Can I Meditate At Work?
Please also see warnings below.
I would strongly suggest that you only meditate at work if you are not driving any kind of vehicle or using any kind of machinery.
This includes flying any kind of aircraft including the Space Shuttle.
However
Meditation at work should only be done as "Light Meditation" and ONLY if you are sitting at a desk.
If you are sitting at a desk "In An Office", then there should not be a problem so long as you do your mantra just like it was in the background of your mind - it is there but it does not interfere with your work.
If it does interfere with your work, you should stop doing this.

- Do not listen to anything.
- Listen to music and gain no real benefits.
- Do the "Om Mani Padme Hum" or the "" mantras and gain all the "Benefits"
that come with meditation.
I usually do the "Om Mani Padme Hum"
mantra - or - "The Peace Mantra"
for several hours a day while working - this is where I "Mentally" say the mantra while working.
I like to do between 1 - 2 hours a day (in the evenings before bed) dedicated meditation PLUS "The Golden Mantra"
meditation.
I actually found this quite calming with my stressful job. (when I was working full time before "my accident"
).
CAUTION
Please note the big bold text.
Too Powerful.
I would however, strongly suggest that you do not do the "Mano Buddhi Mantra"
or even listen to this mantra.
Even if you are at a higher level of spiritual evolution, then this mantra is too powerful even for you while you are supposed to be working.
This includes even listening to this mantra.
This is because the Mano Buddhi Mantra has a strong tendency to draw people into - what I can only describe as - a space vacuum.
The more spiritual you are, the greater the gravitational attraction.
SAFER
The Om Mani Padme Hum mantra (or similar short mantra) is much safer.
EVEN SAFER
It is much safer and much more beneficial to say this "Mano Buddhi Mantra"
at home just before you are going to sleep.
Use the "PreCog Thoughts"
method first to set your autopilot.
WARNING 2
Only do word mantras.
In other "words", never do visualization mantras - especially like "Yantra Meditation"
- as these can be too distracting and the whole idea is not to lose your job.
IF YOU NOTICE that the meditation is interfering with your work in a negative way, please stop and just meditate in the evening when you get home.
