How to do Blank Meditation
You need to wash your hands, wear loose natural organic clothing and sit comfortably ("Sukhasana")
. Please Note that you do not need to sit on the floor or sit in the lotus position.
So long as you keep your back as straight as possible, this is the most important piece of posture advice I can offer.
This is the technique I was taught.
It is very important that you are comfortable and that you are wearing loose clothing.
So no tight shoes, socks, undies or bra (etc) as these will become a distraction later on in your meditation.
Also, if you have 100% organic cotton or linen or wool clothing, it is advisable to wear these as well. WARNING: DO NOT wear mixed fabric clothing.
100% Organic + 100% pure "specific" fabric.
Read more about fabric frequencies and "Fabric Frequencies"
here.
Start by doing 3-5 deep breaths to help center yourself. If you are in a group of 2 or more people, please consider these "Synchronized Energy"
exercises before you start.
Before you start, you need to know 1 important point. This will not happen in a day, a week or even a month. In fact, many people try this for years before they are able to succeed at this meditation technique.
Also, if you are not stoic, you will have a very difficult time repeating this event.
Doing both "Breathing Meditation"
combined with "Controlled Meditation"
has been shown to actually help people be less emotional - less stressful and more focused.
I will show 2 versions of this method.
- Basic

- Advanced

Let's Start ↟↟
You need to start by focusing on 3 things.
1) Your breathing, inhale for 10 seconds and then exhale for 10 seconds. Use this "10 Second Meditation Ping"
to help you get started.
Next you need to distract your "Monkey Mind"
.
2) Now you need to focus on a point of light at the end of a very dark tunnel.
Keep staring at this point until your have no more thoughts.
What you are looking for is a second Light within the first Light. If you have found the right "Light" and as you draw closer, you will notice that this second light radiates intelligence and several other "attributes".
Once you reach the stage where you have no more thoughts, you need to switch your mind to start focusing on seeing (visualizing) the "second" light becoming everywhere in all spaces at the same time.
Now you need to calm your mind again - feel that your mind is clear of all thoughts.
The first stage is done as a test and to help quieten your thoughts and Monkey Mind which is critical.
You need to "be in the place of no-mind" and this can only be done by sharpening your minds focus, just like you sharpen a pencil.
A Spanner For You
You cannot think of anything because ALL thoughts are attached to the physical plane of existence.
This is why you need to "focus" - and not concentrate - on the light and make it so bright that nothing else can be seen.
It must completely encompass your entire being.
TIP:
Lets say (for example) that you have some intrusive thoughts, whatever they may be, what you need to do is this.
As soon as you notice that you have any thoughts, simply "ReChannel" the thought energy into looking for the second light.
If you keep doing this, what happens is that your mind becomes used to this switch and eventually it will do this automatically (Brain Muscle Memory effect).
Like I said, this is not an easy meditation technique and takes lots of time and practice and dedication.
The Light
Once you have reached the stage that you no longer have any thoughts, and you have surrounded yourself with light, this is when your breathing should become your focus and your only focus.
At this stage, you should be doing 15 second breaths inhale and 15 second breaths exhale.
I have created this "15 Second Meditation Ping"
for you to use.
When you are ready, you can switch from focusing on your breath to simply seeing pure light all around you.
Most people will just see darkness, but this is also OK, because it tells you that you are not in the right place yet. Eventually you will get to the "light" stage if you keep trying.
What you are trying to do now is merge your breath with the breath of the Creator. In Buddhism this is called "The One Breath" and in Kabbalah it is called "Ruach HaKodesh". (Holy breath or Divine breath - but it also implies that this breath comes from The Creator and is not just some random hypothetical event.)
You will know when this happens, it will feel like you have synchronized your energy with the Universe.
Steps
What I have done here is taken you down a series of steps so that you have gone from scatter brained "every-thought" to a single focus.
If you are having trouble just focusing on your breath, try feeling your heartbeat as well, and align your breath with your heartbeat, and then feel your heartbeat slowing down to harmonize with your breath.
Let us (for example) say that your heart rate is 80 beats a minute. Try counting 1 breath in for every 20 heartbeats.
Then after 1 or 2 months, you should be able to get 1 breath for every 19 heartbeats.
Then 1 or 2 months later, aim for 18 beats per breath.
Remember that 1 breath is 15 seconds.
