Sadly, these days too many people have "pill" mentality.
Despite the guff you read online and the internet parrots, meditation is NOT a magic bullet (or pill).
For most people, meditation takes dedication of at least 30 - 60 minutes a day for many months to even begin to start feeling the extra benefits.
Most people who meditate "properly" may start feeling more relaxed after a few weeks, but this is not always the case.
Highly evolved spiritual people will (usually) start having amazing esoteric experiences (often within weeks) and they will often find that their teachers are jealous and will berate and belittle them (as I have often found).
I encourage you to use this website as your resource and we will only caution you - when applicable - and encourage you - as applicable.

Unlike commercial drugs (or others), meditation is free and you can take it into any country without fear of jail.
I have tried many techniques over the last 49 years and I hope that I am able to help at least some people on their journey.

What you believe is what you have been taught, either directly or indirectly and most of that information is false.
If you believe that you already know The Truth, then you will not learn anything.
You would be better served doing one of the useless methods because advanced meditation will open your mind to things that you have been taught do not exist.
A lesson for the wise: Evil only exists where YOU let it.
Do not get sucked into the religious con that the devil made me do it mind control.
Seek The Creator with ALL of your heart and the Path will unfold before you and it is more beautiful than you can ever (ever) imagine.
