a very good reason that correct breathing plays such an important role in all advanced meditation practices. Because it is so important.
In the book, "Footprints In The Dust" , it says that when the Buddha initially tried doing this single breath technique (appāṇakaṃ jhānaṃ), he became very uncomfortable and claimed it gave him "Meditation Headaches" .
Now days, we know that these headaches are often related to mercury (usually from amalgam fillings) and/or nutrient deficiency (especially when you understand the extreme path he "originally" took regarding food - or lack of food to be more precise). Some stories say that he survived for months on 1 grain of rice a day until pain and suffering overtook him. +
Nutrient deficiency is greatly exacerbated by hypoxia (lack of oxygen to the brain). People who suffer from sleep "Apnea" will be greatly aware of this brain fog problem when they wake up.
Quick Note: You can only achieve this "One Breath" if you focus intently on your meditation and do visualization together with a mantra (or mantras) and proper breathing exercises.
This must be done in conjunction (together) with your belief in The Creator and your absolute desire and focus on unifying with The Creator.
This must be done - and can only be done - from a point of pure love and joy.
Be Healthy Before You Start.
If you are nutrient deficient - a common by-product of sugar - then you may also get "Meditation Headaches" "Meditation Sickness" .
I am offering you a gold mine of information here if you have the insight to take the gift.
STRONG WARNING
If you do pursue the One Breath meditation, I strongly recommend that you tie some string or cloth around one of your hands and Bind Your Soul with an "oath" (promise) that you will return to your body after you have finished meditating.
Important
This is why focusing on your breath is so important when meditating.

What Is The Golden Mantra?
There are 3 parts to The Golden Mantra which must be said in a specific order and this must be used together with visualization and breathing. see below.

I will give the breathing and visualization instructions below.
Also
Did you know that the clothes you wear can affect your meditation.
Find out more about "Fabric Frequencies" and why here.
How To Use The Golden Mantra
The Golden Mantra requires 3 things from you.
- Breathing control
- Say the mantra
- Visualization
Once you have fixed your clothes, and you are hopefully wearing linen we can move onto the next stage which is sitting comfortably.
You do not need to sit in the half or full lotus (crossed legs) position.
In fact, I use a reclining chair or even my office chair and since I have been doing this for many years, even on my office chair, I can sit for up to 2 hours either meditating or even sleeping on this chair.
I would strongly recommend against using your office chair until you have years of experience. Waking up on the floor is never a good thing.
Next
Start breathing slowly, try for 10 seconds in and 10 seconds out.
You need to maintain that rate for the entire meditation. This also helps control extraneous thoughts - often called the "Monkey Mind".
Next
Once you have done 5 deep slow breaths in and out, then we start saying the Golden Mantra.

This is where you need to do the visualization which is very important.
Next
Breath in through your nose and mentally (with your mind) say PEACE, think Peace and become Peace.
Visualize "Peace" coming into your body from your breath.
Next
As you slowly breath out you need to visualize "Love" flowing out from your heart (chakra) using the color Green to cover everything in a faint green glow. Think Love and become Love.

Visualize the green light becoming stronger and stronger.
Next
Inhale and visualize "Truth" coming down into your body from your "Crown Chakra", (top of your head).
Your focus should be on "Truth" being sent down to you from "The Creator" - remember not to give the Creator any name so that you do not fall into the pothole of thinking The Creator will come and save us even if we do nothing.
Remember that this is about "us" being worthy.
You cannot have Truth without love which is why love is first.
See Truth as a pure white light completely filling up your entire body. Think Truth and become Truth.
Once your lungs are full, it is time to exhale and project "Unity".
Next
Project "Unity" out into the world from your third eye located slightly above and between your 2 physical eyes.
Think Unity and become Unity. Visualize the world becoming pure light.
Suggestion
If you do this meditation with focus and strong intent, you may have time slips where 10 or 20 or more minutes will suddenly disappear.
Do not worry, this is completely normal and it is also a common occurrence.
Meditation Time
Ideally the time you spend meditating on the Golden Mantra should be a minimum of 20 minutes, however, if you do use focused concentration when doing this mantra, this 20 minutes can easily become longer.
Spiritual Level
If you do start having time slips even after a few months, this will mean that you are a highly advanced soul and this lifetime, now, may be your last.
SUMMARY
Do 5 deep slow breaths to calm yourself down.
Sit comfortably. ("Sukhasana")
As with all meditations, please consider wearing loose clothes, no shoes, no socks, no tight undies and a looser bra (if applicable).
Some people even remove any rings they are wearing.
I have found that natural (organic) cotton works best for me.
Breath in and visualize "Peace" flowing throughout your body.
Breath out and see the color green (representing Love) flowing out of your heart (chakra) into your immediate area.
Visualize this light flowing around this planet.
Breath in and visualize "Truth" coming down through your crown chakra (the top of your head) - see this as a brilliant white light filled with intelligence, love, warmth and a healing energy.
Breath out and visualize the light of "Unity" flowing out through your 3rd eye into the world.

Visualize this planet as small, and the brilliant light of Unity flowing out of you completely covering the planet.
Continue doing this for at least 20 minutes or longer if you like.
Chakras
Chakras are the 7 basic energy centers on your physical body.
They are used for various reasons including as reference points as I have done here.

Golden Mantra Power Pack
Q: Who has wisdom?
A: Those who can feel and manifest the power of words.
How is this done you ask?
It is quite simple in theory but harder to do in real life.
The "story" I wrote above about the Hasidim is actually important.
This is because when they prayed (similar to meditation), they would often "time slip" and some simple prayers that normally would take 30 + - minutes, could easily take 3 hours or more.
I know that this is a factual statement because I have actually seen (just) 1 person doing this kind of prayer.
The Secret Is...
The secret to this Power Meditation is 2 things.
- Time
- Intent
1) Time: Because of 2 reasons.
- a) Because it will go quicker IF you do this properly.
- b) Because Time per se has to not matter. If it matters, it will be a distraction.
2) Intent: You must be 101% focused on each and every word.
You cannot have any distractions at all, and this is where Controlled Meditation is a more potent meditation method.
Advanced Breathing
Slow your breath down to 1 breath per minute.
This often takes many months and even years of practice but it can be done.
BENEFITS?
Much more intense spiritual experiences.
Even Slower
Bring your breath down to 1 breath every 2 minutes.
Again this will take time and the secret is to learn to slow your heart beat down.
Again you need a Controlled meditation technique in order to do this.
One of the secrets to doing this is to have a completely blank mind. Absolutely no thoughts at all.
Spinning Fan Technique
One technique I was taught to help still my mind was the spinning fan technique.
This where you envisage a fan spinning slow enough to see each fan blade turning slowly.
Now watch the blades turn once a second.
The idea is to slow the blades down in your mind so that they spin once every 10 seconds and then once every 15 seconds.
If your fan blades are white (as most are), visually paint one of them black or other color of your choice.
You can find the following link to the 10 Second Meditation Ping just below.
