"Golden Mantra Meditation"
The Golden Mantra Meditation is a specific mantra and technique which we say collectively at around 8 PM (2000 hours) your local time, and we focus collectively to help world peace.
Below is a brief explanation of how the Golden Mantra works. It involves a combination of a Mantra, Visualization, Focus, Intent and especially Breathing.

1) Take 5 slow deep breaths to relax.
Then
2) Slowly inhale and completely focus on "peace" flowing in to your heart through your breath.
3) Slowly exhale and completely focus on "love" and see the green light of love flowing from your heart out into the world.
4) Slowly inhale and completely focus on the pure light of "truth" coming in through the top of your head and down to your heart.
5) Slowly exhale and see this light flowing out from your heart and project "Unity" out into the world.
Visualize "Unity" as white light flowing out of you into the world from your third eye located slightly above and between your 2 physical eyes.
Focus on Unity and become Unity. Visualize the world becoming pure brilliant light filled with love.
6) Repeat the above and try and do this for 20 - 30 minutes each day at 8 PM.
* NOTE the more you focus on each word of this "Golden Mantra"
technique, the deeper your meditation will become.
