Hydrogen Peroxide - @ 9% mix with 1/2 cup clean water and drink. @ 30%+ 1 teaspoon with 1 full cup of water (8 oz or 240mls).

Chlorine Dioxide (CDS) - (simple formula) mix 2 ONLY (2) drops of Part A PLUS 2 only drops of part B into a glass. Leave for 60 seconds and then add 1/2 cup of clean water.
