How dangerous are MicroPlastics to your health?

Did you know that most plastics "shed" microscopic particles which usually end up inside your cells and even in your brain - bypassing even the BBB?
This means that chemicals like the endocrine disruptor - Bisphenol-A (BP-A) - and others are literally capable of affecting your DNA. 

Because many plastics contain BP-A to soften the plastic.
Until recently, when the cell encapsulated the MicroPlastics, it was deemed not possible to extract the MicroPlastics from the cell.
Thankfully - and mainly due to one person experimenting on himself - we now have a way of "potentially" removing most of these microplastics and hopefully in the future, this will be expanded to remove ALL MicroPlastics.
What You Need ↟↟
- SulforAphane supplement (low dose 400 mcgs micrograms).
- Sauna - (or other method of sweating)
SulforAphane ↟↟ - Stage 1
SulforAphane is found in broccoli in small amounts - but if you cook the broccoli, the cooking process destroys almost all of the SulforAphane.
Lightly steamed broccoli is better but still highly detrimental to the SulforAphane.
You have 2 main options.
** If you make your own broccoli seed sprouts, then you should make very small batches and eat these on day 3 when the SulforAphane is most potent.
Sauna ↟↟ - Stage 2
The second part of this plan requires you to sweat.
If you have access to a sauna this is good, otherwise walking is also a good idea.
IF you are overweight, over 30 and unfit, then I suggest NOT running as this may cause a heart attack as my doctor told me.
Take a Potassium Supplement at least 20 minutes before you go for walk, and wear 1 or 2 extra layers of clothing.

One study was done using 100mgs of SulforAphane which released a massive amount of SulforAphane into the blood. 
Your body will slowly excrete the microPlastics naturally once they have been released from your cells - but this will take time.
If you release the microPlastics too fast, then your body will reabsorb the MicroPlastics if you cannot excrete them quickly enough.
So unless you can pee for 24 hours a day times 5 or 7 days, please go slowly.

Slow approach
- MGs == Milligrams == 1/1,000th of a gram
- MCGs == MicroGrams == 1/Millionth of a gram
Try the slow approach, instead of 100 mgs of SulforAphane, and to get started, try 400 mcgs (micrograms) and detox this poison out of your system over 2 - 3 months.
After several weeks, you may like to consider increasing your dosage rate up to a maximum of 100mgs.
Always start slowly with all detoxing.
REMEMBER that sweating is required for stage 2.
This reduces your chances of getting "feedback loops" or other negative effects.
