Top Controlling Aggressive Children

First: The Problem ↟↟

Most parents are completely unaware of this but "most" babies quickly learn to manipulate their parents.

In most cases this is good especially when it is time for food and nappy time.

Crying Differences

(This is mainly for new parents)

Did you know that babies (in general) have different cries for different reasons? It is their way of literally talking to you but in a very basic way.

New born babies have very small stomachs and so their first "main" cry is to be fed every 1 or 2 hours.

These are the main reasons.

  1. Food
  2. Tired
  3. Nappy
  4. Attention seeking
  5. Uncomfortable (hot / cold)
  6. Chemical reaction (from food the mother eats)

From these cries, they learn that they can "get your attention" and from this, they start to learn they can manipulate you.

This causes stress to the parent and this stress is soon reflected in the baby thereby creating a vicious loop.

Catalysts

There are at least 5 main catalysts for this.

The word "Parent" includes one or both parents.

  1. The parent is tired and exhausted especially with multiple children involved.
  2. The parent does not pay loving attention to the baby and the child seeks this contact by crying and acting up.
  3. The parent is narcissistic and even bordering on sociopathic.
  4. The parent is emotionally immature.
  5. The parent has no experience with babies and small children.

There is a ton of research and studies done on this subject if you are interested. +

Most of the studies I have read show that babies prefer interactions more than antisocial interactions. + +


Top AntiSocial Or ProSocial

AntiSocial behavior usually starts when parents either neglect the baby and / or scream and shout at (or around) the baby.

ProSocial behavior happens when the parent interacts with the baby and ideally once or twice a day, they and breathing together.

Passive Introduction ↟↟

Synchronizing your breathing is something that the parent does with the baby or child because babies are unaware of how to control their breathing so the parent must be the instigator.

Remember to teach your baby or child to consciously Synchronize their breathing with yours.

Synchronized breathing is a good way to Passively Introduce your baby to meditation.

If you have the baby lay on your chest while you lay on the floor, and then You match their breathing rhythm, and then start "softly" chanting a simple mantra like OM so that the vibration pulses through your body and into their body.

Doing this from the time the baby is born allows the baby to become familiar with the meditation process.

Love is your key.

A Sad Bit Of Recent History ↟↟

The sad but true story about Romanian Unloved Babies.

In Romania, under the previous communist government, babies - by the thousands - were put into "communal" orphanages and were taken care of by people who hated their jobs (in most cases) and were forced to work there by the Government.

There are reports that hundreds of babies died simply from being left unattended except for food and the very occasional nappy change.

If you do not believe that babies need to be hugged and loved, please watch this short video.

I was in an orphanage for several years and I know how much the nuns hated being there. They would beat the "_____" out of children who peed the bed and any other "infringement" like asking intelligent questions (as I personally found out).

We resorted to eating weeds and insects to overcome our hunger and it was here that I developed the strong affection for the weed Purslane (Portulaca oleracea).

Important

This why it is important to love your kids and this should start from birth because this is when your heart is the most ready to do this.

Poor nutrition is a common cause of and if you get these, then you have a serious problem with your food intake and you should consider rectifying this ASAP.

Meditation + Diet ↟↟

Emotional imbalance is often linked to nutritional deficiencies which is often caused by sugar foods. + + +

Apart from the emotional devastation caused by synthetic hormones like Bisphenol-A and other synthetic female hormones fed to male animals to soften their meat, eating nutrient "POOR" foods can and does affect parents and children emotionally as well.

While you can synthetic hormones, it is much harder to replace vitamins and minerals - especially trace minerals - if you do not eat a healthy organic diet.

Fixing your diet to more nutritional foods will help you a lot - even if you eat 2 good quality organic meals a day is better than eating lots of junk food.

Supplementing with Magnesium, Potassium, Chromium, Vanadium and other minerals will also help.

Babies - in and out of the womb - need iodine for healthy brain development and 1 or 2 drops of 2% LUGOLS liquid iodine a day (before evening meal) is something to consider. + + +

Meditation + Emotional Health ↟↟

has also been shown to help improve emotional health.

If you start meditating with your baby, you will have less problems later.

For most people, the difficulty - at least when you first start - is that you start trying to meditate with small children (not babies) - and you expect them to sit stationary for 20 or 30 minutes or longer. Big mistake.

It takes time to teach babies and kids how to meditate - and this does require patience on your behalf.

Keep reading for some TIPS.

Most smaller children are not only hyperactive physically, but they also have hyperactive sponge brains and they are constantly absorbing as much information as they can.

This makes for a restless child and the average parent has no idea how to calm children down in a loving way.

If I may suggest a truce and an alternate plan of engagement?

