Turmeric is one of the most amazing herbs available for better health.
While fresh Turmeric is best, you can also get great benefits from powdered Turmeric as well.
REMEMBER that as a herbal powder, Turmeric will oxidize so consume quickly and ideally grow your own turmeric rhizomes (plants).

It was recommended to me by my Naturopathic Doctor (ND) to take 1 flat teaspoon 5 days a week.
Suggested Duration ↟↟
Take this 5 days a week.
For UP TO 3 months.
Ongoing Maintenance ↟↟
After 3 months, consider taking 2 or 3 times a week for ongoing Maintenance.
Boron ↟↟
Boron converts into Boric Acid in your stomach when it encounters stomach acid (Hcl).
WARNING
Buying commercial Boric Acid may be harmful to your health because some Boric Acid products contain harmful chemicals.
It is safer to buy boron and let your gut process this into boric acid.
This may be enhanced if you take 1/4 teaspoon of SEA Salt daily (which increases your stomach acid).
Boric acid ↟↟
Boric acid is also well known to remove fluoride with lots of scientific and anecdotal evidence supporting this. Better brain, better sleep, better relationships and better meditation. 

Just 1/4 teaspoon of Boric Acid a day is enough. I take this every day because it also helps increase bone density.
Boron converts into Boric Acid in your stomach when exposed to Hcl (Hydrochloric acid) but for people with GERD, or low stomach acid like older people, taking boric acid supplement bypasses the conversion process and allows faster absorption.
