My Teacher Said "You cannot find enlightenment if your mind lives in a box".

*** "Sahaja" means spontaneous Enlightenment in Indian and Tibetan Buddhist spirituality.

The Sanskrit term sahaja can be translated as "spontaneous" and "natural."

Etymologically, it derives from saha, "together," and ja, "to be born."

Therefore, its literal translation is "born together" or "emerged together."

And while the Sanskrit term sahaja can be translated as "spontaneous" - Enlightenment often happens when people work on seeking Enlightenment and by enhancing their meditation and mental control.

Sadly, too many movies and TV shows depict the "hero" who becomes Enlightened simply by being told that they are enlightened or other silly DEI premise like cutting a rock in half with a light saber and suddenly they are an ascended guru.

For the absolute vast majority of us, to attain Enlightenment, we need to work our donkeys off and it takes years of hard work, dedication and controlled advanced meditation and not some magic amulet or trinket.

And that is IF you are close to ascension in the first place.

Then you have the ego (arrogance) aspect to contend with and this completely destroys so many people when they get a "Glimpse of Heaven".

While ego, arrogance, greed, lust for power etc are all bear traps most people fall into, it is possible to bypass these failings if it is in your heart to do so.

The folly of Dynastic Egypt - and others.

Most cultures had (and still have) no idea that when you die, everything physical vanishes so in their ignorance, they buried "items" with the deceased.

If these "items" could not help someone achieve enlightenment during their life, how could they help after the person died?

In fact, "enlightenment" is the opposite to physicality.

Some folly examples.

We see the folly of Dynastic Egypt and some other "Civilizations" where "items" such as food, animals, weapons, and even wives were buried (often) alive with the deceased - usually a warrior or someone of high social status like the Hindu "Sati" system.

These "items" were usually for the deceased to eat or use on the other side.

The practice of "Sati" (or suttee) in historical Hindu society involved a widow cremating herself alive on her husband's funeral pyre (fire), or being buried alive with his body voluntarily or by force. This act was often associated with the wives of royalty like Rajas and Maharajas and high-caste individuals.

Mongols commonly buried horses with their warrior "owners".

Like I said, "Enlightenment" has nothing to do with physicality.

You could have all the money in the world and not help anyone and all of that money cannot buy you Enlightenment.

Can I Achieve Enlightenment?

It may be possible if you genuinely seek Enlightenment for you to genuinely achieve Enlightenment.

Enlightenment depends on multiple factors and Truth and Honesty are just two of these factors.

You see, you can lie to everyone else, but you cannot lie to yourself.

The "path" to enlightenment is called Love and if you do not have that, then you have naught.

And if you get the opportunity to ascend, remember that your thoughts and your hearts desires are open to all of the celestial guardians along your path as well.

I was taught that any "worldly" thoughts will interfere and possibly stop your ascension and this is why you need to completely clear your mind of all thoughts. Like the "Mind Of No Mind" and "Blank Meditation" and if your mind is still too distracted, you may also like to try "Yantra Meditation" which is a visualization technique.

This is why you need to learn and master how to program your mind using "PreCog Thoughts" . The reason being that you can preprogram your mind to "do stuff" without having to consciously attend to these "matters" while you are meditating.

You may see yourself as the Emperor of deceit in the physical world, but your real self (your soul) is clearly visible and transparent to those above physicality.

While your soul resides in the brain, the "Seat" of the soul is in your heart which is why you feel love in your heart.

Also remember that you soul completely pervades your entire physical body, so everything you do is recorded.

In Buddhism, when you die naturally, your "soul" (atman) travels from your brain to your heart before being released back to the Universe.

Since your soul is NOT physical, there are no barriers in it moving from point A to point B before traveling on to point C.

You can only achieve Enlightenment if it is truly in your heart to do so.

This is not a path for the stupid to walk. It is not a game and a giggle.

If you are arrogant, narcissistic, egotistical, desire power or control over others, if you are dishonest and have no charity in your heart, then you still have a long road ahead of you, a very long road.

Those of you who do not take this seriously are doomed to failure (if you are lucky).

How Do I Achieve Enlightenment?

Remove yourself from any stupid friends or relatives you currently associate with.

These people will constantly bring you down.

While it is better to find others who "say" that they seek the same journey as yourself, I would offer a strong warning - from personal experience - and that is:

We are all on different levels and I found that my level was above some of my teachers who reacted very negatively when I explained my experiences while meditating.

Remove yourself from these people as well and do not think any greater or lesser of them. Keep your mind in Stoic mode.

Learn "Beginners Meditation" and then learn to do advanced meditation.

Then learn Ascension Meditation.

If your heart is not pure, then you should not even start this advanced Ascension Meditation.

So by the time you do get to Ascension Meditation, you should have discarded all aspects of a lower human being and truly be seeking the Creator.

Invest in a healthy lifestyle and stop taking drugs.

Be kind, do charity when you can, seek love of the Creator above all else.

The "path" is much easier if you seek The Truth above all else.

Meditate on this.

Everything you "own" ties you to the physical world, everything and the more you own, the greater the attachment.

And attachment == life times.

The Path To Enlightenment Is?

The true Path to Enlightenment is "Love" and this is why Love is such an important factor in all of the true religions.

This is not a metaphor.

If your group, sect or religion teaches hate, dominance, fear and murder, then you will never achieve Enlightenment and you are destined to return as a lower life form - some kind of animal or worse.

In most cases, people return as the "thing" which they most despise.