You Start ↟↟

The following TIPS are in no specific order.

Missed the baby stage? No problems.

Invite the child or children (ideally 1 at a time is easier to manage) to sit with you and then you start meditating.

Explain to the child that they can leave "quietly" whenever they want.

When you start meditating with smaller children, I suggest that you do chanting meditation by saying a SINGLE mantra out loud. (in a normal voice)

This will help engage the Child's mind and it gives them a focal point.

Teach them how to relax by doing 5 deep breaths and also how to breathe slowly

Also teach them how to the mantra properly out loud.

OM is a great starting point I would personally suggest the single word OM is a great starting point. OM is a great starting point

Ask them to feel their body vibrate when they say OM in a deep voice (boys and girls). This helps focus their distracting mind.

You can also get them to place their hand or hands flat against your back or chest and feel the vibration in your body as you chant the OM mantra.

If they cannot feels anything, place their hands on the sides of your throat and then you chant the OM mantra.

Be Comfortable ↟↟

Ensure that they are sitting in a comfortable position - there is NO need for them to sit in the full lotus position. So long as they are comfortable.

Laying down is not a good idea because it puts pressure on the diaphragm (lungs area),

TIP DU JOUR ↟↟

A person with good mind control can generally stay focused intently on one thing for Up To approx 25 minutes.

Small children have a much lower capacity to stay focused - usually lasting mere minutes.

Energy Calming Tricks ↟↟

1) Brushing

TIP:

Brushing "down" lowers energy and brishing "UP" increases energy.

Before you start meditating with your child, ask your child to stand up facing away from you and close their eyes.

Using the flat of your hand, brush them gently down their back and slowly -» "brush" them from the back of their head down to just below their "knees".

Repeat this brushing 10 times.

After meditating, reverse this and brush from the back of the knees up to the top of their head.

2) Hug & Breathe with them.

You can do this method with your kids or even your partner.

Hold the child against your chest like you would do when you hug them.

Place both of your hands "Palm Down" and flat on each others back.

Breathe "very" slowly in together and then slowly breathe out together.

Do this 5 times.

Aim For ↟↟

Aim for between 3 - 5 minutes until they become bored and then let them go out of the room (quietly).

Eventually, one day you will be meditating and they will be there when you finish.

Light Distraction ↟↟

See the light trick

One good way to keep them interested for longer (in most cases) is to ask them to tell you when they see "The Light" which will look like a ball of glowing light inside their head.

Touch their forehead and tell then that they should see the light approx 2cms (1") inside their head at that point.

This combines curiosity + visualization + action + breathing + meditation.

This should be started as soon as the child becomes aware of the meanings of all of these words.

When they do see the light, tell them to ASK the light questions.

Always make their meditation experience a happy one and this way they will not resent it.

TIP: Always tell them you love them and thank them for joining you in your meditation. Love is a powerful word when it is genuine.

Meditating Long ? ↟↟

If you have personally been meditating for a long time, you should find it easier to control the child because your will kick in and they will respond to these in a positive way if you project Love and Light around you.

Keep the mantra out loud because it helps unify your body's vibration and it will help give the child a focal point.

GAMES ↟↟

One of the great things you can do with smaller children is play games to keep them interested.

This can be enhanced by Rewards for various exercises.

Exercises like:

  1. counting their breath in 1 minute
  2. counting their breath in 2, 3 4, or 5 minutes
  3. counting their heart beat or pulse in 1 minute
  4. counting their heart beat or pulse in 2 or 3 minutes
  5. counting how many slow breaths they can do in 3 minutes
  6. counting your breaths in 3 minutes
  7. counting from 1 - 100
  8. counting backwards from 100
  9. * how many times can they say the mantra fast in 3 minutes? (again, counting)
  10. ** how many times can the say the mantra slow in 3 minutes?
  11. etc

Rewards like ↟↟

  • small pieces of dried fruit
  • small chocolates
  • tiny teddy biscuits etc

Avoid high sugar rewards or you will end up with a hyper-kid on your hands - and comes with its own dangers.

Advanced Projection Games ↟↟

If you have learnt CHI exercises like Qi-Gong (Chi-gong) or Tai-Chi or even Reiki, try slowly running your hands "ABOVE" the Child's arms, shoulders or back and ask if they can "feel" anything.

This is a curiosity exercise and one I find excellent (for the right children).

When you do these energy exercises, you should feel soft pressure points or even sometimes dull pricks (energy point activation) in your hands.

Your hands may become very warm and you may project this warmth to the child.

The child may feel a warm or tingling sensation where your hands are and often, they will feel warmth or tingling in other parts of their body. This is normal.

