About ↟↟
Copper is critical for body and brain function.
However too much Copper is also toxic and damages the brain.
If you like in an older house or apartment built before the 1990's, you should check to see if your plumbing is copper piping - which many are.
Too much copper in your brain affects brain function.
Not enough Copper in your brain may cause a
Chlorella and Cilantro
Both Chlorella (Chlorella vulgaris) and Cilantro (Coriandrum sativum) help bind to heavy metals (and other things) and expedite these to pass out of your body instead of being reabsorbed.
It is suggested that you take 1 or 2 Chlorella tablets at least 3 or 4 times (spread out) during the day - ideally 1 tablet every few hours - so that your body always has Chlorella available when it starts to release the Copper or other metals.
Or eat some Cilantro (aka: coriander leaves or Chinese parsley) with each meal.
Suggested Dosage ↟↟
Before you starting taking the Copper antagonist - Zinc - you really need to get a blood test to see what your Copper levels are.
If your Copper is extremely high, then please consider taking a Zinc supplement (at 1 tablet per day) for 30 days) and then getting another Blood Test done again every month until fixed.
Suggested Duration ↟↟
Between 1 - 3 months according to your Naturopaths (ND's) instruction.
NOTE every regular doctor I went to - because of close proximity to where I lived in the bush - for blood tests would not comply with my request so I finally took the big trip into the big city and went to see a (ND) Naturopath.
Have a regular blood test every month until your Copper levels are back to normal.
Ongoing Maintenance ↟↟
A regular multi-mineral tablet - taken daily - is usually enough for most people.
The Copper must be chelated (ligand) and ideally most companies set the intake rate at 1:4 - 1 Copper to 4 Zinc.
