Aluminum (Aluminium) is a common metal used daily by most people.

Just like iron, aluminum becomes "powdery" as it oxidizes and this "powder" is well known to cause damage to your brain. + + + + +

People who often use Aluminum foil (AKA: tin foil, silver paper etc) typically apply the dull side to the food and the shiny (anodized) part outwards.

This has the tendency to make people more stupid due to the aluminum powder which is absorbed into the food they are covering with the "Aluminum foil".

I find that Baking Paper (Parchment Paper) is much safer. "Baking Paper"

Aluminum can easily be detoxed by ingesting 1/8 teaspoon up to 1/4 teaspoon of organic Turmeric a day.

Grow your own Turmeric - it is as easy as growing ginger (to which it is related).

Use natural organic soil and DO NOT USE N.P.K. (synthetic) fertilizers. These destroy your soil biome. Click the image to see a typical commercial farm with bleached soil from using N.P.K. fertilizers.

Important Turmeric Oil Note:

If you are taking Turmeric oil, may I suggest that you take a MAXIMUM of 1/8th teaspoon a day as it has a nasty habit of leaking at your exit point. NOT a good L@@K.

The other main reason I do not recommend Turmeric Oil is because you do not know what the carrier oil is. (in most cases)

Commercial food grade "oil fraud" is rampant, just like honey-laundering and saffron fraud and others.

Studies

Dr Christopher Exley, professor (ret) of Bio-Inorganic chemistry at Keele University (Staffordshire, England) spent over 40 years studying the effects of aluminum in the human body and especially the brain.

He wrote over 190 Peer-Reviewed papers on human-aluminum exposure.

His research was peer-reviewed and respected and then one day, the university stopped his funding.

Could it have been because he claimed that vaccines (most of which contain "aluminum" ) were directly associated with Autism.

You only have to look at the vaccine rates since the 1950's to see a distinct parallel with the dramatic increases in autism.

Globally (circa 2025), about 1 in 100 children has autism. In the U.S., the CDC estimates that 1 in 31 (about 3.2%) children aged 8 years are identified with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Diagnosis rates are climbing, and they are roughly four times higher in boys than in girls.

In the 1950's autism rates were roughly 1 in 10,000 children (or 0.01% to 0.05% of the population).

Dr Exley's team found aluminum in every donated brain they examined and what the found was the higher the aluminum content in the brain, the greater the neurological damage to the person.

They found that the brains from Alzheimer's patients had higher concentrations of aluminum in the exact area where the brain was the most damaged.

His conclusion was that your brain had no practical use for aluminum.

And just like Professor John Yuskin, the medical industrial complex turned on Dr Christopher Exley "possibly" because THEY are touting dementia, alzheimers and other cognitive "impairments" as the next BIG thing in medical history.

Driven by an aging population and higher rates among women and Black adults, the lifetime risk of developing dementia for people over 55 has been revised upwards to a staggering 42%.

You can tell that this last paragraph is a lie because IF it were true, it would be universally true and Japan proves that it is concocted.