Ask them if they feel any warmth or tingling in any other part of their body.

This tingling sensation will sometimes change location depending on which part of the arm you are projecting to.

The Important Bit ↟↟

This is the most important bit of this exercise.

You must do this with love.

If you are ambivalent, dis-interested or negative, then the child will pick up on this negative energies and they will react accordingly.

Projection and Prophecy ↟↟

Always Say Positive Things.

Always say positive things to the child or children.

SHORT STORY

Someone I knew very well had a son who was highly intelligent and hyper-active. He was always experimenting and up to mischief.

The parents kept calling him a little bastard.

I suggested to them that these words were a projection and a prophecy.

They ignored my concerns and suggestions.

Guess what happened when this child grew up?

Yep, he became a big bastard.

He fulfilled their statements to him.

Projection and Prophecy will usually come back to bite you on the donkey.

Top How To Meditate With Babies

Babies are a tricky subject.

Did you know that meditating with your baby can actually help placate them (so long as their physical needs are met).

TIP #1: Meditating With New Born Babies

When parents meditate with babies and small children, firstly the meditation calms the parent down and they become more balanced which the baby (small child) will automatically respond to.

The best time to start meditaing with your baby is when the baby is "new" because the parent is more open emotionally to the baby and this helps magnify their which envelope the child especially when the parent "consciously" opens their heart and projects love towards the baby.

Think about how powerful this bond will become between you and your baby when you do this.

As the baby gets to 2 or 3 months of age, you may like to consider placing them right next to you as you lay on the floor and always let 1 hand touch them.

This is one of the better videos about learning (and teaching) to meditate with your - and I would add 2 important points.

When you start breathing with your baby, start off by "matching" their breath (which is usually very shallow) - and then slowly (over a period of weeks and even months if needed), slow down your breathing and - in most cases - they will respond by slowing down their breathing.

This is your primary foundation from which you can connect on an energy level with your baby and once you have done this, try chanting a simple mantra like OM and let the vibration from your body pass into the baby's body.

Physical connection

By creating a physical connection with your baby, you establish something far greater than just touch. You create a Love bond with your baby which is something many children lack these days as they are placed in a sterile "cot" (crib) situation for most of the day.

This "bond" will help you communicate later in life as these are the formative years no one really thinks about and yet they are so critical in your long term relationship with your children.

Tips ↟↟

If your baby is hyperactive, then is best to start the meditation process off when they are asleep.

Have the baby "in" the room with you while you are meditating and your BioPhotons will eventually placate them. At which time you can meditate with them awake as well.

One lady I knew used to meditate after her baby had been give a bottle of milk so the child was preoccupied. Her baby was around several months old at the time.

She said that the milk helped placatete her baby and it was easier to meditate with a quieter child.

I have seen babies become absolutely still when their mother's started meditating.

The mothers I am talking about had been meditating for years so please do not expect miracles at first.

If your baby is sick, you have a choice as to whether you have them in the room with you or not.

Final Note.

Meditating with babies is a great way for them to become used to meditation and it will show in their positive attitude as they grow older.

In most cases - if you are meditating as I have described above - you will find that they become quieter and develop a positive temperament.


Top Mood Swings

Synthetic Female Hormones like (BP-A) Bisphanol-A and others are found in your soft plastics and also in the meat you eat because these Synthetic Female Hormones are used to soften the meat of male animals.

** If you or your child is having mood swings, I have found that CHASTE TREE Berries made into a work miracles at helping to remove synthetic hormones that are one of the main causes of these mood swings.

You can also make this as a tea but let it sit (steep) for at least 20 - 30 minutes before drinking.

The taste will be very "tart" for most including babies and small children so you may like to add Licorice ROOT powder or PepperMint leaves as a natural taste enhancer (as well).

You can easily remove alcohol () the tincture by leaving it in a cup covered by cloth for 24 hours (in a warm location).

Just a few drops a day is usually enough added to half a cup of water or juice.

Edit The Taste ↟↟

You can also easily change the taste so that it is more palatable for children (and adults), by adding one of the following.

Make a dedicated tincture from one of these:

  • Licorice Root *
  • Peppermint** (the strongest mint)
  • Vanilla Beans ***

* Licorice Root helps heal the liver from alcohol and painkiller damage. + + +

** Peppermint: If the peppermint is too strong for the child, perhaps try using a more milder mint variety.

*** Vanilla: ONLY Use Vanilla if you tincture the beans yourself. Tincturing Vanilla beans often takes 6 - 12 months for the full benefit so some patience will be required.

DO NOT use vanilla essence as some of it is made from Consider this the next time you eat vanilla ice cream.
