The Blueprint
I need to point out that a Blueprint is a general "design" on how things should go and the positives and negatives or what "may" happen on a pro-rata basis depending upon which direction it does go.
Each "Blueprint" does not apply - specifically or explicitly - to all of Creation, but it does apply to many aspects of Creation.
Think of it like a kind of Street Directory where it shows you that if you turn "right" you will get to your destination but if you turn "left" you will drive off a cliff.
And then there are all of the confusing streets in between, some go here and some go there and some are dead ends.
Most people have never thought about how Creation works past their own existences.
And most of those who do read the "instructions" simply see them as a bed time story written for a time long ago.
What you see in Creation is a structure which starts "above" and then "flows" down into the Physical (or what you perceive as the physical).
This is yet another reason for the creation of The Heavens (plural).
Just like when you design a house you need an "architect" who is very experienced to design the Blueprints and then you need a Master Builder who understands these Blueprints to convert lines on paper into a 3D house or other construction.
Free Will ↟↟
However, with "Creation", you have an aspect called Free Will where the "builders" (which is us) can follow the "BluePrints" and create the perfect "house" (or other) and you also have "builders" who can royally stuff things up - which is what most civilizations do. They then become 
Grades ↟↟
As well as Free Will you have another aspect called "Grades" where we will use the "School System" to explain this.
First you have pre-school (or kindergarden) and then you have "primary school" / "elementary school" which is typically Grade 1 - Grade 7 (usually).
Thence Grades 8 through 12 == High School.
To get to the grade above the one you are currently in, you need to pass a test and then you can "ascend" to the next level.
After "primary school" / "elementary school" (most common descriptions) you go to "High School".
Then - usually if your Grades are good enough - you have University (or College) and then after that, you may study something specific like a "Doctorate".
This same principle applies on the Spiritual side as well.
Tractates ↟↟
For example, the "Old Testament" - specifically the 5 books of Moses - did you know that there are (on average) 63 Tractates which cover the 613 commandments written just about these first 5 books?

The Method
Firstly, you have the Architect make the Blueprint for each "stage or Grade" and then you have people complete each stage of each "Grade" before they can ascend to a higher level.

If the people do the right thing and study according to the Blueprint for their specific stage, then they may be eligible to ascend.
This does not mean everybody ascends (except in rare cases) and those who do not ascend may have some negative
If we still use the "School System" as our base analogy, we need to understand that just because we go UP a Grade, this does not mean that we cannot or will not go down a grade or even more - depending upon our thoughts, speech and actions.
When enough "souls" have been good and passed the previous series of "tests", we may merit the opportunity to ascend to "High School" and in this case we are given a 'Much Higher" doctrine to study and learn.
It also means that our obligations are now much greater and we are also given much more responsibility.
This responsibility has a price and if we do not do the right "thing" (for example, we follow the way of the corruption of all flesh - like the 
Remember
Creation was not created for "our physical pleasures" regardless of whatever you think or have been told.
It is our disconnect from The Creator which causes us - in our arrogance - to believe that we are "The Power".
Our lack or humility is the first step to our downfall and our disrespect for The Creator and The Purpose for Creation will be the final "nail" in our coffin.
Reset ↟↟
Our "civilization" will be reset and in most cases, we will go back to the Stone Age or worse and then we have to work our way back "up the ladder" to get to the stage we are currently at today in 2025.
Just so that you know, there have been 999 "Generations" before our current timeline. We are the 1,000th.
In the Talmud ("Chagiga 13b + 14a"), it says that there were 974 generations before Adam and that there were 26 generations between Adam and Moses (this is our generation / cycle which equals 1,000). 
So we are at a very special time in the Creation TimeLine and there are many souls on the "cusp" of ascending IF they can just complete their journey.

Each person in each "Generation" is ascended based on individual and collective "Spiritual Merit".
There is no DEI or LGB (Let's Go Brandon)+ in this system, in fact, they are the absolute antithesis of spiritual ascension. Otherwise you end up with a repeat of the
Any kind of spiritual ascension is done based purely on merit and not who you sleep with or if you think that you are Uranus.
This is because your soul does NOT have any skin color or genitals.
When you die (as I did twice in 2023), you see people either as you remember them from the past or "as people" because this is the most comfortable psychological profile your mind can (usually) handle - which is something familiar to your "then" consciousness.
For those who are more spiritually advanced, they usually see other "souls" (or people) as light.
Your sexual energy is your greatest power source but like "fire" it is a good servant but a very bad master.
And when it is abused, it can render all of your acquired Karmic Credit inert.
All of the Masters I have studied with (or about) say the same thing, that we should control our sexual energy because this is our "rocket fuel" (my words).
FYI:
The difference between this level and the next level is 500 "Perfect" lifetimes which may equate to thousands of "lived lifetimes" and you can destroy it all in one lifetime if you waste your energy.
I do not ask you to believe me, only that when you do die, you will find out.
I suspect that many people will not like the response.
Summary
Enoch - Genesis 5:24 and Hebrews 11:5 ("Enoch walked with God and then he was no more, because God took him") and the "Generation" of Enoch did not experience "death".
So out of + - 1,000 generations so far, ONLY 1 has passed the "test".
The Nineveh Conundrum ↟↟
Perhaps there was another "civilization" that passed the test after Enoch?
Remember the story of Jonah (biblically pronounced as Yonah) and how he was sent to Nineveh and how it says that the city repented?

However, the prophet Nahum saw that the children would grow up to be barbarians and thus break their promises to repent and so the "destruction" of Nineveh was decreed and enacted.
By flood and fire as promised.
This is why when you repent, you cannot repeat whatever the sins were that you committed in the first place or you will be destroyed.
There is an interesting story in the Sefer Zohar that the King of Nineveh (at that time) was previously the King (Pharaoh) of Egypt who persued the Israelites and was saved by God and sent to Nineveh. (Soncino Press Zohar edition)
The Zohar compares Jonah's journey to the journey of every soul - in that when you say that you repent, you need to be 101% sincere and not reoffend or death and destruction awaits your soul.
