Tikun Ormus - Warnings
Excessive intake may result in diarrhea. Please take as prescribed.
Maximum amount per day for people doing heavy physical work is just 1 tablespoon per day.
Harmless if swallowed but do stay near a bathroom if more than 5 tablespoons are ingested.
WARNING 2 - Children
Purely as a precaution, this product is not recommended for children under 5 years of age.
We have not done tests on under 5's so the results are unknown.
WARNING 3 - Pregnant Women
While our Ormus is simply minerals which have been separated from sea water (salt), again just as a precaution, we recommend that pregnant women consult medical advice before taking our Ormus.
WARNING 4 - When to take
It is highly recommended that you take Tikun Ormus before any meal, at least 10 - 30 minutes before the meal actually.
WARNING 5 - HOW to take
Ormus is highly alkaline for stability.
It is highly recommended that you take Tikun Ormus with at least 1/2 teaspoon of APPLE CIDER VINEGAR.
Apple Cider Vinegar breaks down the alkalinity of the Ormus and makes it much more absorbable by your body.
WARNING 6 - Older people
It is highly recommended that people over 40 take the Ormus with 1 teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar. This helps your body absorb more of the minerals much easier.
WARNING 7 - DO NOT
Do Not heat the Ormus over an open flame (gas etc), this will change the spiritual structure of the Ormus from a positive one into a negative one.
