Top Brainwaves

Did you know that - in most cases - by visually controlling your Brainwave patterns, you can speed up your meditation learning curve?

Using a computer and visual you can see and feel where you are on your meditation and relaxation scale and use this info to try different techniques to expedite deeper meditation experiences.

Electronic monitoring equipment for measuring Brainwaves is a much better option if you can afford it.

Please also note that in a study I read around 1990, it said that there were "levels" in between the ones listed below.

The study claimed that the states listed below were general brain wave states and that people they tested who were doing advanced meditation, could go up and down these general levels (like a ladder) and stop on any "rung" of the ladder they chose.

I cannot find this report so I have no idea how accurate it is.

**** Note that these are not 1 dimensional numbers and in fact there are scales (levels) of frequencies in each number and between each allocated section - Alpha > Beta > Theta etc. Think of it like decimal points. Eg 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 etc.

I suspect that one day there will be a discovery that there is an infinity level below Delta which should be called Infinity .

Brainwave software allows you to see and feel the different levels of where your brain is while meditating.

This in turn allows you to focus or project your "mind" towards specific goals which "may" increase your net worth IF you do not have any Karmic debt standing in your way.

Most people get into "Alpha" state when they become "zombified" while watching TV. This is when it kind of feels like your brain is in neutral.

If you are doing positive affirmations while using Brainwave equipment, please remember that you need to focus and repeat the same (mantra) affirmation for an absolute minimum of 3-4 weeks and at least (20-30 minutes) twice a day before you usually start seeing results.

Stay with the same "affirmation" and do not chop and change your words. This will create an unstable and destructive energy which will result in nothing happening.

TIP:

Do NOT ask for money, it is better to ask for blessings, or to be lucky, or to be in the right place at the right time - as these have much wider benefits in the long run.

You will need a computer.

Buy the and software for your computer.

Install the software.

Connect the head-piece.

Start meditating and occasionally open your eyes to check results.

When you open your eyes, your brain will "usually" revert back to a Beta state until you gain enough experience to control your thoughts.

TIPS:

Use the Mano Buddhi mantra for a faster entry into Gamma Oscillation brain waves.

Be comfortable or else your mind will continually be distracted.

Wear loose clothes.

Keep your back as straight as possible.

Sitting is better than laying down because when you lay down, you have extra pressure on your diaphragm (chest).

Controlled will be important if you want to get better results.
