What Is Astral Travel?
Definitions First.
Some people call this aspect your "Astral" body and some call it your "soul" while others call it your "mind" and other people have various names which I will not go into.
The word "Astral" comes from the Latin "Astrum" (star) which means "star" (and sometimes shortened to "astra" AKA: per ardua ad astra) and the letter "L" as the end is a shortening of the Latin word "AstraLis"which means "of the stars" or "from the stars".
I postulate that this is how the Nazca Lines on Peru were to be observed by those who followed the original creators of the Lines.
In philosophical Theosophy (ancient Greek for "divine wisdom") and around the late 1600's, it was called the "Astral Body" and "Astral Travel" because it shows you a way to ascend above the Earth (like the stars).
Despite the click bait word salads you see on google searches, I will show you a simply way (that I was taught) to "Astral Travel" within a few weeks or if you are spiritually advanced, possibly within a few days.
WARNING
I am posting this warning twice because you must protect yourself when you do Astral Travel and this includes from friends and family members.
While it is titled "Psychic Vampires"
, it actually shows you the protection technique you should use to protect yourself while Astral traveling.
Astral Travel Rules
There are a few rules and the first one is to be physically clean by bathing / showering before you do this exercise.
The reason is because any excrement, urine, blood, or other bodily discharge will impede and even stop you from getting the maximum benefits from this technique.
NOTE that I did not make these rules.
STEP 1 - Grounding ↟↟
We need to Harmonize Your Energy.
This helps dissipate any negative energy build up in your body and it is very simple to do.
Go outside your house or apartment and either touch a tree with your bare hands for 60 seconds, or take off your shoes and walk through the grass in bare feet for 60 seconds.
BOOM "grounding"
it is that simple.
STEP 2 - The Rules ↟↟
Rule 1 - Be clean.
Rule 2 - Be warm.
Rule 3 - Be comfortable.
Rule 4 - NO tight clothing (shoes, socks, bra, undies etc.
Rule 5 - No noise including NO music.
Rule 6 - Reduced lighting if you are light sensitive.
Rule 7 - Meditation - ideally you should be conversant with a form of "Controlled Meditation"
and even just saying the OM Mantra for a few months will usually give you a great head start.
This is because you need to be able to focus for long periods of time and unless you have the ability to control your "Monkey Mind"
, then your "travels" will be very short and (often) not even allow you to get off the ground (so to speak).
If you do meditation methods such as "Transcendental Meditation", or "Guided Meditation", or "Mindfulness Meditation", or "Zazen Meditation", then you need to upGrade to a more controlled version.
If you want to be stubborn and waste months and years of your life, then that is your prerogative.
Silver Cord / Tether ↟↟
As you start your Astral journey, just check your Crown Chakra and you should see a "Silver Cord"
(Tether) connecting you and your body to "somewhere" above you.
Some people see this "tether" coming from their Navel.
It is important that you see this before you start flying out of your house / room / apartment / or where ever you are.
STEP 3 - How To Astral Travel
You can do this method sitting down or laying down.
If you are going to do this sitting down, then please consider a lounge chair or recliner (tilted back at no more than 30 degrees).
Sitting down and Laying down use the same method so I will give the Laying Down technique here.
Lay down on your bed and close your eyes.
Now start deep and slow breathing.
NOTE that with these muscle relaxation exercises, you can either just (PLAN A) focus on the muscles relaxing or you can (PLAN B) tense them up and then relax them.
Start off doing these exercises for at least 10 seconds "per body part" and after a while, you can do them even as quickly as 1 - 2 seconds per body part and get results when you are more experienced.
Contract the muscle for 5 seconds, and then relax the muscle for 5 seconds, then move in to the next "set".

Focus on your feet and fingers and while you do that, feel your feet relax.
Firstly focus on your feet muscles - tighten and relax them. These are the most important.
Next focus on your calf muscles - tighten and relax them.
Now focus on your Thigh muscles - tighten and relax them.
Now repeat the tightening and relaxing of the other muscles groups in your body in this order.
- Feet
- Lower leg muscles
- Upper leg muscles
- Thighs
- Buttocks
- Pelvis
- Lower back
- Stomach
- Upper back
- Chest
- Left arm
- Right arm
- Neck
- Jaw
- Back of neck
- Top of head
Repeat these exercises until you start to feel slightly drowsy.
Now focus on your hands and feet.
You should start to get a "light floating" feeling start to happen.
Remain calm, this is perfectly normal.
Focus on whichever is strongest and then start to feel that lifting up and separating from your body.
For example: let us say that your feet start to "float up".
Enjoy the sensation and keep feeling your legs and then your body lift up.
Being Upside Down is not a problem and you can easily fix this when you are completely out of your body with a simple mental command.
Hands First if possible.
Your hands and feet are usually the first things to detach from your body - and IF you have a choice, may I suggest that you focus on your hands first.
Especially if you are new to this and you are not used to being Upside-down.
As you build up experience at doing this exercise, you will find that you can simply LIFT your entire Astral body out or your physical body all at the same time.
Slowly
Slowly feel your hands or feet lift out of your body and then slowly lift the rest of your Astral Body out.
Remain
Remain within your room or house for the first 2 - 3 times you do this so that you can analyze how you feel and how you are responding to the event.
Focus on projecting the white light around your body before you leave your house (room etc).
Visualize Yourself ↟↟
When you ascend, visualize yourself as a ball of light and this was you do not need to worry about make-up or dirty clothes etc.
You would be surprised at what people have asked me about over these many years.
Returning ↟↟
Feel yourself drifting down and back into your body.
DO NOT TRY and stand up immediately as many people are still "off balance" when they return.
It is best to do a couple of minutes of mantra meditation so that you can adjust back to the physical.
When you do stand up, please do so slowly and rest for a few minutes if you feel light headed.
Weird TIP ↟↟
If you want a strangely weird tip, drink 1 or 2 (regular sized) tea cups of Artemisia (herb) tea a day.
"Artemisia"
is also known as Wormwood, Mugwort, Sagebrush, but also includes specific species like Tarragon, Southernwood, Sweet Annie, and regional names like California Mugwort or Prairie Sagebrush, etc
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Artemisia is commonly referred to as Qing Hao, or sweet wormwood and in Japan it is called Yomogi.
According to many psychics and those in the Remote Viewing community, Artemisia tea (roots + stem + leaves) has some kind of ability to help people with Astral traveling.
Similar to how some "herbs" can "blow your mind", Artemisia seems to have the ability to help many people focus their psychic minds.
