10 Leaf Unity Method - Part 2
Using the Tree as our example.
Unity Meditation works by using Creative Visualization to visually see all of your other mirror souls (leaves) being filled with Love and Light and then merging together until you only have 1 soul.
Once you have unified your own soul, then you can start by "group unifying" all the souls on this planet (using the 10 leaf method).
After that, you then unify all souls in OUR Galaxy using the same "expanded"

If you are a "visual" person, then you may like to consider using
You do this radiating technique by using your Heart Chakra and it must be done with great joy. In fact, it can only be done with "God Level Joy".
To do this most effectively, you need to open your heart to the Universe.
This may be dangerous if you do not have advanced control of your emotions as well as very strong mental clarity.
This is for advanced meditators only - who can meditate for several hours at a time every day - and certainly not for snowflakes.
Start
Sit comfortably 
That should be the word "UNITY".
If you are also incorporating
Now start visualizing that you are the life force of a very large and magnificent tree which has hundreds of thousands of leaves.
Visualize your life force traveling to all of these leaves and Visualize them starting to glow and radiate light.
See this light connecting with all of the leaves and now you start to see these leaves as kindred souls.
Advanced Level
Once you are comfortable doing this meditation, start to see the leaves merge into 1 entity.
This is the Unification process and must be visualized with Love.
Love is the cement / mortar / glue which binds all of these souls together.
The more pure your love, the greater the result.
NOTE: The reason we start with tree leaves is because it gives you a basic mental starting point where you can relate to the inter-connected structure of your mirror souls.
Before you finish this meditation, bless these "souls" with love and light.
Somewhere on another planet, you are positively affecting another soul.
Part 3 ↟↟
Once you are comfortable doing the above, your next level up is to open your heart to Creation and project this love out into your network of Mirror Souls.
This is where you create the unity by seeing ALL leaves on the tree as the "same" leaf and then start merging them together.
We use leaves because they are usually replicas of eash other and they give us an easy visualization "starting point".

Start by imagining 10 leaves mergng together and then another 10 merging.
After that start seeing leaves forming groups and then merging these groups together.
100
Once you get up to 100 groups, keep going until you reach 1,000 groups.
10,000
See the 10,000 groups merge until you reach 100,000
1,000,000
Next merge the 100,000 groups until you reach 1,000,000
1,000,000
Now see the leaves in groups of 1 Million merging up to 100,000,000.
1,000,000,000
Now see the leaves in groups of 100 Million merging up to 1 Billion.
100,000,000,000
Now see the leaves in groups of 1 BILLION merging up to 100 Billion.
1 Trillion
Now merge these 100 times until you are up to 100 TRILLION.
1 Quadrillion (1,000,000,000,000,000)
Now start seeing ALL souls as part of groups consisting of 1 Quadrillion and then start merging each group of 1 Quadrillion into your first group of 1 Quadrillion.
1 Googleplex (
Merge your 1 Quadrillion until you get up to 1 Googleplex.
Next: Merge Universes
Once you get up to 1 Googleplex, then start merging Universes and FYI, there is reported to be an "almost" infinite number of these so go back to the 10 count and make these Universes instead of leaves and repeat the counting cycle - but now you are using Universes instead of leaves.
Never stop
Continue doing this for your entire meditation session.
The Glue
The thing which makes this work is "Love". If you cannot manifest Love, then this will become just a mental exercise.
Think of someone you love and use that love to become your glue to bind all of these leaves and universes together.
TIMELINE
This typically takes up to 1 - 2 hours a day and for at least 12 - 18 months to master properly.
The TRUTH in your heart will be a major factor in you getting the desired results.
Counting will be a problem these days, especially for many Uni students.

You need to learn a lot of esoteric concepts before you proceed to the next level and even 10 years is nothing when you consider the sheer volume of knowledge you must encounter and absorb.
Many of the techniques I discuss on this website took me 20 - 30 years to comprehend before I felt comfortable enough to do some of the more highly advanced meditation techniques.
You must seek knowledge like you are swimming in the ocean and all you can see is water.
One of my teachers once told me, "Swim in the ocean, do not try and drink it".
When you dive deeper, do so cautiously and only when you are prepared - learn how to make your own life-support system for deeper knowlede so that you do not overload your brain - and yes, overloading "is" a thing.
It has to consume your soul to genuinely want to be close to The Creator.
I suggest that you allocate at least 6 - 12 months per level and even longer if applicable.
You will feel when it is time to go up to the next level in this meditation technique and it should be observed that you only proceed when your heart tells you to proceed.
If you proceed by thinking that you are ready, then you are NOT ready and this is arrogance which will cause you to start the whole process again from the beginning.