Your goal is to get down to 10 heartbeats for 1 breath every 15 seconds.
By the time you reach this stage, most people have become so focused, that all extraneous thoughts have been controlled.
If you are still having issues, try going down to 9, then 8, then 7 heart beats per 15 second breath.
Advanced ↟↟
- Fist we will overload the mind and then...
- we will start reducing this down to zero.
Most people do not know this but you can invoke multiple mantras, verbal, non-verbal, visual and PreCog mantras all at the same time.
In fact, someone who is highly advanced with this method can do 7 or more mantras at the same time.
It took me over 7 years to be able to do this mantra technique properly (3 or 4 days a week) and the reason that I did not do it every day was because it is a very intense method and I still had to go to work which was often quite distracting (no pun intended).
There is 1 more final point.
I stopped doing this mantra over 40 years ago mainly because I did not trust myself with the potential energy which it manifests.
It is not that I am dishonest, it is in fact because I was old enough to realize how young and inexperienced I was and that I was also not mature enough to handle the intensity of the experiences.
I urge you to proceed with caution and IF you feel "overwhelmed", please STOP and then try again in a few days or wven a week or 2 later.
Let Us Start
REMEMBER that time may be very different if you reach this "level".
Clean hands, sit comfortably, loose clothing and the same as above (cotton, linen or wool only).
Start off with 3 - 5 slow deep breaths.
Continue this breathing based on the "10 Second Meditation Ping"
and if you are really advanced, you may like to try the 15 seconds or the 20 seconds versions as well.
Start meditating using the "Mano Buddhi Mantra"
because this increases your brain wave waves to Gamma oscillations. (the highest kind and also increases spatial awareness.)
You need to do the "Mano Buddhi Mantra" for at least 15 - 30 minutes.
When you are ready, we will activate a second mantra layer which you will repeat in your mind - at the same time as you "say" the Mano Buddhi Mantra.
This second "mantra layer" is to visualize a long dark tunnel with a light at the other end and you see yourself moving towards this light.
Next
When you are ready, you will now start projecting your mind floating upwards at the same time as you are moving forwards. Feel yourself simply rising up from your body.
DO NOT try and look around (as most people do), you must remain focused on the first 4 things, breathing, mantra, visualize moving forward and floating up.
Next
When you are ready, you will start saying - in your mind - a second mantra like "BLANK" or "SILENCE". This word should reflect your intent.
Why do you say this mantra?
Because you are where your mind is and by saying this specific mantra, you help eliminate all other thoughts while at the same time, you are "projecting" your intent and well as controlling your direction. Just simple basic psychology really.
Now you have engaged almost all of your mental senses.
This is dramatically different from what most people associate with regular single mantra meditation.
Next
When you are ready, you will see everything turning into light, the tunnel and everything else around you.
This should be done slowly.
Next
When you are ready, let go of the light at the end of the tunnel, it is no longer needed.
Next
When you are ready, let go of the floating forward.
Next
When you are ready, Keep focusing on the light all around you and now you start to manifest "awe" or "love" (whichever is easiest).
You must start manifesting one of 2 emotions because this is the "mantra" which you must follow and it transcends words.
Awe is usually the easiest to manifest for most people.
Awe is usually because most people "typically" feel some aprihension and even fear and Awe because it is good (in the beginning) to have a great respect for the experience you are about to have.
Awe because it brings with it respect and love because that is where you are headed anyway.
If you started off with awe, wait until it changes into love and the move forward.
Next
When you are ready, and once you have converted awe into love, start dissolving the other "mantra lyers" until you have just breathing, love, light and silence left.
Breathing should be automatic by this time so it should not be something you are focused on (in reality).
Next
When you are ready, Keep moving towards the center of the light (anywhere is the center) and towards the attribute of love.
Next
Now see the love and the light merge and keep focused on the Silence.
Next
Continue moving into the light and let go of the other words like love and silence as you move forward.
By this stage you should only be surrounded by a light which radiates love and this shows that you are very close.
Now the hard bit.
Feel yourself become the light.
Use the "PreCog Thoughts"
method to pre-program what you want to happen so that you do not need to thing about it while you are merged with the light.
Returning ↟↟
To return, seperate from the light and feel yourself floating down to your body.
After you reconnect with your body, continue doing your breathing for 1 or 2 minutes before you open your eyes.
